The shooting of the drama is going on in DHA ,where at least nine people have been reportedly injured when a guard opened fire. As per reports , a few of the crew members of the drama got injured who are now fine.
It was the set of Sami Khan’s Upcoming drama Mohabbat Daagh Ki Soorat, The firing occurred reportedly as a result of the clash between the two of the guards which caused the gunmen to open fire.
According to the reports there has been no loss of life. The injured are safe now. Sami Khan and Asma Abbas were there on the sets but they are safe now. Actor Yasir Hussain has also spoken up on the horrific firing incident .
Floods in Pakistan have caused severe devastation across all provinces, including KPK, Punjab, Sindh, and Kashmir. Several cities in KPK have been swept away, while Karachi faced extreme traffic jams during the heavy rains. Areas such as Buner, Swabi, Kashmir, and Khushab were also badly affected. The country’s infrastructure has also been severely damaged.

Lahore residents are celebrating the Basant festival this week. The celebrations are scheduled from February 6th to 8th, after the provincial government lifted an 18-year ban on kite flying. The authorities shared important SOPs and safety measures and also urged the participants to follow them, however, despite these precautions, tragedies related to Basant are still occurring.
In an unfortunate incident on Sunday in Lahore, young sports journalist Zain Malik tragically lost his life after falling from the fourth floor while flying a kite. Zain Malik, who was a reporter for GNN, was quite enthusiastic about Basant; he was fully participating in the celebrations. During kite flying, he fell from the rooftop of a building in Gulshan-e-Ravi on the final day of Basant. He was immediately rushed to the government-affiliated Mian Munshi District Headquarters Hospital, where he succumbed to the head injuries sustained from the fall.

Mehrunnisa is a reporter who got viral during the floods of Lahore. She has been making videos which people found hilarious. She was in boats all over Shahdara. She went viral as the BBC Urdu reporter and people on the internet were questioning the BBC on their recruitment criteria. Now things have proceeded as the BBC has released a statement.
Mehrunnisa is not a BBC Urdu reporter and this has been revealed by the BBC itself. She has also fired back and said that she is not claiming to be a BBC Urdu. She said it is our own channel Bhai Bhai Channel. She replied after a notice of BBC came online.

Qawwal Amjad Sabri, son of late Qawwal Ghulam Farid Sabri, was shot dead in Karachi Wednesday afternoon, after unknown gunmen fired at his vehicle in the city’s Liaquatabad area. According to police sources, he was shot thrice – twice in the head and once on the ear. He was with an associate and the two were taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital immediately, but the injuries proved fatal.
This is an extremely sad day and a huge loss for the whole of Pakistan. May his soul rest in peace and may Allah bestow sabr-e-jameel on his family.

Renowned dramatist and novelist Haseena Moin passed away in Karachi early Friday morning. She was 79 years old. The renowned playwright had been battling cancer for the past few years. Her funeral will be held at her residence in North Nazimabad after Asar prayers.
Haseena Moin is perhaps one of the most celebrated playwrights and scriptwriters to come out of Pakistan and has several accolades under her belt. These include the Pride of Performance award from the government for her services to the performing arts in the country. The Zeenat actor’s family confirmed the news in a statement and revealed that the celebrated filmmaker had been suffering from kidney related issues and was also battling diabetes owing to which he had been hospitalized quite a few times before. His wife and famed actor Zarrin Panna confirmed that the director’s condition became critical two days prior to his demise.
The younger brother of legendary actor Santosh Kumar was known for his hits like Mari, Baji, Muhabbat, and Zeenat. Suleiman was hailed as a mentor for many of the directors and actors in Lollywood, including Syed Noor, who served as his assistant director for 18 feature films.

On Friday, one of the country’s top guitarists, Amir Zaki passed away at the age of 49 in Karachi. The death was confirmed by the brother of the deceased, Shahid Zaki. The cause of death was revealed to be heart failure after a period of prolonged illness.
Amir Zaki got into music at the age of 14 and by age 16 was recognized by Alamgir as a musical prodigy. Zaki accompnied him in his tour to Dubai, the USA, India and England. He also played in two of Alamgir’s albums; the hit single ‘Keh dena’ had young Zaki on the guitars.

Of of the three bands Zaki formed, ‘Axe Attack’ had the first ever English album recorded in Pakistan and though it was never released in Pakistan due to refusal of Pakistani music companies, the album was well liked in Australia and gained Zaki quite a following. He also toured with other Pakistani Bands, most notably ‘Vital Signs’ and was even a part of their fourth album.
The guitarist also independently released a new album ‘Signature’ for which he received a ‘Gold Disc’ by Soundcraft UK. The album immediately catapulted to fame in Pakistan and made guitar instruments a household item because of Zaki’s massive success on the radio. The song “Mera Pyaar” was especially well liked by the public.
Tributes have already begun pouring in for the late guitarist on twitter. Pakistan indeed has lost a great talent.

Pakistan has a colonial hangover in every walk of life and our social living is no different. Colorism exists in all families in Pakistan and whether one acknowledges or not, there is a bias against brown skin in a country where an average person is brown. This comes from the complex that was fostered when the British ruled over the sub-continent and white skin was superior to brown skin.
Till today, we see people especially young girls getting criticized for being brown. They are never taught how beautiful they naturally are or how good they look in their skin. Thus with the increase in aesthetic procedures in the country, many people are opting for whitening treatments. Many of our celebrities have become really light-skinned over the years.
Renowned dermatologist Dr Nada Hasan Syed talked about the increasing trend of mothers getting their 12-13 year old daughters whitening injections as they were being bullied for their skin colour. Dr Nada said that those little girls as well as their mothers need proper therapy. Many technicians are also doing aesthetic procedures in Pakistan and at times they will administer these injections to young children which can cause kidney or liver failure.

It might have been a long time that the legendary Punjabi folk singer left the world, but his legacy lives on and is practiced even now. Today marks the start of December which signifies that in six days, it will be exactly one year since Pakistan lost one of its most famous celebrities. The man who could not fit into either world in the literal sense and yet he had fans and followers from all genres, who remained an example for some and an enigma for some right till the day he died.
It is not easy to start from where he rose to fame but it was certainly a high impact loud one. A very young, very good looking man who had just finished his engineering degree and briefly worked as a contractor found some like minded friends who wanted to explore the world of creative music and hence Vital Signs took its form and shape in 1986. In the conservative era of that time, the band symbolized modernism, festivity and a celebration of love with Junaid Jamshed in the centre as its lead vocalist. He had the looks, the charm and the voice. The band could not go wrong with such a man in the forefront. He generated immense fan following, especially females and extreme admiration in the times when such ventures were still vaguely thought of as the hobbies of rich spoilt brats, which in reality he was not. Coming from a very humble middle class background, this son of an Airforce Officer became an international name, a demigod of sorts as the nineties approached.
After all this, he began looking for something deeper and more meaningful from his apparently idealistic lifestyle. Maybe it was because he had achieved in the span of a few years what takes several generations to gather, so that quest seemed pointless or it was just because he was the chosen one and it was his destiny, the pop star started shying away from fame and public appearances, even breaking contracts with high profile companies despite having no other source of income at that time. He became a phenomenon in himself, inspiring awe and intrigue and speculation about his transformation. There were interviews an arguments and suspicions about his intentions as he was calling wrong what he had been doing himself. However, they did not deter him and like all big controversies, this one also died and people lost interest in the reasons a cool rockstar became a bearded shalwar kameez clad televangelist.
Fame, as they say, sometimes has a way of following those who are least interested in it, so it chased Junaid Jamshed from a whole new perspective. He emerged as a very promising fashion designer and businessman who introduced premium design and fabrics in a brand after his own name along with being a fixature on national television with his ground breaking first album of naats and nasheeds. His voice had never failed him once in his entire life. Whatever he used it for, it delivered with the same mesmerizing factor that had been Junaid Jamshed’s claim to fame from day one.
What folliwed were a series of albums, talk shows, religious programs, international forums and media appearances that increased his popularity among the masses home and abroad. Then a series of anti climatic episodes threw him in the midst of controversies and he fled the country, afraid for his and his family’s safety. After it died, he returned to Karachi and that was when Ramzan transmissions were taking full hold and that brought him right back into limelight. Much used to the fame by now and all that entails, Junaid Jamshed used his star power to call people to Islam both on screen and off it and uncountable number of people got impressed and influenced by him. On the other hand, there was an enormous amount of criticism from those differing in viewpoints from him.
The last years were mostly stable as he ventured into food business with his sons and kept up his media appearances. However, as always it was not enough for him and he had to go to far off places in person and stay in the most rural of areas to call people to the religion to satisfy his internal relentless need for gaining rewards for the hereafter. One such place was Chitral where he went in the midst of chilling December last year and preached in mosques and schools but he could never get back home from there. In a fatal plane crash on his return flight, he lost his life among all others on board and that marked the end of a life well spent, well lived and well known.
Nearing his first anniversary of death, this cliched statement rings very true that he will never be forgotten. It is not easy to forget a man whose fame spanned so many fields and touched so many lives. Not really a celebrity and not really a maulvi, he cannot be described unidimeinsionally. Not a businessman per se but one of the largest brand names in the country, his success story has many facets. In knowing what we do about his life and death, you cannot help being awed by Junaid Jamshed, who was larger than life and had an uncanny ability to attract the worldly assets of beauty, wealth, name, fame, status, and everything else that symbolizes success here. Ironically, he was on another pursuit altogether. May his heart finally find the peace and reward in death that it sought so restlessly in this temporary fleeting span of a human lifetime.
March 12 marked the 24th death anniversary of revolutionary poet Habib Jalib.
He was born on March 24, 1928 in Hoshiarpur Village. He came to Pakistani after the partition and worked as a proofreader for an Urdu daily, Daily Imroze. The Daily Imroze was based in Karachi.
After his death in 1993, his family didn’t accept the government’s offer and gesture to pay for his funeral expenses.
He was a progressive poet who wrote against Military regimes of General Ayub Khan and Zia Ul Haq. He even protested in the streets with the women against the Hudood Ordinance.
Jalib’s sense of writing was simple, his style was easily understood and he wrote for the common people and about their issues.
His emotional energy, however, gripped on people tightly as his poetry was socio-politically charged.
People still celebrate and remember him and are in awe of his revolutionary poetry.
A renowned guitarist, finest song writer and remarkable composer, Amir Zaki departed from the world on 2nd June 2017. It was indeed a sad day in the history of Pakistani music. He had been a part of Pakistani pop music during 1990s. My ears still echo with his beautiful musical pieces and songs, specially “mera pyaar tumhi ho”. The song which has been part of my playlist for years. My heart wrecks and fails to accept the fact that one more precious gem of our Pakistani music industry has been lost.
In 1995, Amir Zaki earned prominent position in pop music when his famous song “Mera Pyaar” was released. The song became a sensation and received a definite position in all music charts of television and radio. This song was a part of his first album “Signature” which was a major hit.
Amir Zaki, as a talent was first recognized by Alamgir, a living legend of our music industry. He also played guitar for Alamgir’s famous songs “keh de na” and “Albera Rahi”. Later he formed three rock bands named “Barbarians”, “Axe Attack” and “Scratch”. He recorded first English album in the history of Pakistan with his band Axe Attack. The name of the album was “The Bomb” but unfortunately most of the music companies of the county refused to release it. Later he made an album named “Signature” bearing majority of instrumentals. However, one Urdu and two English songs were also included in it.
His second musical album “Rough Cut” was released in collaboration with popular Pakistani pop singer Hadiqa Kiyani in 2007. The songs of the album were in English and perhaps failed to get mainstream attention for this reason.
Amir Zaki toured extensively with Alamgir. He contributed immensely in Pakistani music during 1990s when pop music industry was booming. If we shed light upon the history of pop music of Pakistan, we cannot stop ourselves from recalling Nazia Hassan and Zohaib Hassan, the heartthrob musicians who gained popularity across entire South Asia. Later, some more pop bands appeared on the screen and driven the popularity of pop music across the globe. Vital Signs, Junoon, Awaaz are the few Pakistani pop bands which became popular during 1990s and Amir Zaki was a part of most of the famous songs of that time. He did a lot of international tours with Vital Signs and Junoon as well.
He was a talented musician who could play different genres of music ranging from blues, jazz, rock to classical. Despite having small number of music releases, he managed to create an ever-lasting impression on our music industry. When his famous song “Mera Pyaar” was released, the music charts were flooded with some top pop songs and bhangra numbers of Awaaz, Yasir Akhtar, Waqar Ali, Fakhr-e-Alam and many more. in contrast, “Mera Pyaar” was simple, soft and serene composition and therefore gained everyone’s attention.
He was never into lime lights of television but he has played in numerous concerts and jamming sessions. He was seen jamming in Café Blue, Karachi very often, and has also played in Karajazz festival. Throughout his life he preferred to play exclusively for fans who enjoy and appreciate live music.
His long-awaited debut in Coke Studio was in Season 7, in which he played tremendous guitar pieces for singers Asraar and Zohaib Hassan. The melodic and instrumental fusion of Zaki’s music stole the show. He was also seen in action during “I am Karachi music festival”, that was thoroughly enjoyed by his die-heart fans.
He was a true inspiration for our music lovers and guitar players. He was a trend setter, many young people started playing guitar after watching his performances in live sessions. He wasn’t a mainstream artist and his work is more acknowledged by a niche audience, who are more familiar to the type of music he played.
He was among the top-notch musicians of our country. His sudden death has deprived our music industry from a versatile artist who had command on an array of different music forms. He has adapted both eastern and western styles of melodies and has brought a perfect blend of both to us. No other name than Amir Zaki comes to mind when we talk about the fusion of different styles of music. He will always be remembered as the most influential music artist in the history of Pakistani music.

Rishi Kapoor would like to be remembered with a smile and not with tears, his family said in an official statement released on his death.
The 67 years old star lost his life after battling with cancer for two years. He was a beloved member of the Kapoor family.
His wife Neetu Kapoor posted an official statement on the death of Rishi Kapoor.
The official statement reads:
“Our dear Rishi Kapoor passed away peacefully at 8:45 am IST in hospital today after a two-year battle with leukaemia. The doctors and medical staff at the hospital said he kept them entertained to the last.
He remained jovial and determined to live to the fullest right through two years of treatment across two continents. Family, friends, food and films remained his focus and everyone who met him during this time was amazed at how he did not let his illness get the better of him.
He was grateful for the love of his fans that poured in from the world over. In his passing, they would all understand that he would like to be remembered with a smile and not with tears.
In this hour of personal loss, we also recognise the world is going through a very difficult and troubled time. There are numerous restrictions around movement and gathering in public. We would like to request all his fans and well-wishers and friends of the family to please respect the laws that are in force.

The idea of Tarang House Full of remaking the old Pakistani films and giving them a touch of telefilms is appreciated by the audience all in all and from the remake of Anjuman to the remake of Arman. It was Arman that went on-air yesterday, starring Fawad Khan and Amina Sheikh. The most awaited telefilm was more than a treat where all Fawad fans were delighted to see him in a new avatar.

There was a time when Pakistani films were watched by all the cinema goers and the leading ladies and gentlemen used to be the heart throb of many Pakistanis. Not only this but some of the old Pakistani films’ music was simply unforgettable. Even people who do not belong to the generation in which these films were released have watched these movies or if nothing else have definitely heard the songs. Geo Films and Tarang foods have taken a very positive step by remaking six of these unforgettable classics as telefilms. Many of us are eagerly waiting for these telefilms to be aired because the promos look very promising and who wouldn’t want to watch a classic again. The project has been named the “Tarang Housefull” project and the music for all the six movies will be released in Karachi on March 20th. This is not going to be the first time that Geo Films has taken a step forward to revive cinema in Pakistan, The movie Bol was also a Geo Films productions and was highly appreciated at home and abroad.
The films which have been remade as tele-films include Aaina, Deewar Bhabbi, Arman, Abhi tu Mein Jawan Houn, Anjuman and Dil Mera Dharkan Teri. Here are the details of these upcoming telefilms and some of the promos…definitely something wonderful to look forward to.
Armaan has to be the most waited of all the telefilms because it stars Fawad Khan and also because Armaan was a big hit of its time. The classic film Armaan was produced by Waheed Murad and directed by Pervaiz Malik. It was the first Pakistani film to complete 75 weeks in cinemas and, thus, became the first Pakistani “Platinum Jubilee” film. It starred Zeba and Waheed Murad and the song Ko Ko Korina was a huge hit, it also won six awards.
The telefilm Armaan has been produced by Seventh Sky Entertainment and directed by Anjum Shehzad. Fawad Afzal Khan and Amna Sheikh are playing the lead in the Telefilm, one of the promos is already out. Acccording to the producer Abdullah Kadwani “Fawad is the closest actor to Waheed Murad”. He also added while talking to express tribune that “Whether it was his hairstyle, grooming or fashion sense, Waheed Murad is a legacy when it comes to Pakistani films, It was through Armaan that he also solidified his status as chocolate boy.” I am sure many will agree with him that Fawad Khan indeed was the right choice for playing the character which was once played by the legendary Waheed Murad.
Abhi Tu Mein Jawan Hun is another telefilm that looks very interesting from the promos but we don’t know a lot of details about it yet except that It stars Meekal Zulfiqar, Bushra Ansari, Atiqa Udho and Ayesha Khan. Everyone is very well acquainted with the song “Abhi tu mein jawan hun” and the storyline of the telefilm seems just as fun and bubbly as the song itself. We will be watching all our favorite stars in a completely new light. I think Meekal will do a great job with his character since the guy does have a knack for humor.
Anjuman is another old classic that is being remade, this was another classic that was watched and liked by many for a very long time. The telefim stars Sara Loren, Imran Abbas, Suhaee Ali Abroo and others. The telefilm has been directed by Yasir Nawaz and written by Zanjabeel Asim and Noor-ul-Huda Shah. The original film boasted of a super hit cast with Waheed Murad and Raani playing the lead.
Dil Mera Dharkan Teri is yet another old Waheed Murad film that is also being remade as a telefilm. The cast includes, Ahsan Khan, SanamSaeed and Sarwat Gillani. It has been directed by Mehreen Jabbar and Produced by Six Sigma Productions.
The promos of the film Dewar Bhabi suggest that Sami Khan has done a wonderful job and it is nice to see Saima, who is also part of our film industry, in the telefilm. I don’t recall watching Saima on the small screen ever so definitely looking forward to that.

Its been more than six month Bilal Lashari announced remake of Maula Jutt as his second project. Since then this front has been mostly silent. Now Bilal has informed fans about progress on this project.
As per bilal scripting of remake of Maula Jutt is completed. Unlike original film which had loud dialogs and excessive use of gandasa, Batons (laathi) and Javelin (barchi) the new version of film will be without such elements. Bilal wants to introduce new technique of film making in this film which resulted in delays. Bilal is done with scripting and casting and due to start shooting in coming days.
Behroze Sabzwari is an amazing actor who has been working in the television and film industry for 50 years. The actor is a kind and fun loving person. Despite being a fun loving and witty person, he is grounded and he has a religious side as well. Actor Behroze Sabzwari is a practicing Muslim and he loves to preach Allah’s message wherever he gets a chance.
Recently, he appeared in PTV’s Ramadan transmission where he talked about practicing Deen. He disclosed about his religious side too. He said that religion should be top priority for a Muslim, one should follow deen as it is Allah’s Blessing that he has made us capable of worshiping. He said that it is the sole blessing of Allah that he takes you to the prayer mat. He said that one has to put efforts to reach out to Allah by offering prayers and fasting, it is obligatory for all Muslims. He said that there should be nothing more important than Ibadah. He said that by following religion, one only gives a biggest favor to himself. If people offer prayers, its their kindest act to them, which will reward them.
Ahsan Khan, then, also revealed that he has experienced this on one of his sets in Islamabad when director Iqbal Hussain used to offer prayers on the set along with cast. Behroze said that artists also pray and follow the Deen. Here is his video.
In November 2022, the viral video of the young girl Ayesha went viral in which she was dancing on the old Bollywood song Mera Dil Yeh Pukarey Aja. Her dancing moves and the song was liked and shared by millions of social media users. The video became insanely popular and almost every crazy social media follower started recreating the video including celebrities. Now, the girl Ayesha has become a popular name and her dance videos often go viral.
In a recent event, a very famous religious scholar Junaid Iqbal lashes out at Ayesha. The religious scholar was furious on Ayesha’s dancing act, he said, “at least, you could have respected your name, you have such a pious name like Ayesha but you didn’t even care about your name, Shame on the people who have made her an icon and presented her as hero, this is the lowest of the society that a girl is dancing and her family is enjoying her dance moves, the society has gone to its lowest , not only this, she is being portrayed as an icon and she was invited by main stream media.” Here is the link to the video in which the scholar was angry at her, watch out!
It seems like that religious clerics have stepped in to save Veena Malik’s marriage.
Mufti Naeem, a religious scholar, gave Veena and her husband, Asad Khattak three months to reconsider their divorce plans. After three years of marriage, Veena had reportedly filed for divorce. The couple has two children.
After a meeting with the couple at his seminary, Jamia Banoria, Karachi, the religious figure held Khattak responsible for “wrongdoing” but said the couple was given three months to reconsider their decision to split.
Asad Khattak has confessed his crime of torturing Veena, spending her bank balance and even selling property,” Mufti Naeem told The Express Tribune.
“The court decree about the divorce is non-maintainable. Veena filed the case in a family court, Lahore and the decision came in her favour without hearing Asad, who was abroad. Hence, as per Islamic teaching, it is not divorce, but a one-sided decision.”
“Since her husband has realised his mistakes, we attempted for their reconciliation because the children will ultimately suffer,” he said. “We have decided… Asad will pay Veena Rs0.3 million every month such that she can look after the children.”
The couple, the religious scholar said, will live separately for at least three months till Veena comes up with new conditions. “If her husband agrees to those conditions, the matter will again be referred to court,” he added.
Imran Abbas has worked in an Indian film named Creature 3D which was due to release in August 2014. The film is under production for almost two years due to which Imran has not worked in any Pakistani production in the same duration apart from drama Dil-e-Muztar last year. Future of Imran Abbas’s career in Indian films heavily depends on the outcome of Creature 3D. However the film is not releasing any sooner as its release date is now extended to September 2014 (November 2014). The release date is revised as some other big budgeted movies are also lined up for release in August 2014 to avoid direct competition.
It isn’t necessary to live in your homeland to have a patriotic spirit or to show your patriotism. On the 70th Independence Day of our homeland, Pakistani Sufi Opera star Saira Peter is preparing to release a new National song (Milli Naghma).
Saira recorded the song earlier this summer but as it was done for 14th August, she will be waiting for that date to finally release it to the world. Drawing on her extensive Western classical training, she has gradually enhanced the melody, introduced harmony and built up the instrumentation in ‘Aye Sar Zameen’.
She completed the early versions of this national song with the help of seasoned recording engineer Andy Rugg (whose clients include Beyonce, Radiohead et al). All of this was done at London’s Soup Studios.
Later, the takes were engineered by Dan Blackett, but she called in lead engineer Giles Barrett for final mixing and mastering on Soup’s vintage 1980’s Soundtracs CM4400 console.
To say we are excited about this milli naghma will be an understatement. Nothing beats a milli naghma that makes you sing along as well as raise your patriotic spirit. And on this 70th anniversary of Pakistan, we all are looking forward to something like this. Best of luck to Saira and her song!

They wait for new shows and watch them with full interest and dedication, not only this, they seem to be invested in the stories of almost all the dramas. Ishq E Laa
Drama Serial Ishq-e-Laa is releasing on 21st October, it an upcoming Momina Duraid production project which is written by Qaisra Hayat and directed by Amin Iqbal. The cast of the drama includes Yumna Zaidi , Usman Peerzada , Sajal Aly , Azan Sami Khan, Seemi Raheal and Sohail Sameer. We are definitely looking forward to the drama that has been shot on beautiful locations and has such a good storyline and cast. The director Amin Iqbal has also directed many good projects including Deedan and Dushman e jaan.
Dobara
Another most awaited upcoming drama Dobara will release on 20th October, it has become talk of the town, the drama stars Bilal Abbas Khan and Hadiqa Kiani opposite each other. The drama cast also includes veteran actor Sakina Samo, Javed Sheikh and Usama Khan, the storyline seems to promise something different. The drama has been written by Sarwat Nazeer and directed by Danish Nawaz. It is not a typical Pakistani dramas based on home politics but revolves around revenge of a young guy and second marriage of a single lady in her mid-fourties.
Aik Hai Nigar
Another anticipated project is Mahira Khan’s biopic which will be released on 23rd October2021. The biopic is directed by Adnan Sarwar, it is written by Umera Ahmad and produced by Nina Kashif and Mahira Khan under their banner Soulfry_films. The cast includes Mahira Khan, Sohail Sameer, Bilal Ashraf and Khushal Khan. It will be aired on Ary Digital TV. Here is the first look of the most awaited telefilm based on the life of Lt General Nigar Johar which was shared by Ary Digital and ISPR YouTube channel. ISPR will also proudly present the biopic that features its First Lady General.
The central role of the telefilm is essayed by Mahira Khan as Nigar Johar alongside Bilal Ashraf. The starting half of the biopic is shot in Army Medical college, depicting Johar’s student life followed by professional life. Mahira is looking elegant in uniform.
Chalay Thay Saath, the highly anticipated upcoming film directed by Umer Adil with producer Beenish Umer & Executive Producer Sheikh Shiraz Mubashir, is set to release in cinemas across Pakistan on April 21st, 2017. Syra Shehroze who has ruled the television-watching audiences’ heart ever since she debuted in, Mera Naseeb and is set to make her cinema debut with this film.
