In this quarantine, many celebrities tied the knot and now our very young actor and model Syed Saim Ali has got married.

Syed Saim Ali shared the good news with his fans and followers and wrote, “Challo ao ek naye zindagi shoro kare” Allhumdulilah Ma sha allah got Nikkaofied.”

While speaking to Dawn Images, he shared that it was an arranged engagement which happened six months ago but eventually it became a love marriage.

Saim also shared that his wife wears a hijab and that’s why he is not sharing many pictures.

Interesting enough, while one end of the Pakistan’s film industry seems to have a revival in the form of talent, budget, direction and revenue, the other still suffers with low quality content to its fullest. Syed Noor has been serving Lollywood industry since a long time, adding new films in the local cinema businesses, however, with the revival of film industry in Pakistan, Lollywood’s future can be a good question.

Syed Noor recently shared at an event in Karachi, organized by Karachi Union of Journalists that he is all set for his next film ‘Bhai Wanted’. The basic plot of the story is to highlight the beauty of Pakistan, especially Karachi and for that all the shooting part has been arranged in Karachi only.

Though the film-maker did not mention the cast of the movie, he still revealed that the movie will hold big names with it where the audience will get to see senior artists on screen, followed by some newcomers as he believes that Pakistan has a lot talent in the field of entertainment and all that talent needs, is a chance.

It can now be difficult to predict the business which this movie will generate as it is, there can be sensed a change of mind-and-choice in the local audience. Moreover, the foreign content has also narrowed the business returns for Lollywood.

My wife was not home. When she returned, she asked, ‘Who is in the house?’ They replied, ‘Saima.’ She was shocked but then went inside the kitchen, prepared tea and snacks for her, handed them over to the servants, and went to her room. It was a great gesture by Rukhsana. She was setting things up to observe Saima, and Saima ultimately proved herself.”

Old Lollywood industry had its own flavour, its own catfights and stars who worked and created their own scandals. Pakistani films always had one or two stars ruling the scene in every era. The last era by an old star was of Sultan Rahi and after his death the industry nearly collapsed. I know why he said it — maybe he meant that after Syed Noor and Shaan Shahid gave up, the film industry suffered. They are like my kids; I don’t feel bad about their criticism. Also, those who can’t reach your level will always criticize you. He’s a great actor, and it’s his right to say whatever he wants about me.”

Saima is undoubtedly the leading heroine of Punjabi and Urdu films for more than two decades now. She started her career from Punjabi film Khatarnak in 1990.  Despite a lead actress she seldom appear on media and public gatherings. Seasoned director Syed Noor has revealed his film making plans for the year 2014. He plans for four films in the year 2014. Here is what English Daily The News has reported

RENOWNED Pakistani film director Syed Noor has wowed to bring about a positive change in the state of Pakistan film industry in practical terms and is going to set a unique record by completing and releasing four movies in the year 2014.

This was announced by Syed Noor while talking to The News on Friday. Syed Noor pointed out that there had always been a lot of talk but very less work was being done in the film industry. But, the veteran director added, instead of talking like others, he had taken very positive and important practical steps to bring about a change in the state of the film industry by making four movies in 2014 only.

He said that his first movie in this string of new flicks was going to be ‘Price of Honour’ which would be released in April 2014.

The next movie ‘Bhi Wanted’ will be out on Eid ul Fitr. His third movie ‘First Love’ is scheduled to be released on Eidul Aza while the fourth and the last movie ‘O America’ is planned to be released in the end of this year.

Syed Noor acknowledged the role of the media in promoting healthy and positive trends in the film industry and appealed to it to continue its support.

He also announced that following the agreement between the exhibitors association and the film producer association, 1 percent of the yields from the Indian films exhibition would be paid to the technicians of the film industry. He added that the cheque of the 1 percent amount would be presented to the head of the special committee formed for this purpose to be distributed among the film technicians later.

We are baffled than ever as to why would Syed Noor call his own nation debating for a better cinema, an Indian conspiracy. We are sorry but it is just plain ethic less.

“The film shows a later stage in life and we’re hoping to incorporate some flashbacks and introduce new actors.”

Syed Noor also hopes that this film leaves a positive impact on the Pakistani film industry as he said:

“We want to bring back dignified films to the Pakistan film industry so that our new generations can learn from it all. Maybe we’ll be able to bring new and improved entertainment to Pakistan.”

Syed Noor is a seasoned Pakistani film maker and director who began his career as a film writer and assistant director. His notable films include Choorian, Jeeva, Sangam, Sargam, Majajan, Tere Bajre Ki Rakhi and others. Talking about Javed Sheikh, Syed Noor said, “We were in a competition with each other regarding making girlfriends, and I used to win against him. I always ended up getting the girl in the end. He used to marry the ones he loved but I never married, I married the person I loved in my life. We also had another crime partner, film star Shahid, who also used to marry the girls. Syed Mohammad Ahmed is a beloved artist who is loved for his acting skills, fresh writing and the way he has humbly conducted himself in society. The actor just shocked the nation when he revealed how he was dealt in a sick manner on the set of a drama by a lead actor. He did not name anyone but it turned out that Fahad Sheikh was the artist who was bullying the senior star on set. The bullying video also leaked and other actors like Faizan Sheikh and Jenan Hussain were also seen laughing at him.
