Aima Baig is a brilliant Pakistani singer who has sung numerous hit songs including Aey Zindagi, Qalabaz Dil, Baazi, Befikariyaan and Mast Malang. Recently, she made headlines after she covered the popular Kaifi Khalil song Kahani Suno. She also faced public backlash because a lot of people used to love the original one. Recently, Aima Baig has cleared the air about it in a recent show The Fourth Umpire Show. Aima Baig said that Kaifi Khalil loved her cover version of the song.
Talking about it, she said that she talked with Kaifi Khalil after doing the cover of his song. She said, “the sweetest thing about Kaifi is that he actually called me and said to me that a lot of people have gotten to know about this song after you sang it, I’m not saying that I can beat the original song, no, the original one is class a part and Kaifi Khalil is nothing but the epitome of talent. In 2016, she made her first Lollywood debut by singing songs for the romantic Pakistani movie ‘Lahore Se Aagey’. She also sang 3 songs for the movie ‘Kalabaaz Dil’. All of these were successful and Aima Baig also won the ‘Best Female Singer Award at Lux Style Awards for her most famous song ‘Kalabaaz Dil’. She made her Coke Studio debut in 2017 by singing a song with Sahir Ali Bagga ‘Baazi’. Aima Baig ‘baazi’ song becomes one of the hit songs of that year.

Aima shared how she likes Hollywood boys and she is fascinated more toward them. She shared, “On celebs, you have crush often but I never had a crush on Pakistani boys. I have crushes on Hollywood actors.”
