Hum TV’s drama serial”Ishq Murshid” is reaching heights of popularity because of its unique storyline and brilliant casting. Fans are loving the chemistry of Durefishan Saleem and Bilal Abbas. Reportedly, the dramas total episodes have so far garnered around 1 billion views. Fans from India admired Fazal Baksh and Shibra. A few episodes of “Ishq Murshid” also made a place in the YouTube trending. Ishq Murshid is directed by a famous director named Farooq Rind. The drama is written by Abdul Khaliq Khan and produced by Moomal Entertainment & MD Productions.
Well, recently, the writer of Ishq Murshid, Abdul Khaliq Khan made an appearance in Something Haute’s show Haute Talk, hosted by Hassan Choudhary. In the show, he disclosed the names of male leads who were being considered for Shahmeer’s character by him.
Talking about it, he said, “there were many names in my mind because we wanted to have the popular actors for 8:00 pm slot because the hit actors get the attentions of the fans. We considered Ahad Raza Mir, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Wahaj Ali and Bilal Abbas for the main lead. Ahad Raza Mir asked for the complete script, which wasn’t possible. Hamza Ali Abbasi was busy with Jaan E Jahan, although, I wanted him to be in it as I was imagining him as Fazal Baksh and politician Shahmeer. Wahaj Ali was already doing Tere Bin, so we didn’t try for him much, although he was approached. All four were approached but luckily Bilal Abbas was the one who had the better understanding of our script, he just read the initial episodes and understood the character, which helped us a lot”. Talking about Durefishan’s character, he said that Durefishan’s name was suggested to him by Siraj Ul Haq and they all were agreed to it.
Talking about the character of Ali Gul Mallah, he said that he wrote just one scene of him as a vegetable seller which was later on increased by Farooq Rind because he anticipated that it will be a hit character, his way of perceiving the characters is different. He said that Farooq Rind is a passionate director who owns his craft like a baby.
What do you think about writer’s first four choices for Shahmir Sikandar’s character? Do let us know!

The beautiful @Iamsajalali has a message for all of us.
I want to thank her from the heart because she is the only celebrity friend I turned to, to ask for a short video asking the banning of child domestic labour, who responded immediately and recorded this message.
Remember that, a young girl Rizawana was beaten up by the family of a higher official. Nadia Jamil is quite hopeful that the young girl will be served with justice, she tweeted, “Chair woman Child Protection Bureau Punjab talks in detail about Rizwana’s case. She insists that justice should be served! The culprits are still trying to hide from the police. Sara pleads the public to call 1121 when they see ANY child being made to Labour. And most importantly Sara appeals to the Chief Justice Pakistan for urgent speedy justice in this case. Let them not get away this time. Please make this case a precedent!”.

Music is the most important part of the South Asian entertainment. We cannot make a drama or film without songs in it. Where films consist of multiple songs, a drama relies on one soundtrack which has to be good enough to stay on the audiences playlists as long as the drama runs on their screens. The soundtrack of any drama is its soul. People would not have loved Humsafar as much as they did if Woh Humsafar Tha wouldn’t have played in the background. OSTs have been a solace for Pakistani music lovers when the music industry was down. They made the audience connect to Pakistani music. The trend of producing soulful and heart-touching OSTs is, therefore, going on for quite some time now and our musicians have succeeded in giving the audience a lot of good stuff to listen to. This year was no different and every team tried to put out the best soundtrack they can. As a result, many heart-warming OSTs came out this year too and here are to name a few:
Khuda Aur Mohabbat 2:
The OST of Khuda Aur Mohabbat season 1 was so heart-touching that it still was a part of many people’s playlists. This year Khuda Aur Mohabbat season 2 came out. The OST was a bit altered and with the magical voice of Ahmed Jahanzeb, the vocals of Afshan Fawad were added. The whole song is so perfect that once it starts, it stirs something inside you. This was one of the top OSTs this season with perfect music, perfect vocals and perfect video.

Sang-e-Mar Mar:
This drama was too perfect. The direction, the acting, the plot and the OST. Sahir Ali Bagga’s composition and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s vocals can create magic any day. Both of them are masters of their crafts and it showed in the OST. The ghazal feels of this OST were out of this world. The music is extremely soothing and takes you to another world.
https://youtu.be/2EEdsL-luak
Dhaani:
Sung by Zamad Baig, this was another popular OST this year. Whenever Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan Sahab’s name is taken, the song has to be good. That was the case with Dhaani’s OST, it was a remake of Nusrat Sahab’s masterpiece and Zamad did a very good job and made the OST a must listen. The drama itself was not that much appreciated but the OST was. Here is Dhaani’s OST:
https://youtu.be/uAh7TdO68Us
Khuda Mera Bhi Hai:
Khuda Mera Bhi Hai talked about a very sensitive topic and brought society to think about a social issue the society skips to address as an issue even. The drama showed the problems a transgender individual face from the point of being born. Ayesha Khan showcased the mother of such a kid very nicely. The OST of the drama represents the overall theme and emotions perfectly. A win-win OST by Waqar Ali.
https://youtu.be/35NqI79c6EE
Moray Saiyyan:
People loved the pairing of Uzair and Neha in this play as well as the OST by Qurutul Ain Baloch. QB can nearly pull off anything she sings. The powerful vocals keep you mesmerized. The song was a tad bit slow and kind of sad when you listen to it but later, with the story unfolding it proved out to be a perfect OST for Moray Saiyyan.
https://youtu.be/LPFs15XybgU
Shadi Mubarak Ho:
The only good thing about this drama is its OST. Initially, I looked forward to the drama because of the song. The drama may be skip-worthy and not something one would look forward to but the OST is a win-win. It is a perfect shaadi song. The video is also choreographed in a filmy wedding style but as I said earlier, it was the only impressive thing about this drama.
https://youtu.be/jNfOW5kaW9Q
Ye Raha Dil:
The OST was youthful as was this drama. It is sung by Atif Ali and Samra Khan. It is melodious and easy going. It sounds more like a romantic song one can listen to in rom-coms. The video suits the overall lyrics and music. It was also a good one which came out this year.
https://youtu.be/Ie2m5L3ffo4
Mohabbat Tum Se Nafrat Hai:
The OST of this Ayeza Khan, Imran Abbas and Shehzad sheikh starrer is also a winner, a lot like the story itself. The song is sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and the lyrics are by Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar. The two names together had to result in a masterpiece and that is what happened with the OST of Mohabbat Tum Se Nafrat Hai. And it perfectly matched the overall story and ending. Listen to it again:
https://youtu.be/5GqrrGR-_30
Sun Yaara:
The drama was fantastic and the song impressed the audience equally. The singer was Damia Farooq and she really made the song everyone’s favourite with her beautiful vocals. The video also complimented the lyrics and music. Here have a look:
https://youtu.be/rjXGQxZtghY
Baaghi:
This is hands down one of the best OSTs of recent times. The composition and vocals of this masterpiece were given by the talented Shuja Haider. It goes with the theme of the drama so well that only listening to it can make you aware what is coming ahead. Top notch music, best vocals, all in all, a brilliant track. Lyrics written by Sabir Zafar deserve an applause.
https://youtu.be/PJlnSVMSKDU
O Rungreza:
This is a song which you can listen to on repeat. Sahir Ali Bagga’s composition and voice made this a must-have for every playlist. Mohay apne hi rang main rang de nizam were the lines which Rahat Fateh Ali Khan also sang in this year’s Coke Studio but even they were not able to beat the melody of this OST. This song has colours, beauty and calmness along with the ability to make you dance and whirl with the music.
https://youtu.be/otryLKhAi5Y
So this year we got all kinds of OSTs from sad to ghazal like to chick. My personal favourite is that of O Rangreza. Sahir Ali Bagga really killed it in O Rangreza. The above list consists of all the popular and great OSTs of this year. Give them a shot if you have not listened to these and do share which one you liked or any other you think should be a part of this list. Your feedback is always important!

Fashion trends change more extensively nowadays than they ever did. Due to social media, in particular, the international fashion scene also influences the local market. There are some local fashion trends that are common in both India and Pakistan. Most of the time the designers and local brands, in both countries, follow similar trends. Since the majority of the Pakistani women wear Shalwar Kameez or trends that in line with the desi fashion, we will look into some of these trends which are not only being followed by celebrities but are equally popular among the general public. A few months ago it was difficult to predict that the summer season will see such a change in the local fashion trends.
Here are some of the most popular fashion trends of 2021, which are just as common and liked among the general public as they are preferred by celebrities:
Tie and Dye Outfits
Tie and dye dupattas were a rage in the 1990s but then they went completely out of fashion. Now the tie and dye trend is back with a bang! Most of the tie and dye outfits designed by the local brands have celebrated the technique to the maximum! The latest collection of Generation had different bold tie and dye prints.
Ethnic is another leading brand that had many different tie and dye designs as a part of its Pret collection. They had a special collection dedicated to different kinds of tie and dye suits. The brand played with color and gave its clients variety.
Many Pakistani celebrities have also been seen in tie and dye outfits. Maya Ali took it a step further by adding this tie and dye trend to her formal outfit.
Maria B is another leading designer brand that also showcased a tie and dye unstitched suit in its latest collection which was out of stock immediately.
Even the local vendors are making the most of this fashion trend by selling simple tie and dye suits for more than their normal price range. Every Pakistani girl and woman right now is looking for the perfect tie and dye outfit to complete their summer collection! Not just girls, even Pakistani men have the option to pick from a wide range of tie and dye outfits, as is evident from these pictures of some leading Pakistani celebrities.
Prints Are Back
Back in the late 80s wearing a fully printed shalwar kameez was in fashion. Gradually that fashion dyed down and plain shalwars were preferred by those who determine the fashion trends. Over the years, women have warmed up to the plain trousers/shalwars fashion. Some designers and brands add a few motifs to these trousers but printed shalwars and trousers recently made a comeback. Some of the leading designers such as Zara Shahjahan and Generation had plenty of printed shalwar kameez in their recent collections.
Aiman and Minal Khan also followed the fashion trend and added printed shalwar kameez with printed dupattas, following Zara Shahjahan’s lead. They were mocked for copying the designer but their collection was a hit nevertheless.
Some of the leading Pakistani celebrities are enjoying wearing printed suits for their regular everyday or casual look.
Printed and Plain Organza Duppatas
Organza Duppatas were back in fashion last year but this year around they made a comeback like never before. This is another 90s fashion that is back with a bang. Many leading Pakistani designers incorporated this trend in their collections this year. These organza dupattas were also considered the main attraction of many such outfits. Hussain Rehar’s debut lawn collection featured such designs with the most beautifully printed organza dupattas.
Many brands and celebrities also matched plain organza dupattas with their outfits. A few years back organza was considered outdated whereas chiffon and even net dupattas were more in demand. Zara Shahjahan collection was a perfect example of how a plain outfit can be used as a semi-formal one by matching it with a colorful organza dupatta.
Traditional Jewelry
Traditional Pakistani jewelry is also back with a bang! Most of the Pakistani celebrities were seen adorning jhumkas and baliya when they dressed up for Eid. Generally, also we see celebrities wearing such traditional jewelry in dramas and for other occasions more often now.
Even for a not-so-formal look, the celebrities relied on jhumkas in relatively smaller sizes. The most stylish of celebrities were seen following this fashion trend. The trend has been equally popular among the general public. The good thing is that such jewelry is easily accessible for everyone since it comes in all price ranges.
Customized Bridal Dupattas
This year the real-life brides followed this trend of getting customized bridal dupattas with either wishes or just the name of the bride and groom on them. This practice was also used for the separation fabric used during nikkah. This year many brides were seen wearing such dupattas.
Iqra Aziz was one such celebrity who followed this trend and also took it to the next level! When it was her first Eid last year she got this customized dupatta made from the ace designer Faiza Saqlain. Just like always, she was leading following the mainstream local fashion designs.
On her godh barhai her dupatta had 100 duas engraved on it through handcraft using zardozi and different embellishments. We are waiting to see if other celebrities will follow Iqra’s lead!

Independence is a blessing and precious gift from above. We should be really thankful to Almighty ALLAH for giving us an independent country. This country came into existence after so many sacrifices especially on 27th of Ramadan. Furthermore there is much more ALLAH had given to this country like Widespread Natural resources, beautiful landscapes, scenic beauty in northern areas of Pakistan and important geographical location.
Today we are undergoing through political chaos, economic turmoil and injustice leading to violence. Running away from motherland to avoid miseries is not a solution to a problem but instead a curse. The solution is to identify our cultural roots which is lost somewhere due to heavy influence of other cultures.
In order to bring peace and harmony to this country, there is a need to implement Faith, Unity, Discipline and Honesty within ourselves which also helps to bring change. Despite of all shortcomings we are facing in this country, the country is from us and we are from country. We own it and by helping each other we can for sure make a difference. Furthermore as a responsible citizen we should make our country clean and green.
On occasion of Independence Day every Pakistani loves to listen to national songs thereby boosting the feel of patriotism and the love towards our beloved country. Hum Zinda Qoum hain painda qoum hain Sung by Tehseen, Amjad, Fatima and Benjamin Sisters.
Is Parcham ke Saye tallay sung by Nayyara Noor.
Mera Paigham Pakistan: When it comes to singing and music then Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan is still the undisputed King. Mera Paigham Pakistan is far by the second most played Independence song (first is Dil Dil Pakistan) as it is so beautifully composed with mesmerizing lyrics. As far as I know there is no cover of this national day song yet by any artist
Popular Independence Day songs by our Pop singers.
Khayal Rakhna: It was sung by Alamgir and then various artists made cover of this song. The most popular cover is by former Pakistani Band Sequencers.
Junoon se aur Ishq se by Junoon band: This song literally gives me goose bumps each time I listen to it. The video of this song narrates the sacrifices given by our ancestors and how this country came into existence.
Hai Jazba Junoon by Junoon band.
Aye Jawan by Awaz band (Haroon and Faakhir). This song still ranks among top ten Independence Day song. A must play song on occasion of Independence Day
Dil se mene dekha Pakistan by Haroon
Tere bina dil na lage by Faakhir: This is among my favourite Independence day songs. The music of this song is absolutely ravishing and song is absolutely music to your ears.
Independence Day Songs by Vital signs and Junaid Jamshed
With Vital Signs band and as a solo singer Junaid Jamshed had produced and sang the most number of Patriotic song compared to any singer. Normally singers do carry a record of one or two Independence Day songs but Junaid Jamshed had sung five Independence Day songs. Pakistanis prefer to listen to his national songs even if it is not an Independence Day Occasion
Dil Dil Pakistan by Vital Signs: Well Well! I mean there is hardly any Pakistani who hasn’t listen to this song. It is not just the number 1 popular Independence Day song but it is also on top 3 on the chart of most listened songs of 20th Century. The simple lyrics and well composed music by Vital signs with melodious voice of Junaid Jamshed had given this song extreme popularity around the globe.
Maula Tera Karam Maula: The beauty of Vital signs band was innovation in Music. I have never seen any Pakistani Band bringing so much variety in pop music other than Vital Signs Tera Karam Maula still ranks among top ten Independence Day songs.
Yeh Zameen: I have literally burnt this track, the music is simply astounding. Due to wonderful lyrics and breath-taking music this is far by my most favourite Independence Song. Even Vital signs loved it more than Dil Dil Pakistan
Hum hain Pakistani hum to Jeetengay: I remembered when I was a kid I use to listen to this song often. Once Hum Hain Pakistani was a must play national song in schools’ Independence Day functions.
Dil Maange: Well Dil Maange song is not much popular but it was a hit at a time it was released. This song was from his solo albums. It was his last Independence Day song.
It makes me sad and disappointed that popular Pakistani singers of current era don’t even make an effort to make Independence Song. All they desire now is to go to India and make some handsome money by singing in Bollywood which is quite frustrating as well.
My pardon If I had missed any but I am curious to know which Independence Day is your most favourite?

Makeup plays a huge role in the lives of Pakistani actresses. More than it is a demand of the camera, it also helps them in achieving a certain look that they have in mind while playing a character. Exactly how wardrobe, overall styling, dialogue delivery, and acting makes or breaks a character, makeup is as important as the rest of the factors. In some cases, in order to make a character have a realistic appeal, actors have to rely on different makeup techniques to achieve the look. It is one such tool that also gives the actors a lot of margin to experiment and reinvent themselves every time they are assigned a character to play.
Pakistani actresses now are more conscious about how they look on screen. This is the reason over the last few years, viewers have seen a drastic change in the makeup that is seen in Pakistani dramas that is carried by Pakistani actresses. They do understand how important it is to have a realistic look and this is the reason, the no-makeup look has now become the latest trend. However, not all the actresses seem comfortable with the idea of wearing minimal makeup, this is the reason they resort to a typical heavy makeup look. In few instances, the actresses who do try to achieve the no-makeup look also end up having an unfinished look that doesn’t seem appealing and does not add more beauty to the actresses on-screen.
Here is the list of poor makeup of Pakistani actresses seen in recent dramas:
[lwptoc]
Hiba Bukhari
Hiba Bukhari has become a new sensation after the popularity of her drama serial Deewangi. Hiba Bukhari has been very selective about the kind of work she does and this is the reason, she is not seen in a lot of dramas simultaneously. Hiba Bukhari definitely has proved that she is comfortable in front of the camera while acting but when it comes to her styling, she definitely has a long way to go, be it in terms of her wardrobe choices or her makeup. In her recently started drama serial Fitoor, Hiba plays the role of a young college student who is in love and wants to marry the man of her dreams.
There has been a lot of emphasis on the fact that the character of Hiba is quite young however that goes against her screen age. Hiba has worn a full face of makeup and in some scenes, it seems a lot more elaborate going against her circumstances. In the screenshot below, she is shown to be heading back to her home after a long and taxing day at the police station but her elaborate eye makeup look, bright pink lipstick, bronzer, and unblended blush doesn’t really look realistic. Hiba Bukhari naturally has beautiful eyebrows, therefore too much shaping also gives her a very made-up look even if she doesn’t want her character to look that way.
Sana Fakhar
There is no denying the fact that Sana Fakhar has a very strong screen presence and gives her characters a 100%. She has the ability to make any character appear stronger on-screen and her acting skills are unmatched. Sana Fakhar is one of those actresses who are very keen on their looks and overall styling in dramas. Sana Fakhar usually chooses to play such roles where she has to look glamorous at all times.
In the drama serial Qayamat, she plays the role of Pari, a dancer and actor who is in a relationship with Rashid. As much as she has performed brilliantly, one finds it extremely hard to ignore how poor her entire makeup is. She has gone for a tanned, bronzed, and glowy makeup look which ends up looking greasy on screen, and more than that, her sharpie-drawn eyebrows have become a talk of the town. It seems Sana’s makeup artist ran out of an eyebrow pencil therefore he picked up a black sharpie that was lying on the table nearby and decided to draw her eyebrows with that. This is definitely not a glamorous or gorgeous look and has made her look manly.
Hina Altaf
Hina Altaf is one of those actresses who believe in the no-makeup look. However, in the drama serial Kasa e Dil, she has tried to experiment with the look and while keeping it on the simpler side, she has experimented with the eyeshadows. In a lot of scenes, she has carried the halo eye makeup which absolutely doesn’t go with the circumstances the character of Soumya is faced with. The halo eye doesn’t even suit her eye shape and gives her eyes a rounder and darker appearance as if the character has been punched and bruised. Hina Altaf definitely needs a new product for her lips because the lip tint she is using clings to the dry patches and accentuates the dry skin of her inner lips, which is definitely not an ideal look.
Hira Mani
It is definitely worth appreciating that Hira Mani likes to keep it organic and raw when it comes to her appearances in dramas. She is very comfortable in front of the camera therefore she doesn’t mind giving up on makeup when the situation calls for it. However, in the drama serial Mohabbatain Chahatain, she is playing the role of a simple housewife who has dedicated her entire life to the well being of her family. She is now at that stage where her marriage is falling apart and she can not do anything to save it.
Hira Mani has opted for a bit simpler route than the camera could do justice to. In most of the scenes, she looks messy and unkempt. The hair color is also not adding much appeal to her. At the beginning of the drama where in some scenes she did wear a bit of makeup, the makeup artists fail to do a decent job in enhancing her natural beauty. Looking simple is one thing but literally having a sweaty face is another.
Armeena Rana Khan
Armeena Rana Khan has played the role of a glamorous woman who likes to stir the pot. She has lived up to the stereotype where a lot of makeup means a woman has bad intentions. Her over-the-top hair color along with her elaborate wardrobe which most of the time do not even look good has made her character look like a caricature. The blond balayage is not suiting her at all. In almost all the scenes, whether it is shown to be the wee hours of the morning or past midnight, her eyeliner doesn’t budge. The shimmery eyeshades also give her a messy look and her overall choices have not been amazing.
Zubab Rana
Zubab Rana is one of those actresses who definitely can look good in a lot less makeup. This is exactly why in the drama serial Fitrat, Zubab Rana’s makeup was minimum, but there came a point where apart from looking like a no-makeup look, it ended up looking like she hadn’t washed her hair and face for weeks. Her overall look was greasy and unappealing. She naturally has fuller lips, therefore giving her an unblended lip line made her lips look appear bigger and messy.
The makeup artists also did not bother to fix her eyebrows and give them a decent shape. In a lot of scenes, the foundation coverage was poorly done and even if she has decent skin, some coverage definitely felt like a necessity. The character of Rafiya was of a simple girl, therefore the overall simplicity was understandable but unfortunately, her look was more greasy and unkempt rather than simple.
Mashal Khan
Mashal Khan has made quite a name for herself in a short span of time, however so far the character she has gotten are mostly negative where she is seen chasing after men who are emotional invested in other women. She played more or less similar roles in Mere Humdum, Thora Sa Haq, and currently on-air Dulhan. Mashal Khan is a confident actor however her makeup artists definitely make it obvious that they struggle to give her a decent makeup look.
Mashal Khan is blessed with clear skin and has a structured face, therefore she definitely requires a specific technique of makeup to have her beauty enhanced. Mashal Khan’s makeup artists usually give her a flat face and do not add any dimension to bring life to her face. Quite often her makeup ends up looking way lighter than her actual skin tone and the choice of eyeshadows also are not very flattering. Another thing that takes away from the natural beauty of Mashal Khan is her choice of wig and how poorly it is fixed on her head, which gives it a very fake look.
Adla Khan
Adla Khan has risen to fame after playing the ideal bahu in the recently ended drama serial Fitrat. The character of Maliha is every mother in law’s dream, she was super supportive of her husband and also took care of each and every family member and every single household chore. Come what may, the pinned up dupatta on Maliha’s head did not fall down despite the fact that she was faced with so many emotional and mental storms.
As amazing as Maliha’s character was, unfortunately, that can not be said about her makeup and styling. In the very introductory scene, she looked absolutely stunning but after that, as much as her overall styling was decent and clean, her makeup looks weren’t up to the mark. The main factor was the wrong foundation shade that was picked up by her makeup artists that made her skin look ashy and grey. She definitely needed some color correction which wasn’t done properly. In a lot of scenes, her eyeshadows had creased too and it was not a nice look overall.
This completes the list of poorly done makeup on Pakistani actresses in recent dramas. Which one of these makeup disasters did you notice? Do you think actresses should also be mindful of the kind of makeup that looks good on them? Feel free to add more to the discussion.
Pakistan is blessed to have amazing singers who have produced extraordinary music which added a lot in the growth of media industry. Pakistani singer Sajjad Ali is one of them who is being loved by a lot of Pakistanis and international listeners. Well, recently, RP Productions have posted a video in which a poor lady is claiming that she’s Sajjad Ali’s sister. She told that she’s from his family, she also gave reference of their family thread.
Talking to the host of RP Productions, the lady said, “My name is Bushra Akhtar and I belong to the classical music family, Baray Ghulam Ali is one of my grandfathers, he was real brother of my real my grandfather. I’m daughter of Akhtar Hussain. Sajjad Ali is my brother, if he’s listening, I would say that may Allah give him health and happiness, I would pray for him even if he’s not concerned about me, we are from same family. In our family of Mian Qadir Bakhsh, we didn’t venture into singing because of restrictions, but, on the other hand Baray Ghulam Ali’s (Sajjad Ali’s grandfather) family is actively doing music”.
She further said that she wanted to sing and she’s trying to get a chance so that she can earn money and name. She further took the few popular names like Tafu who were students of her grandfather. She said, ‘Maybe Sajjad Ali wants to meet us but he doesn’t know about our address, I know he’s a very kind person’. She said that she begged and did household work to earn money. She said that she sings at Darbars for earnings and her husband is sick. She’s living with two children and a husband. Bushra also sang songs. She says she wants to sing and wants to make her name. People prayed for the poor lady, they also praised her voice and many others said that singer Sajjad Ali should take care of his sister. They were of the view that her vocals are strong. Here are comments:

Despite of the worse political conditions within the country, Pakistan’s media industry seems determined to spread the ideologies of the real politics as it has recently been revealed that a high budget Urdu Movie, Chambaili is now all ready for its release. The movie focuses on different aspects of the political world and is assumed to do a great business just like previous Pakistani movies, namely, Khuda k Liye, Bol, Lamha-Seedling, etc.
The movie is been directed by a renowned director Ismail Jilani and comes under the join production of 7th Sky Films and Couple Films, where the major producers are Abdullah Kadwani and Shahzad Nawaz. The better the investment, more are the chances that the project would generate a good revenue, and to make this true, there would be seen prominent actors in the movie.
It is interesting to find that although the movie seems to get its inspiration from the home country, no country or culture is been targeted in the movie, whereas the policies of the political world are discussed in general- interesting, isn’t it?

It is a collaborative production by Abdullah Kadwani and Shahzad Nawaz under the banners 7th Sky Films and Couple Films, and has been directed by Ismail Jilani.
Although the music is still uncommon among the audience, its OST is enough to give an idea about how solid the music of the movie would be, in simple words. Apart from the typical songs, there is also a qawali in the film, making it more close to the hearts of the people of Pakistan
The cast of the movie is something that would probably drag the audience to the cinema houses because the actors like Mehreen Syed, Salman Peerzada, Hamza Abbasi and Nawaz are the celebrities who would display their acting skills the way the audience always wanted to see.

Nowadays Pakistan is under turmoil. There are increasing prices of goods and crime rate. Our law and order situation is definitely not in control. Whenever we switch on the television we hear news about target killing, bomb blasts, thefts and corruption. People want some relief and they need some sort of entertainment. Under such a situation, some talented people of Pakistan have launched political comedy shows. These shows are a very good time pass. They are not only a sort of entertainment but at the same time they give the politicians and the corrupt people some lessons.
Among these shows some of the shows are very popular like; Hum Sab Umeed Se Hain, Khabarnaak, Hasb e Haal, Mazaak Raat and Banana News Network. These shows are very popular due to some reasons; firstly they connect to the audience in such a way that they convey whatever the common man has to say. Secondly, they add up a humor to the serious issues of Pakistan and it doesn’t seem that depressing as it does while watching news and thirdly, these programs are informative as well. They are an excellent source of information and awareness a person can get. In this article I will describe these shows and I will also tell reasons why I like them. You can share your views in the comment section below.
Starting off with Hum Sab Umeed Se Hain, this amazing political comedy show of Pakistan is written by Dr. Younus Butt. I must say that this man is a genius and sir I truly respect you from the core of my heart and I am a big fan of yours. This show has different segments which include Ek Din Hum Sub Umeed Se Hain Ke Saath, News fuse, B-ads, Parody songs, Side news, Sochna vi naa, Bachey ghair siyaasi hotey hain and boiling point. In this show the main focus is on the poor people and the challenges that are faced by them. Talented actors mimic the politicians and tell them what is right and wrong. This show has been hosted by very popular actresses including; Saba Qamar, Mehwish Hayat, Noor Chaudhry, Mathira , Veena Malik and many more. This show is seen by people of all ages and people wait to watch the show.
Moving on to another famous political comedy show named Khabarnaak, this show is hosted by Aftab Iqbal and there are some people who add life to the show by their mimicry which include Honey, Mir Muhammad Ali and Saleem Albela. The main focus of the show is on the current affairs and the political scenario of Pakistan. This show discusses all the aspects of the society. This show features a segment of Zaban o Biyaan where the host Aftab Iqbal who is brilliantly talented corrects the wrong use of our language. Apart from this Naseer Bhai guesses the composer, lyricists and actors by just listening to the songs which are suggested. This is to add an element of joy. The comedians of the show add a lot of fun to the show and an hour passes just with the blink of an eye. It is indeed a wonderful source of entertainment.
Coming to the next political comedy show, Hasb e Haal has become very popular these days. This show has the honor of being the most watched program in Pakistan. Sohail Ahmed appears on Hasb-e-Haal as Azizi, while the rest of the crew Junaid Saleem and Najia are playing themselves. Sohail Ahmed is a very popular and talented actor we have in Pakistan. This show is an effort to raise the voice of the society. The popularity of the show is understandable in a society like Pakistan. This show has many segments including; Adabparay, Baitbaazi, Hasb e Mazzi, Hasb e Daak, Interview, Khabron par Tabsara, Mukhbariyaan, Off beat Hasb e Haal, Siasi film and tu tu main main.
The other very famous political comedy shows are Mazaak Raat and Banana News Network. Mazaak raat is hosted by Noman Ijaz who is himself a very good actor. This show also interviews some popular politicians and mimicry is done. Apart from this the show has a singing element in it as well. The comedians make the show a competition for the other political comedy shows. Coming to the Banana News Network, it is a comical spin on the happenings in Pakistan. It is a fictitious channel in which celebrities are mocked. The show features segments such as Sports Desk, News Room and Central Studio discussion. In my opinion there should be more shows like this so that our attention gets diverted. I really like all these shows because I do not see any element of show or pomp in them. They are based on realities happening around us and we have to face them. Apart from this I also wish that our corrupt politicians must see shows like these so that they get an overview of our sufferings.

Public is welcoming her in Pakistan and sending best wishes under her post.
A husband and wife should respect one another, support one another, care for one another. They are called life partner of one another because they are supposed to be working together to get through the thick and thin of life, be the rock in each other’s lives. Sometimes, however, the relationship just doesn’t work out; the couple fails to find a rhythm and a pace they both agree with. Their ideals of life can be clashing or their personalities just too different and incompatible. All these reasons require the couple to simply call it quits or try their level best to compromise and not cause the other any discomforts. However, sometimes when one partner (especially wife, in Pakistan) starts earning more money, jealousy may arise in the heart of the other partner. Some people get over this jealousy by harboring even a worse emotion than jealousy, greed. They get blinded by their love for money and start using their partner like an ATM machine. When their demands and desires are not met, they even resort to blackmailing. Something similar happened with singer Humaira Arshad which resulted in her brother and husband going behind bars:
