But if you are going through such condition. Making video and posting is the weakest thing, even, we know it while doing it that how vulnerable we are. Well, whatever is happening around the world is disturbing and traumatizing. The world has become a chaotic place”. She further said that she hopes the world to become a better place. She is quite vocal about depression because she has been suffering from a chronic depression since 2013.

Lately, Saheefa appeared in Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast where she opened up about her depression. Talking about her depression, Saheefa said, “I had been going through depression since 2013, however, I wasn’t aware that it is depression, I just thought that I am react to the situations which don’t go into my favour. After a while, I realized that my panic attacks are permanent despite having a perfect life, loving parents, money and a kind husband, my panic attacks are keep on coming back. It was the time when I realized that I have been suffering from depression and severe anxiety.

She further said that she didn’t have much exposure and knowledge about depression because she belongs to a middle class family where most of the people just had their normal graduation degrees average and no awareness of things like mental health”. While sharing her depression story, Saheefa Jabbar Khattak also called out her therapist who was being rude to her and was only concerned about her other appointments, her time and money. She said that a therapist should be concerned about the health of his/her patients.

She also said there were times when she suffered from severe panic attacks and had suicidal thoughts. Saheefa Jabbar Khattak further added, “my long distance relationship made me realize that I am suffering from a chronic depression, previously, the understanding about my depression was blurred in my mind. Since I have been into this long distance relationship, the short term triggers made me realize that my issue is for real”. Here is the link to the video:

Saheefa Jabbar Khattak also shared that despite having an amazing support system from her husband and brother who take care of her, her anxiety and depression is still uncontrollable and healing is hard to reach her. Recalling about her tough time with depression during her flight to Canada, Saheefa said, “I instructed my situation to the crew on the flight because I was already thirty pills down, I knew I would be having severe panic attacks. I was taking anti depressants after every few hours, I don’t even remember my meeting with my husband. I remember that I wasn’t stable for days, and there was the time I didn’t want anyone to talk to me and my husband took care of me. I am alive because of my husband. He’s been extremely kind in this situation, otherwise I would have died long ago. The way he took care of me in Canada and Pakistan”. Saheefa Jabbar is getting criticism for posting a fake pregnancy picture. She is an actress and model who also dabbles in some hosting. She started her career in modelling at a very young age and she was noticed for her spark and style as soon as se started appearing on screens. She is also known for her very vocal nature and she shares her stances about mental health, religiosity and trolling on her social media.

Saheefa took to her Instagram yesterday and posted a pregnancy picture. Everyone started congratulating her as she has been going through a lot of stress, pain and depression which she has shared with her followers. They all wished her well and even some colleagues congratulated her.

The actress said that she only wants Pashtun workers and she cannot trust Punjabi and Urdu speaking workers. Sahar Hashmi is a new actress who started her career in the drama industry with Zulm. She was an influencer and she received a call from an audition.
