What could be better than releasing a trailer of your film on your birthday. Shahrukh unveiled his film Zero’s trailer on 53rd birthday. The film stars Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in the lead roles and is releasing on the Christmas eve  on 21st December.

Initially, Deepika Padukone was going to share the screen space with Shahrukh and Katrina but she had stepped out of the film citing date issues. Everyone knows Deepika and Katrina do not share a great rapport due that the fact that both have dated actor Ranbir Kapoor in the past. Anushka Sharma, then, stepped into her shoes and seems to be acing her part in the trailer. 

The film is directed by Tanu Weds Manu fame director Anand L Rai. It features Salman Khan in a cameo and also marks the last ever screen appearance of late screen goddess Sri Devi. It seems to be a musical riot and we are looking forward to see Shahrukh play yet another interesting role. Actor Anushka Sharma is playing a wheelchair bound girl who is also a motivational speaker while Katrina seems to be playing role of a superstar.

Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan has won the hearts of netizens with his latest Cadbury advertisement which is described as an initiative to help local brands and stores in the post-COVID era. Many people are touched by the heartwarming message but Pakistanis are especially happy because his outfit was designed by a Pakistani designer “Faraz Manan”.

In the video, Shahrukh Khan was spotted wearing a White Royal Jacket from Faraz Manan’s menswear line, which is embroidered with floral motifs and geometric shapes.

Manan is no stranger to dressing stars across the border. He’s already extensively featured and dressed Kareena Kapoor in his campaigns but we haven’t seen King Khan wear anything Pakistani recently.

Chain Aaye Na is Shahroze Sabzwari’s debut movie. The trailer crashed all the expectations surrounding the film as it includes no plot base and a lot of ketchup as depicted by the trailer. Shahroze inspite of getting a lot of backlash is still confident about the movie. He was recently interviewed by HIP and here is what he had to say. When asked why he took up Chain Aaye Na when he turned down movies like Lahore se Aagey and Chupan Chupai, he said: “I was going through a lot of scripts when Chain Aye Na came to me. It managed to intrigue me and I loved it, Syed Noor is a filmmaker I’ve been a fan of my entire life, I couldn’t say no to him, I had to take it up.”

To the disastrous trailer he said:“I know it’s been disappointing for a lot of people, but you see Pakistani trailers work, films don’t. So I’m very confident about Chain Aye Na because I’ve seen the results.”

Shahroze thinks he got good reviews about himself:“Whatever reviews I’ve received about myself, thankfully, people have received that really well, a lot of people have called me, telling me rage I look good, so that way I know that Syed Noor has been successful in making me look the part. Hence, I’m excited and relaxed.”

Speaking about lack of chemistry between the lead pair Shahroze said: “Maybe that’s the way the story is. That’s the kind of chemistry that the plot requires, we are only talking on trailer’s terms. You’ll know better once the film comes out.”

Shahroze is very confident:“I have complete faith in God and Syed Noor. I’ve seen the film during dubbing, people couldn’t understand the trailer, but that doesn’t mean they won’t understand the film.”  

He is not bothered by social media and took a dig on Balu Mahi too: “Social media doesn’t bother me, I look at the bigger picture. In a population of over 20 Crore people, I honestly don’t care about that one fraction of people who are on Facebook. If Facebook was the decider of a film’s fate, Balu Mahi would’ve been the biggest hit of the year.”

The film will release on 21st July. Only then it will become clear what Chain Aaye Na actually is.

The news of the split between Shahroz and Syra has taken over the internet. From the past few days, people are confused about whether the couple got divorced or they just separated.

“The upcoming serial, titled Seep, is a Seema Tahir production and is being directed by Barkat Siddiqui. Seep is written by Samra Bukhari, the same writer who wrote the Gul-e-Rana masterpiece. That’s part of the reason why I said yes to this play. Samra Bukhari’s plays are simply amazing. Also Barkat Siddiqui is directing after a long time, so it’s a good opportunity to learn from where it comes best.”
