The show is directed by Rana Rizwan, written by Ali Imran and Saba Hassan, and produced by Nabeel, who also played the lead character of the show. The show gained popularity after the introduction of Hina Dilpazeer, who plays Mumtaz (Momo).

Bulbulay was first aired 22 October 2009 on ARY Digital and was later broadcast on ARY Digital in the UK. It is a successful sitcom with a high TRP, and it holds the record for the longest-running television series of Pakistan. 

Khawaja Akmal who played the role of Siddiqui Sahab (khubsoorat’s father), was a part of bulbulay. He died of a heart attack on 26 November 2017. No one was replaced for his character till now.

Upcoming drama serial Sinf-e-Aahan is in the news for all the right reasons. A new addition in the cast of the star-studded production is Sri Lankan actress Yehali Tashiya, who will be essaying the role of a Sri Lankan cadet who has come to train in Pakistan alongside other female cadets.

Scrap Fest is an event which was originated as a scrap metal artwork competition, but now it has grown into a full art festival that focuses on up-cycled and repurposed artwork. Also, the festival features eco-art booth vendors, family activities, live music, food. Now, it can be called a Canadian origin LGBTQ event. This year, the festival is all set to take place in Karachi, Pakistan. Canadian origin Pakistani Singer Urvah Khan is hosting the event it will feature trans and underground performers. Public is also angry and saying that the strong actions need to be taken against the ScrapFest which is here to destroy the identity of Muslims and other religions. They said, ‘we should raise voice before it’s too late’. People are saying that scrap fest is a threat to all the religious teachings as no religion preach this, they are saying that it is heartbreaking to see rapidly rising trend of LGBTQ in Pakistan. Event like “ScrapFest” being organized openly in Karachi is alarming. They said that the Muslim Ummah will be answerable before Allah on not raising voice. They urged public to raise their voice against it before the LGBTQ activities spread like wild fire. The social media users urged the Government to look into it and ban the Scrap Fest . Wabaal is an upcoming Pakistani drama serial which will air on HUM Television. The drama is written by Qaisera Hayat, Directed by Amin Iqbal and Produced by Momina Duraid. “Wabaal” features Sarah Khan, Meerub Ali, Shagufta Ejaz, Talha Chahour and others.

Recently, HUM TV dropped the teaser of upcoming drama serial “Wabaal” featuring Sarah Khan. The storyline of drama serial “Wabaal” revolves around a girl who is tired of conditions of poverty and lives an imaginary life of riches. While dropping the teaser, HUM TV wrote the definition of “Wabaal” which means curse, despair and destruction.

However, the netizens are unhappy with teaser of drama serial Wabaal. Right after the teaser was released, the netizens expressed their displeasure over the teaser. According to the audience, the story seems to be a recycling script. Furthermore, the keyboard warriors also disapproved Sarah Khan’s acting!
