Today’s date, the ninth of November is marked by the birthday of the most amazing, most soulful and most influential poet this world have ever seen. The man who gave the richest books full of thoughtful words for generations was celebrated on Salam Zindagi with Faysal Quraishi and his guests.

The guests were not showbiz personalities but rather real people who have memorised, studied and toiled after the philosophy and ideology of this great poet. The most prominent ones were Afshan Ahmed, Asra Jamshed, Professor Kamran and Mufti Umair. Asra is an educationalist who runs an organisation to spread Iqbaliat as a subject. Professor Kamran shared deep insights about his understanding of the deep and meaningful verses by Iqbal and how he had given us advice that is still applicable so many decades later. Mufti Umair was also well learned on the topic of Iqbal’s concepts of self esteem and awareness.

Faysal had also arranged a competition on which three teams were tested on their memory of Iqbal’s poetry. The participants were all youngsters and it was very refreshing to see the young Lloyd so engrossed in Iqbal’s age old wisdom. They had memorised hundreds of thousands of his precious verses.

Allama Iqbal’s birthday cake was also cut to commemorate the arrival of such a man in this world whose poetic finesse and intellect remains unmatched after one hundred and forty years.

Ace Pakistani Actor Humayun Saeed has just fetched his first ever Netflix original series, he got role in The Crown as Dr Hasnat who was real love of Lady Diana. Humayun Saeed got into the news right after the announcement made public by one of the renowned journalist, the news was exciting for all of the fans and friends of Humayun Saeed, they were all happy on the achievement of Humayun Saeed, they thought that he really deserved the role of Dr Hasnat in the hit series The Crowm.

Ahsan Khan told the host Javeria Abbasi that one day when he went to the set he saw Sajjal Ali dancing on Baby Doll Mein Soney Ki and he was amazed to know that this is the song her character will be dancing on in the drama. Ahsan Khan said that Sajjal’s character is supposed to be very innocent so this song did not fit her a bit therefore he asked the director to change the song. Ahsan Khan replaced the song with Mere Hathon Mei No No Churiyan Hein because that song fit Sajjal’s character and the scene in a much better way.

The upcoming Bollywood film of Sajjal Ali titled as ‘Mom’ is also facing trouble due to Indo-Pak tensions. The film went on the floors in March 2016 in in Delhi. Adnan Siddiqi is also playing a strong role in the film.
Due to the tension between both the countries the film has also started facing heat of the matter, the movie started facing problem right one day before the end of the schedule. The reason behind the problem is that two Pakistani actors are part of the film, Sajjal Ali who plays Sri Devi’s daughter & Adnan Siddiqui who plays her husband. The movie also stars Akshay Khanna, Nawazuddin Siddiqi; Abhimanyu Singh plays the villain in the film.

According to sources the director Ravi Udyawar shared that, “After Delhi, we had a two-month schedule in Georgia in May. The remaining portions will most probably be shot in Mumbai but it’s unlikely to happen anytime soon given the current situation. We’re waiting to hear about the final schedule.”
The producer of the film is Boney Kapoor, who shared that only one day’s work is left. After finishing shooting the team went to Georgia. Here are few pictures from the film.

Sajjal Ali has recently started posting updates on her facebook page very often. She is always telling her fans how she thinks about certain things through her status updates. She also regularly posts pictures of herself with her family and friends. Her fans are enjoying the fact that they are getting to interact with their favorite star on facebook.

Two days back Sajjal Ali posted a cute video of herself through which she told her fans that she wanted people to “move on” from the Peshawar tragedy because if people continued being sad then that meant that the terrorists had won.

Many Pakistani actors have recently started working in Bollywood films. Some of them have been a huge success while others did not succeed in making a place for themselves in Bollywood. The news is that Sajjal Ali is the next actress who has been approached by the producers in Bollywood.

According to the news the actress impressed the production house which is owned by the renowned actress Sri Devi and Boney Kapoor by her performance in the drama serial Chup Raho. Sajjal Ali has been given the role of Sri Devi’s daughter in the film. The film is titled “Mom” and the story is about a mother’s relationship with her step-daughter.

The actress has not announced anything about the project yet but there are sources that reveal that Sajjal will be starting her Bollywood career with this film. The official announcement from the production house is expected some time soon. Sajjal Ali is currently busy shooting for her first Lollywood project “Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hai” in which Feroze Khan will play the lead with her.
