But did you know Ali Zafar and his now wife Ayesha Fazli were once kidnapped?

The incident occurred some 12 years ago when Ali and Ayesha were kidnapped for six hours only to be released by the kidnapper upom receiving Rs2.5 million from their parents.

Zafar’s car, was also taken away by the kidnapper, as the duo were kidnapped outside a CD shop in Lahore. 

According to details the kidnapper made Ali and Ayesha move from place to place for three hours and asked both of them to talk to their parents for arranging Rs2.5 million ransom, otherwise, he would shoot them.

Ali and Ayesha were only released once Ayesha’s parents paid a ransom worth 2.5 million.

Entertainment industries all over the world are somehow complicated, there are stars who are friends and there are those too who are rivals. Ali Zafar and Shaan both are one of the most popular stars of Pakistan but their public feud was nothing infamous.

For those who don’t know, At Ary Film Awards 2014, Shaan openly criticized Pakistani artistes who cross the border to be a part of Bollywood ventures, calling them “cheap sell-outs.” He blamed local celebrities for making Bollywood a stairway to their success.

While the audience, which included stars such as Javed Sheikh and Zeba Bakhtiar, was taken aback by Shaan’s comments, it was singer-actor Ali Zafar who answered him back as he received the award for ‘International Icon of the Year’. Ali mentioned how it was disrespectful of Shaan to blame the artistes as sell-outs and gave his definition of patriotism.

Since then, there had been no public interaction between, and apparently they were captured jamming to a friendship anthem. Ali Zafar was singing “yeh dosti hum naheen choreingay” while Shaan played the guitar and we’re glad to see these stars together!

Bridal Couture Week is Pakistan’s famous bridal fashion show, produced by Hum and presented by Pantene. This provides the opportunity for fashion designers and makeup artists to showcase their work not only at a national level but globally as well.

On the last day of 18th edition of Bridal Couture Week 2021, Ali Xeeshan presented his collection “Numaish”, a pledge against old age tradition of dowry. You don’t have credentials to talk about my fashion or work. Ali Tareen, the owner of Pakistan Super League Multan Sultans shares his dream of becoming a #GirlDad. He has two cute daughters and while speaking to BBC he shared his experience of being a #GirlDad in Pakistan.

Ali Tareen shared, “In Pakistan, especially in the villages, a very common blessing is: ‘May God give you seven sons‘.”

“But when my wife and I were expecting, I prayed every single day to have a daughter. Some older family members would tell me I should pray for a son because I love sports, I can teach my son to play cricket and I can take him to games.”

The owner of Multan Sultans further added, “I would say: ‘Why wouldn’t I teach my daughters cricket? Why wouldn’t I take them to games?’ Society had placed limits on what fathers and daughters should do, and I wasn’t going to have any of it.”

Zard Patton Ka Bunn is a famous Hum TV drama serial that recently ended on a beautiful lesson-oriented note. The drama serial is Momina Duraid and Kashf Foundation’s production. The story was written by the brilliant writer Mustafa Afridi. Ace Pakistani director Saifee Hassan directed the show. Sajal Aly and Hamza Sohail were the main lead characters of the drama. He always discusses his father so I asked Saifee if I would wear an army sweater which had memories with his father. After the release, Mustafa said that his sister told him that Chacha Afzal also used to wear the sweater and it was a part of his personality”.

Talking about the message of drama, Ali Tahir said, “The drama has significantly conveyed its message especially it showed two outstanding progressive fathers who belonged to different social settings but have the same qualities who supported their children and had understanding of what their kids want in life. Both, Nofil and Meenu’s father came from different social statuses but they knew what their children need from them. So! I like this message of ZPKB”.

We weren’t allowed to talk”, he also said that the team Tamasha was super professional, the workers used to come at home late night from where they used to pick laundry and used to clean washrooms, rest they had no connection with the outer world. Talking about if Faizan Sheikh was instructed, he said that he has no idea if anyone has come to the house and instructed him. He said that the team already showed public opinion and in that the fans clearly said to Faizan Sheikh that he’s being negative. Viral Pakistani song Pasoori was the biggest chartbuster of the year 2022. It was released by Coke Studio Pakistan on 6th February 2022. The Punjabi song Pasoori was sung by Ali Sethi and Shae Gill. The song gave Ali Sethi a timeless fame and opened multiple international venues for him. The song has so far crossed more than one billion streams and also gathered 835 million views on YouTube.

Recently, the singer Ali Sethi’s mother Jugnoo Mohsin expressed her views on the popular song.

Talking about it, she said, “I don’t like Pasoori. Now that it has crossed a billion views, Ali said to me, ‘I know, Mom, you don’t like it, but it has been a global success.’ When I was expecting him, I used to listen to music a lot, and my preference was our classical Raags or Punjabi music like dholay and mahiye. We used to speak pure Punjabi with our kids, which is why Ali can sing brilliantly in Punjabi—songs like Umran Langiyan Pabhan Par.”

Ali Sethi is an artist who is loved all over the world for his music and his melodious voice. The year 2022 was filled with his song Pasoori and people everywhere were vibing to it. The song even featured in Ms marvels and was recreated by Bollywood is a weird version. He has talent and he has shown the world what he is made of. Ali, however, has been in the news for the past two days for some very personal alleged news about his life.

Twitter started the news that Ali Sethi has gotten married in a ceremony in New York City to his alleged boyfriend, artist Salman Toor. Salman Toor is a painter and both him and Ali were rumoured to have met at the Aitchison College. The news spread like wild fire and people were sharing the pictures of the two solo as well as with their friends.

People were not happy with the news due to obvious reasons but on the other hand many people started congratulating Ali. Ali Sethi has now officially come out with a statement. The artist said that he is not married and he does not know who started the rumour. Here is his statement:

Ali Sethi is among the most successful singers of the current generation. He is the son of journalist Najam Sethi and politician Jugnu Mohsin while his sister Mira Sethi is a writer and actress.

Ali Sethi has been expressing himself very openly for some time now. He is open about his sexuality and he wants to work for the LGBTQ community so they can also openly express themselves. The news of his alleged marriage to artist Salman Toor also got viral sometime back but he refuted the rumours.

The queer community celebrates Pride Month in June every year. Ali Sethi also took to Instagram and shared a childhood picture as he said that you will one day find love to his younger self. Actor-Anchor Ali Saleem better known for his role as Begum Nawazish Ali is in the news again. He was arrested today on the charge of possessing alcohol.

Ali was at a guest house when police took him and his friend in custody for alcohol possession. He was arrested and taken to Clifton Police Station.

The case has been lodged against him in the said Police station:

The police raided the place after they got news about a kidnapped child, several people were arrested from the scene including Ali.

Meera supported Ali in this scandal as she said that she was also present at the same guest house for the shoot. Though she does not know if Ali had alcohol in his room or not, she still supports him for being a fellow artist.

Ali Saleem also apologised to the police for his misbehaviour:

Ali revealed that the contestants used to try to impress Captain Naveed in order to marry Meera.

But things later were not as Meera and Captain Naveed were portraying at that time and he was not Meera’s brother.

Jalaibee (جلیبی) is an upcoming film scheduled to release on 20th March 2015. Cast members Ali Safina and Zhalay Sarhadi who recently visited the Studio of BBC Urdu have talked about this film. Ali and Zhalay are quite excited about this project.

As per Ali and Zhalay, the film is twisted and flavored like Jalaibee. Talking about rumors of an ITEM SONG filmed on Zhalay, Zhalay herself clarified it is not an item song. The song is a dance number, shot in the style of what Zhalay termed as ‘Madhuri Dixit style’. As per Zhalay the song was demand of her role as she is playing the role of a bar dancer.
