Supermodel Sadaf Kanwal and Shahroz Sabzwari tied the knot during the lockdown in an intimate Nikkah ceremony.

In an interview, Sadaf Kanwal and Shahroz Sabzwari talked about their wedding.
Sadaf Kanwal shared, “Actually I have always wanted that my marriage ceremony must be low-key.”
Shahroz Sabzwari also shared, “Sadaf always wanted this and it’s enough that you have well-wishers at your big day. There is no use of inviting people who are not even happy.”
Talking about food at their wedding, they said, “We served many dishes at our wedding and my mother is very particular about good food.”

While as Sadaf Kanwal said, “We learnt from that hate and had fun with it.”
Sadaf Kanwal shared how she handled with personal attacks on her and said, “Do you think from my face or my style that it affected me? I have such an amazing husband, father-in-law and family that I don’t need anyone.”
“It’s not a big deal which happened to me at my wedding because it has happened with a lot of people before. I don’t care basically. I am requesting haters to keep saying as it will take away my sins,” she added.
In the interview, Shahroz Sabwari praised his wife and said, “Sadaf is a mentally strong girl and she doesn’t care about the haters.”
Sadaf Kanwal’s item number is quite famous however, in an old interview, Shahroz Sabzwari has clearly spoken against item number.
On this matter, Sadaf Kanwal said, “He doesn’t have a problem and we have never discussed this. It was a piece of art and I did it. I completely own it and I love it.”
Shahroz commented on this matter and said, “I said where item number is necessary it must be there but when you have to sell a film then the item number doesn’t suit. Kaif-o-Suroor was on perfect timing and personally, it’s my favourite item song.”
Sadaf Kanwal further said that she won’t do item number because now she has a family and she is married. Earlier, she did it because she was single. Now she won’t do because she has a big family and has to take care of everything.

In the fourth season of PSL, Ali Zafar was replaced by Fawad Khan and the fifth season saw Asim Azhar, Arif Lohar and Ali Azmat making a joint effort with Xulfi for the anthem. However, as per the latest public opinion, none of the songs became as popular as Ali Zafar’s tracks and social media erupted with reactions, calling for Ali Zafar to be the voice of PSL once again.
The hue and cry was huge and the last two songs failed to make an impact. Addressing why he didn’t do the the anthems for PSL season 4 and 5, Ali Zafar in a live chat with Shoaib Malik stated. “I hadn’t wanted to do the 2nd and 3rd PSL anthem but I did and they became huge hits after the first one. However for the 4th and 5th season, the PCB seem to have their own reasons and preferences for the singer and I totally respect that.” Zafar went on to state how he couldn’t force the board for anything.
Following the outbreak of comments and requests for a song, Ali Zafar released an independent song for PSL in season 5. Mela Loot Liya now has crossed 8 million plus views on YouTube.
Tonight’s episode of Sabaat yet again suggested that this drama is not going to deal with mental illness seriously like many other Pakistani dramas we have watched in the past. My expectations while watching Sabaat are completely different now. In the beginning, I was expecting it to be more meaningful and well-put-together but now it is pretty clear that Sabaat is another mediocre drama with a star cast. The production values are impressive and Sarah Khan has definitely put in a lot of effort to look and act differently this time around but the character she is playing does not have enough to offer. Miraal/Dr.Haris track is more likely to be a love story since they are not just meeting in cafes but also talking on the phone after working hours! Anaya and Hasan’s relationship is gradually turning out to be the better aspect of this drama although Hasan’s idea of inviting their friends at the office was such a bad one! Anaya’s relationship with her parents remains the best part of this drama but I honestly think that the writer needed to put in more life and substance into Miraal’s character. Miraal could have been a complex and grey character but so far she comes across as a brat who needs to get a life, nothing more and nothing less!!
Anaya and Hasan
All the scenes covering Anaya and Hasan’s track were realistic. The conversation with Anaya’s parents and the sweet romance in the office made their scenes likable. Some of the conversations were stretched and could have been chopped down. It is however strange that Hasan continues to ignore the fact that Anaya and Miraal simply cannot work in the same office especially considering the fact that Miraal is her boss. The writer has already established the fact that Anaya cannot work anywhere else since the last time Hasan tried to work elsewhere, there was great opposition. Anaya for now is putting up with everything in order to keep the ‘peace’. Sadly, Anaya too in a way is turning out to be one of those people who simply let Miraal get away with everything. Hasan thought it was alright to invite their friends to the office without informing ‘the boss’, that was like asking for trouble! Even when Hasan suggested it, I was hoping that Anaya will tell him that this was not a good idea but she went along with the idea. This confrontation was definitely not needed and could have been easily avoided!
It was good to see Anaya sharing her problems with her father and it would have been even better if they got the chance to talk about it. Hasan’s mother also sensed that Miraal might be the reason behind Anaya’s sudden absence. For now, Hasan and Anaya are being ‘nice’ because they do not want to cause more problems for Hasan’s mother. I hope that things change in that department since both these characters have strong personalities and they are educated, they can easily move out of the house and stay in touch with Hasan’s parents. People live independently after getting married, there is nothing unusual about it therefore this whole issue now seems more forced than ever. Hasan and Anaya can live a simple life peacefully free from all the unwanted insults and trouble since they are definitely not dependent on materialistic things for happiness.
Miraal and Dr.Haris
There was only one scene in this episode that covered Dr.Haris’ attempt to make Miraal understand what she needed to do in order to change her thinking and attitude. Miraal did not pay much heed to his advice in fact her dialogue ‘aap meri counseling kar rahe hei ya mujhe depressed kar rahe hei’ was funny! She is so used to hearing what she wants to hear that these polite reality checks make her ‘depressed’!! So basically, Miraal wants Dr.Haris to make her happy – essentially do what everyone else has been doing for years, which is fundamentally the root cause of her mental disorder. Miraal’s scenes tonight clearly suggested that she is also falling for her doctor. She doesn’t want to listen to him and is still quite focused on ‘eliminating’ Anaya but she enjoys talking to Dr.Haris! Showing gradual change in Miraal’s attitude would have made this track more meaningful otherwise Haris could have been Miraal’s love-interest only, why introduce him as the therapist?
Haris’ creepy friend continued to play the role he played in the previous episode. It is truly upsetting watching such a big production house normalizing such behavior. Surely, these scenes are not adding much to the story but give the wrong impression about the profession. Yes! This must happen but why show it so casually like there is nothing wrong with it.
Miraal is no longer seeing ‘naani’ therefore I am assuming that Haris has been able to make Miraal feel less insecure but then is that a good thing? Doesn’t Miraal need to understand that she will eventually be left alone if she doesn’t change her ways? This track is seriously confusing! Any guy Miraal would have fallen for could have made her realize the things, Haris is trying to make her realize. He hasn’t done anything yet which a businessman or an engineer couldn’t do – if you know what I mean!! More than once in this episode, Miraal blamed Hasan’s shadi for making her mentally upset! So basically these 3 sessions with Dr. Haris have not changed her thinking at all.
Final Remarks
Tonight’s episode of Sabaat had some likable scenes, Anaya/Hasan and Anaya’s family’s scenes are always refreshing. The progress in Miraal’s track wasn’t too impressive. Hopefully, a huge loss in business will turn out to be an eye-opener for Miraal! As I said, I don’t have high expectations from this drama anymore. Mawra Hocane and Ameer Gilani look cute together, hopefully, they will move out of this house and start a new life! This drama definitely needs to pick up pace and a change is much-needed.
Can someone please tell me why this employee wanted the day off? His dialogue delivery wasn’t audible. I think I know what he said but not too sure!

In total, she lost 26 kgs after four months of hard work and dedication. From 89 kgs to 63 kgs, she did it.
In an interview, she talked about her weight loss journey and said, “I think if I was not an athlete then I would like to be healthy. Of course, my focus was on weight loss because I am an athlete and I had to go back to my job.”
“It’s important for me to be healthy. I am very focused and it is very important for me to be healthy not just on the outside its more from inside.”
She further said, “When I delivered Izhaan after that I felt unhealthy internally, so it’s my personality that I want to be healthy and it ha nothing to do with the athlete. I just want want to say this its important that you take 2-3 hours for yourself and exercise.”s
Sania Mirza went through a lot of changes and she shared, “I lost weight very fast but even if it’s slow it’s fine because it brings sanity to you. As a woman, when you conceive and deliver, your body and your mind go through a lot. So many things including hormones change in your body.”
Talking about postpartum depression, she said, “I didn’t go through post-partum depression because I started working out so early. I used to go on walks in the beginning. I believe its important to focus on yourself. After delivering baby your life doesn’t end but it has started.”
When Sania Mirza gained weight people criticized her a lot and threw mean comments on her.
Talking about trolls, she said, “Gosh! I realized people can be so mean. Most of them were women who were judgemental. It’s horrible when a woman who has gone through all this say such things. I feel sorry for them because they have the venomous thing in them to say such mean things.”
“At that time, those comments were hurting me because it’s not in my control that I am producing a child and gaining weight.”
Sania Mirza also shared, “During my pregnancy, I enjoyed a lot and I ate everything which I couldn’t eat on normal days.”

Sania Saeed is a legendary actress of the entertainment industry who is known for her graceful personality and brilliant acting skills.
The legend of the entertainment industry talked about weaknesses in dramas according to her years of experience.
She said, “Why do we want to share stories? Why do we want to share a particular story? The intent behind this is faulty.”
“Now we don’t want to tell stories to elevate, bond and to understand rather we want to tell stories to exploit something which you already know and which you have already experienced.”
She further said, “Its like your comfort food and whenever you watch it you feel familiar. No matter how much that phase is disturbing you feel comfortable because that is something you know and you want to end it in a way according to your own expectations.”

She said, “The first thing is to stop exploiting limited knowledge of your people and engage your audience with constructive talks.”
“I am not saying this is not happening as I don’t watch television but I do visit some things for education just to see what’s happening. It’s happening but there is no conscious effort however there should be conscious effort behind good work.”
She continued and said, “For single good play or single good talk, there are 5-7 non-constructive talks so the ratio is disproportional.”
“We need to organize the profession, we need unions and also structure the legal parts. We also need studios, equipment and we need a place where we can send our technical people for the training,” she added.
Talking about technical aspect, Sania Saeed shared, “For suppose if you go on Netflix, we cant reach there because of the technical aspect. Investment in infrastructure is important or else we will stand here. We need to invest in our people and in our structures.”

As PTA has decided to ban Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) Mobile for being addictive and harmful for player’s health.

PTA has received numerous complaints against PUBG wherein it is stated that the game is addictive, wastage of time and poses serious negative impact on physical and psychological health of the children.”
