The Mah-e-Mir starlet was invited in the recent Mazaaq Raat episode and it was hilarious and hilariousity made flesh. Right after she appears Iftikhar thakur says “Allah ne itna khubsurat banaya hai kuch khaya peeya kijiye” and Iman Ali effortlessly replied “Apne ap ko ye kyun nahi btatay ap.” After that Iman talked about body shaming and how no matter how much you weigh people will always find a way to body shame you one way or another.

After which they talked about her film Mah e Mir. She said that though the movie looks abstract but basically it is about ‘love’ and ‘art’. She further talked about how people act like urdu is a tough language to read and speak when we have spoken, read and written this language all our lives. She further added that tough words like ‘Khilat e Fakhra’ were hard to understand the first time she read the script but most of the time it was doable.

And then the forever green question that every actress gets asked why isn’t she married yet to that Iman had a very abrupt response saying “KYUN MAI MAR GAE HOON? Ho jaye gi.”
Afterwards there was a rapid fire round and one of the questions was if these people didn’t do what they already do what’d their professions be according to you. Veena Malik and Iman replied she’d be the taweez karne wali. Humayun Saeed and Iman said girls college ka chokidar. Fahad Mustafa and Iman said he’d have created an energy drink about Shaan she said he’d have been an analyst. Meera would have taught english and Ali Zafar would have been a painter. Hamza Ali Abbasi would have been managing people’s facebook accounts. Ayan Ali would have been an accountant.

Overall Iman was charismatically hilarious at the show it’s a shame that she doesn’t give enough interviews. To be honest the amount of charisma she exudes none of us would be able to handle it if we saw her that often.

Resham recently talked to Momin Ali Munshi on his show one take and made a lot of surprising revelations. Resham had once been in an altercation of sorts with Fawad Khan. The Maula Jutt actor did not introduce her in a well enough light. The matter was later resolved and now she is good friends with Fawad. Resham is allegedly also a part of upcoming movie Maula Jutt 2 but she refused to reveal anything about it.

Resham is known for her blunt and clear views about things. When asked about the Reham Khan controversy, the actress called Reham Khan the worse example of womanhood. She shunned all the accusations made by Reham, Resham also quoted Jemima as the example of the best woman.

Fand always rejoice when their favourite stars get hitched. Same happened when actors Faizan Sheikh and Maham Aamir got married recently. The couple had their wedding ceremony in August confusing many since people thought they married a few months ago. Faizan shared that the death of a loved one in his family caused them to move the date of the wedding ahead. They finally had their wedding festivities in August. Faizan was both awestruck and confused at the sudden “yes” but the short proposal ended up as a lifelong commitment between these two.

Maham also said that she will keep working as her mother in law Parveen Akbar still works even after the marriage of her children, so being a working woman is not at all an issue in the family.

Maham and Faizan went to Turkey for their honeymoon as it was a place Maham always wanted to see.

Naheed Akhtar is the nightingale of Pakistan the name that needs no introduction. Her career began in 1970 when she sang a duet with Khalid Asghar in “Raag Malhar” at Radio Pakistan Multan. Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza are one of the most loved couples in India and Pakistan. The cricket favourite and tennis star are about to enter a new phase in their lives. In a recent interaction with the press Shahid Afridi was questioned about this viral video and what happened next is hilariously unbelievable. When the reporter asked what he’d like to say about the video that went viral Afridi found himself brainstorming thinking of what video the reporter was referring to. After a while he remembered the headlines probably and smirked a little.

After that he said he still has it on him and if any of the reporters want to try some he can give it to them. He further stated that if anyone wants the refreshing taste of ‘laung’ and ‘soonf’ they can come to him.

She resides in Lahore with her family and teaching and directing children’s plays, first at Aitchison College, Lahore and now at Lahore Grammar School, for over 18 years.

Talking about her work, she said that,

“I thrive in the environment I work in. With adults, I feel one always has to deliver. It’s always ‘what’s it going to be this time?’ You’re always on your guard with adults. With children, it’s more natural. They take you for what you really are. You don’t have to pretend.”

It is always great to watch the stars whose voices are listened to touching upon and spending awareness about impotant issues of the society. Mahira preached about kindness and sensitivity, the traits necessary for a society to be more tolerant!

We saw Asim Raza previously in the director’s seat for a feature film when Ho Mann Jahan starring Sheheryar Munawar Siddiqui, Mahira Khan and Adeel Hussain was released. The director is returning this time with his next silver screen venture Paray Hutt Love. Paray Hut Love stars Sheheryar Munawar and Maya Ali in the lead role while Zara Noor Abbas and Ahmed Ali Butt will also be seen in prominent roles. The director Asim Raza shared the news of the shoot’s start on his Instagram. The actors in the movie also shared their excitement over the commencement of the project. Zara Noor Abbas who garnered fame with her role of Arsala in the drama Khamoshi is going to make her cinematic debut with Paray Hut Love. The actress is excited about this new beginning and shared her feelings on the start of the shoot: Ahmed Ali Butt will also be a part of the film. His JPNA2 is currently getting immense love in cinemas. Let’s see whether this time too he comes in his signature comic role or there will be a difference: Meanwhile, the leads Maya and Shehehryar are also having fun on the sets: Mahira Khan who was initially meant to be the leading lady in the film will now be seen in a special role as she could not do it due to other commitments. Paray Hut Love is slated to release on Eid ul Adha next year!

Nida Yasir became a household name after Shaista Lodhi left the ARY morning show ever since then she has become a huge hit among the women of Pakistan who sit across from their Television sets every morning and watch her show. Fame comes at a price and that price being controversies. Every celebrity has been seen getting caught up in one controversy to another from time to time Nida Yasir isn’t immune to that either.

She has been part of controversies including the allegation that the audience in her show isn’t actual audience consisting of common people but paid actors and that her morning live shows are scripted and rehearsed. Nida has three lovely kids. Her elder children, Fareed and Silah are quite close in age. After a gap, Nida had another child Balaj when she was already an established morning show host, hence the now four year old has appeared on the screen many times with his mother.

Nida is famous for her role Saima in Hum Tum serial. Then she worked in Nadaaniyan which was a comedy drama, along with her husband Yasir Nawaz and his younger brother Danish Nawaz. She had also been the co producer of Nadaaniyan and another serial Baal Baal Bachgaye. Nida has also produced a comic movie Wrong Number.
