On Wednesday the Supreme Court of Pakistan took notice of “objectionable content” being shared on YouTube. The top court also hinted at shutting down YouTube in Pakistan and issued notices to the Attorney General of Pakistan and the Foreign Ministry.
It was during the hearing of a case against suspect Shaukat Ali, involved in a sectarian crime that Justice Qazi Muhammad Amin and Justice Mushir Alam stated that YouTube and social media users were targeting our their families after certain decisions by the court. It was also said that masses were provoked against judiciary and other state institutions of the country through objectionable content on YouTube.
Alright the court hinted at a Youtube ban and the hearing was adjourned for an indefinite period of time, Pakistanis celebrities came out voicing their concerns regarding an impending ban on the world’s biggest video platform.

Dania Malik was the third wife of popular host Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain who came into news after coming into his life, she married to Dr. Aamir liaquat a few months ago. Soon after marrying Dr Aamir Liaquat, Dania filed for divorce. In this situation, both parties hurled grime on each other through words but Dania went one step ahead and leaked a few private images and videos of Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain after which he went into deep depression and left all his friends and hid himself at his native house where he eventually died.
After his sad and tragic death, Dania kept on coming back and saying that she was thinking to reconcile with Dr Aamir Liaquat. Now, her mother claimed that Dr Aamir Liaquat’s property belongs to Dania Malik.

Humaima asked, ” 1- in Pakistan,cyber crime laws have been formulated, have they been implemented? 2- Have any punishments been defined as per such laws? 3- Aurat March Clan lays an importance on Ladies’ rights, do we have any rights for humans in this society.
4- Whatever has happened to Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain, had it been done to a B or C class lady, the whole country would have come out in the streets (when anything happens with a woman, whole society comes out for her).
5- Isn’t it a worst form of cruelty that happened to Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain, was it justified that a person shared all his private things while she was in a pious relationship with him.

News analyst and host Salman Mirza said that one can easily judge Dania by her cruel act, soon after the death of host, his so called wife Dania came up with her fake condolences in a well maintained getup and started paving ways to get her share in the economy. He blatantly called out the act of Dania Shah / Malik.
JDC’s CEO Zafar Iqbal said that he has a clear stance that the one who has leaked the (nude) videos or pictures has the responsibility of putting Dr. Aamir Liaquat’s life at stake and this is not the way to do it. It is to be remembered that Dania Malik, despite being in Nikkah of the host, leaked a private video of televangelist after which he left meeting people and cut all of his contacts. It was the biggest match in the World Cup 2019 when India and Pakistan clashed on the field. All Pakistanis were enthusiastic for the encounter and our celebrities are no less.

The movie which has already dragged a considerable audience before a month of its release, will soon be making its way to the cinemas this eid. ‘Main hoon Shahid Afridi’ is an upcoming movie which is based on the life of Shahid Afridi,revolving around the life of pitch and the fact that how difficult it normally is for the newcomers to achieve their dreams. Been produced by Humayun Saeed and Shahzad Nasib under the banner of Six Sigma, the movie is directed by Syed Ali Raza. It was only last Sunday, that is July 7th 2013, that Atrium mall held a dedicated session where a press conference was held regarding this upcoming movie. The conference was attended by a large number of celebrities who made their appearance showing their dedication towards the team of ‘Main hun Shahid Afridi’.
The event was covered by almost all channels and newspapers where Dawn news even published a detailed column about the ceremony. Here are a few words from the share:
“Main Hoon Shahid Afridi” is about an underdog youngster (Noman Habib) who dreams of becoming the next Shahid Afridi, and his improvised rag-tag team, as they take on undefeated well-heeled rivals and behind the scenes politics of regional cricket. Leading the team is Akbar Deen (Mr. Saeed), an ex-cricketer still suffering from a professionally damaged past.
Apart from Mr. Saeed, the film stars Nadeem Baig, Javed Sheikh, Mahnoor Baloch, Noman Habib, Shahzad Sheikh, Ismail Tara, Shafqat Cheema, Humza Ali Abbasi, Gohar Rasheed and Ainy Jaffry, with cameos by Faisal Qureishi, Aijaz Aslam, and cricketers Sikandar Bux and, of course, Shahid Afridi.
Several variations of the movie’s theatrical trailer, including a few songs (two of which we were told are directed by Suhail Javed and Saqib Malik), were interjected between the introductions hosted by Vasay Chaudhry, who is also the film’s writer.
Speaking at the event were Nadeem Mandviwalla, of Mandviwalla Entertainment, actors Mr. Baig and Mr. Sheikh – each recalling different perspectives of Pakistani cinema’s recent history, the dire need and expansion of the multiplexes and emergence of a new generation of filmmakers.
Jarjees Seja, CEO of ARY Films, by karmic coincidence recollected the television network’s long association with Mr. Saeed, whose every “first” endeavor they have been a part of. Mr. Saeed, the center of the project, though was the first to bow out with a short introduction, saying that he “isn’t that good of a public speaker”.
The real stars at the podium however, were host Mr. Chaudhry, Mr. Tara (in his glibbest), and Mr. Cheema at his self-congratulating best.
The film is set to release on Eid-ul-Fitr, amongst other local titles and a pre-dictated absence of international releases.
It is, therefore, expected that the movie will be doing a good business all over the country where Shahid Afiridi’s label attached to the venture will play a vital role.
The teaser of the multi starrer film Tich Button, just dropped and it has massively impressed everyone. Not only the audience is praising the teaser of Tich Button but even our fellow celebrities couldn’t contain themselves and went ahead to shower praises on the amazing teaser that this upcoming film has brought.

Taking to her Twitter, producer Urwa Hocane’s sister, Mawra, showered praises on her sister and brother in law’s upcoming film, while congratulating the director as well. Mawra wrote;

Humayun Saeed, who himself is known as the hit making machine in Pakistan’s cinema and television industry, was also all praises for the Tich Button teaser.

Directed by Qasim Ali Mureed and produced by Urwa Hocane, Jerjees Seja and Salman Iqbal, Tich Button is slated for release on Eid ul Fitr 2020. The film stars Farhan Saeed, Feroze Khan, Sonya Hussyn and Iman Aly in lead roles and is already being highly anticipated by the audience owing to its colorful and interesting teaser.
Junaid Jamshed was attacked by a person who has been identified now when he was at the Islamabad airport. There were other people with him who chanted slogans in which they said that Junaid Jamshed should be killed because he had said all those things against Hazrat Ayesha. Junaid Jamshed was very disturbed afer this sad incident and he expressed his feeling through a tweet.

Seeing our celebrities shine is our favourite past time. Many stars go and support their friends whenever they start a new venture or promote an ongoing one. Starlets all decked in white were spotted at Sara Salon and Spa’s cosmetic line’s brunch. The brunch was themed a white brunch and we saw many artists including Arisha Razi Khan, Rabeeca Khan, Shaista Lodhi, Momal Sheikh and politician Sharmila Faruqui. Everyone was dressed according to the theme and a serene white vibe was going on. Sara Salon and Spa has been a go to for many industry starlets with Arisha recently choosing them for her Nikkah. Suhoor and Iftar parties and get together are arranged all over the world and people keep and break the fasts with their families and friends. The last days of Ramadan 2023 are here and people are arranging Iftars and Suhoors as the blessed month will come again after one year.
