Javeria Saud further said, “I have never responded to hate comments and never made any video because now people are writing hate comments for my kids. When it comes to my kids, I won’t remain silent.”

She got emotional and said, “What do you know about my kids? My kids are innocent and I know that.”

She continued and shared, “I don’t want to show off how my kids offer prayers. My daughter wakes me up in the middle of the night and says, ‘Mama, I have done this mistake now Allah will not forgive me, what should I do?”

“Alhamdulillah, Allah has blessed me with best kids, loyal husband and good parents. He has blessed me with peaceful sleep.”

She also thanked her fans for always praying for her and warned people to think before commenting anything.

The drama’s name is Mohabbat Satrangi, it has a huge cast including me, Munawar Saeed, Samina Ahmed, Aly Khan, Syeda Tuba, Fazal Hussain, Shahood Alvi, Saleena, Sara Umair, Saud, Michelle Mumtaz, Zuni, Daniyal Afzal, Junaid Niazi and many others”. Javeria shared, “All of us like variety in breakfast. Earlier I used to eat anything in breakfast for like 3-4 months but now I like change. Weight loss helps you look smarter and it is also good for your health. Today I am going to talk about calories. A person must intake 1200-1300 calories per day but the problem here is with women who are sitting at home and they don’t know how to count calories. A piece of good news is for everyone that there is an app in which you can count calories its name is ‘MyFitnessPal’.”

Furthermore, she shared how one can lose weight with Pakistani food, “I am going to tell you how you can make diet food with the ingredients present at your home. I take eggs in breakfast because when I wake up in the morning my blood pressure is usually down. So today I will make boiled eggs with curry. The ingredients I use are; two full boiled eggs, tomatoes, onions, coriander, garlic, red chili, and salt. You can use oil or desi ghee as per your choice. Prepare desi ghee at home because its full of energy. The total calories of this food are 148. Put desi ghee in a frying pan, add garlic, tomatoes, onion, red chili and salt (as per your choice), add chili sauce, green chilies and coriander. Add eggs in curry and breakfast is ready.”

Javeria also takes a drink at breakfast. She takes apple milkshake and shared the recipe, “Add half glass of skimmed milk, one tablespoon of honey, add apple and your shake is ready. The whole calories of this breakfast are 280 and it is perfect for whoever is doing the diet.”

Javeria Saud and Saud Qasmi make one super successful showbiz couple. they have both worked in many different projects and had successful careers when they got married. Their wedding was the talk of the town back in the day as nearly everyone in the industry was present there. Saud’s family liked Javeria when they saw her on a Qawwali night. They brought all the big stars including Shaan to Javeria’s house and later some army friends to convince them that Saud is a good match.

Their wedding had many functions and all the stars attended. But Javeria revealed in a recent interview that some actress actually tried to sabotage their engagement. The unnamed actress was also present throughout their wedding later.

She said that the actress came to Javeria’s house before her wedding. Javeria was in Aitekaaf so she met Javeria’s mother and said that Saud was alraedy married and they should break off the wedding.
