She said that according to her more events need to be organized all over the country so they can get normalized and people learn how to interact during such events.

Previously in the “Pakistani actor headed Hollywood” headline we covered famous Indian film critic and entertainment journalist Rajeev Masand’s claim that Fawad Khan is looking for work in Hollywood.

Writing in his column in Open Magazine, the writer alleged,

“In light of the fact that there just haven’t been too many good enough film roles coming his way in Pakistan — not to mention any hopes of a promising career in Hindi films went up in smoke after the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil controversy last year — it appears Fawad Khan may be headed for the United States in pursuit of quality work.”

He went on to add,

“Reportedly, the 35-year-old star has confided in friends and former collaborators in Mumbai that he is exploring his options in the West; he’s already signed on with an agent in Hollywood and has begun reading scripts.”

To add more spice to the story Deccan Chronicle claimed that the Khoobsurat actor is seeking Karan Johar’s advice and his inspiration seems to be none other than Former Miss World Priyanka Chopra.

According to a reliable source Priyanka will be showing Fawad around in Hollywood.

“Although Fawad was initially skeptical of the idea, Karan told Fawad the cultural stereotypes of Asians playing cab drivers and terrorists had changed after Priyanka Chopra’s Hollywood innings. That’s when Fawad got interested,”

This isn’t the end of the story though, Deccan Chronicle also alleges that Raees actress Mahira Khan is also exploring her options in West.

Albeit the rumors haven’t yet been confirmed or denied by either Fawad Khan or Mahira Khan but everyone’s definitely waiting to see some reaction.

Few weeks ago, we came across the news that Arab world will now get entertained with the dubbed version of Humsafar. We are first one in Pakistan to break the news that Mahira Khan of Rafeeq ul Rooh has entered the race for the title of “Beauty Queens of Dubbed Series”.

Mahira’s entry in the contest made her the first Pakistani Actress in the history of Arab television to be included in this race. Her  performance was highly appreciated across entire Arab World (22 countries) when Dubai based MBC Networks dubbed drama serial “Rafeeq ul Rooh” (Humsafar) was broadcasted.Alongwith Mahira, Indian actress Kartika Kamra,two Mexican actresses and three from Korea have been selected.

MBC networks, being the largest public vote network, opened voting lines from Nov 15th to Dec 1st across the entire Arab World. After the completion of first phase, they selected top 10 actresses and I am glad to announce that Mahira Khan is in the race by occupying 5th position till now. Among these top 10, Beauty Queen of Dubbed Series will be selected by the end of December. Voting Lines are still open for Arab World and they are asked to vote till Dec 31st. What’s the point of being famous when one can’t use it for the awareness of important causes? Seems like Mahira Khan doesn’t believe in keeping her stardom to herself. Apart from making glamorous appearances at the award functions, Mahira does not  step back from showing support to good causes. She is always among the stars who speak up when something is wrong. Mahira had tweeted a few days ago that she would be attending a fund raiser for Shaukat Khanam Memorial Hospital in the United States.

Mahira Khan posted a picture of a cup of tea and captioned, “Waisey toh mein husn parast nahi hoon.. lekin chai ke maamlay mein shakal o soorat zaroor dekhti hun.”

On which hater wrote, “Shame on you bitch. Sharam karo kaise post laga rahy ho. Kuch toh sharam karo . Yeh Islamic country hai and tum kis tarah ki pics laga rahy ho?. Besharam.”

Mahira Khan didn’t stay silent and gave a savage response. She replied, “hahahahahahahahaha this is a first! Chai ke pe post pe bhi – Besharam!”

Mahira Khan while talking about superstar Humayun Saeed, mentioned that “For the first time when I met Humayun Saeed, I confronted him, saying that ‘Your reputation is not so good in industry but don’t try anything of that sort with me’.”

“I don’t exactly remember that we became friends at that moment or not but after that Humayun Saeed protected me like a baby till date. I realized that he’s an amazing human being. Lately, when my grandmother passed away, he was the one who showed up at my house the night she passed away because he knew what she meant to me. Humayun has always been there for me, no matter what”, added Mahira Khan.
