She talked about how people have different needs and said, “Everyone has different needs when it comes to working out. My aim is to lower my fat levels. For that I people lift heavy but I’m doing a mix of HITT/Tabata/Circuit training for now. It’s hard but it works. It helps build my stamina and endurance big time. Lifting will come later for me. Its gonna take time because fat loss and weight loss are 2 different things.“

I snack on blueberries, sugar free/whole wheat cookies, almonds and dark chocolate. I have smoothies once a week. Clear soups with veggies, brown rice and chicken/sea food are filling and yum so I load up on that big time! I make them at home and it’s super easy. Overnight oats are great for breakfast. It’ll keep you fuller and give you energy throughout the day. Again this is what works for me.”
Talking about hard work she said, “I do fall off the wagon coz I love junk food and meetha is my kamzoori, but i dont give up. The most important thing is to have fun! If you cant do gym, get a couple of weights and do it at home. Or walk. The point is to be active and consistent. Remember hard work ALWAYS pays off!”

Recently, I got a call to pick up a payment which was supposed to be made to me almost one and a half years ago. I forgot about it, I gave it up” she continued “And the sad thing is, it wasn’t like a huge sum but dude when you work and invest hours it’s your “Mehnat ki Kamai” and you don’t want to beg for it. If you are working at a bank or some other place, you don’t have to ask again and again for your salary, you will get your salary on time”

“If I ever mistakenly go to someone’s wedding or engagement many aunties asks me ‘Beta Shadi Kab Horahi Hai’ and I am like why this question just because I’m a woman, there are 15 men standing behind me who are balding, aging nobody says anything” She added “What I say to them is that it’s better to stay single and happy rather than marrying a wrong man. If it’s written in your fate, nothing can come in the way of that. So please don’t listen to any kind of trash talk that comes your way, that pinches you. Understand that life is a gift and you are on this earth to do amazing things, and you don’t have to, have to marry in order to achieve that. Marriage is a good thing. Everyone must get married but anybody who is struggling to get to that point and is single by choice or not by choice. I think it’s a great time to make a bucket list and just go for it achieve all the things, do wonderful things in your life, and brag about it, dude. Being single is awesome, I think it’s awesome”

We have different communities, and we should feature them. Initially, I faced objections about taking on this role.”
Discussing her portrayal of Manisha, she said, “It’s not a stereotypical couple who wears sindoor and sarees all the time, because the people I know do these activities only during festivals or at home. I adapted what I saw in Pakistan, and I have to say whatever I did, I did it responsibly. I had to be careful; I didn’t want to offend anyone. Thankfully, I am receiving a great response from the Hindu community.”
Regarding Case No. 9, she shared, “I got Wajahat’s call and asked for the script. He told me that the character is small and that we have an ensemble cast, but every character plays a strong part. Then he narrated Manisha’s character to me—she belongs to a minority community and is an empowering character. After reading it, I knew I wanted to do it. Once I heard about the cast, there was no question of refusing. I am proud to be part of it.”
About Manisha, she said, “Manisha is a strong character. She can’t live with a man who has witnessed crime and ignored it. She is someone who can’t tolerate injustice—she is blunt and takes action. She can’t ignore her husband’s flaws or remain silent about incidents affecting multiple lives. I love that all the women in this drama are strong. All the female characters, including Kiran, Manisha, the lawyer, and the mother, are shown as powerful.”
