The plot revolves around this group of friends who were in a band together- and eventually end up going their separate ways. It’s their journey filled with music, pep, energy, friendship, and conflicts. The seven-episode series is written by Ahsan Firdousi, directed by Murtaza Chaudhry and produced by Syed Waqas Hasan Rizvi.

The first episode manages to capture the very essence of life with your friends. It starts with Zoya getting married and missing her friends on her special occasion. She connects with Mohib and expresses her wish to reunite with Sherry and Zain. The flashback of the story further unveils the narrative on how a rift ended up their band and friendship.It’s a refreshing start, with entertaining moments to make you smile.

The performances are adequate making the show a treat to watch; however, the emerging new talent Hamzah Tariq Jamil made everyone sit up and take notice of him. Normally newcomers opt for projects that follow tried and tested formulas, but this wasn’t the case with Jamil. He makes quite a splash; his level of comfort with his co-stars on screen did not make it feel like he is a newcomer.

He portrays his character with relative ease and his natural screen energy is infectious. His effervescent charm is undeniable and his confidence is addictive.His acting ability has been duly noted by the audience and it looks like Hamzah Tariq has only appreciation coming his way in the upcoming episodes.

Appearing on our screens in Pepsi Battle of the Bands with his band “Neon”- Hamzah Tariq Jamil has been making a name for himself in a short period of time. With his soulful voice, this new venture seems to be the perfect starter for this young star, who is already making his name as a singer and a talented actor.It looks like the drama industry has a new talent to watch out for! Whole nation went deranged over this video. People can’t believe that a son can do this with his own mother. No matter what our parents do, our religion and our society taught us to respect them. It is completely unacceptable to behave like this with your mother.

Arsalan’s mother, sister and wife all shared videos. Story from both sides was shared, but we still believe that whatever the situation was, beating your mother is intolerable.

Arsalan’s been arrested by the police after strict orders from CM Usman Buzdaar for this hideous act.

Here we have the confession video if Arsalan in which he has confessed that he thrashed his mother, which is obvious from the video. Arsalan said:

People have issues with the morning shows but they still watch them. Getting new content every day five times a week is not an easy job and sometimes same faces are seen on every other morning show doing the same thing. And when it comes to hosts, not every host is capable of pulling it off like a pro.

Actor Salman Saeed and Aleena Fatima have recently tied the knot in a local hotel at Lahore. Many showbiz stars including Ahmed Ali Butt, Imran Ashraf, Shaan Shahid and many others attended the wedding reception.

Recently, the newly married couple appeared on Good Morning Pakistan where they shared how they met and their complete story of getting married.

Salman Saeed shared how he met Aleena and said, “Actually, my bhabhi’s friend knew Aleena’s mother. Her mother wanted that Aleena must get married early so she showed pictures of Aleena. I didn’t have any plans of doing arrange marriage but this happened. It started in January and we used to talk on the phone and in June I met her family. I told her mother that I will get married next year but she said that no the marriage will be in October.”

Salman Saeed shared which quality he likes the most in his wife, “I think she is a very simple human being. She is scared of hurting people and she never lies. Plus, she is a loving person and has become very close to my family.”

Aleena Fatima shared her side of the story and said, “We developed an understanding and I realized that he is best for me. I saw him as a normal person so he was perfect for a life partner.”

“We became friends first and if you start relationship first then you don’t have a comfort level,” she added.

Aleena Fatima shared what she likes the most in her husband, “He is very caring like if I am feeling down he realizes instantly. This is very important for me because I have always wanted an understanding life partner.”

Yasir Hussain and Anoushay Ashraf are trending on social media. It all started when Yasir Hussain posted picture of two men wearing costumes like Turgut and Ertugrul.

While posting the picture, he wrote, “inko koi nahi poche ga kyon k ghar ki murghi daal barabar aur bahir ka kachra bhe maal barabar.”

Well, Anoushay Ashraf jumped into the conversation to school Yasir Hussain and she wrote, “Let’s just gently remind Yasir that NO one is Kachra for one. And even if their work isn’t at par to his liking, actors from around the world must be respected. It should be an unspoken ‘bond’ of mutual respect between artists. You’ll know your struggles better than the world does. Having said that Ertugrul is far from kachra, if anything the series is an eye opener for how people are finally rejecting ‘kachra’ work at home and looking out for better scripts, shows and budgets.”

Furthermore, Yasir Hussain explained to her that he didn’t want to throw shade at Ertgrul as he never mentioned it. He asked her to calm down and relax and also stop connecting his every statement to Ertgrul.

Anoushay Ashraf further commented that it’s fine if he has misunderstood her. She clarified that she supports Pakistani stuff and she will always remain Pakistani by heart. She requested everyone not to abuse him just because he keeps a different opinion.

Well, the public debate ended but Yasir Hussain took to his Instagram story and attacked on Anoushay Ashraf by calling her ‘fame seeker’.

He also posted for people who misunderstood him and his statements about Ertugrul.

Gulzar from Ehd-e-Wafa was highly praised for his brilliant acting skills. His character won millions of hearts within no time.

However, we know little about his background so in an interview he talked about his family background and struggles in the industry.

Adnan Samad said that Ehd-e-Wafa was like a dream to him for which he struggled his whole life.

Adnan Samad shared, “My roots are in Taunsa Sharif. When I got to know about the National Academy of Performing Arts then it was my dream to go there. I took admission there and I did a course of three years after that I got Ehd-e-Wafa.”

Talking about his passion for acting he shared, “I was passionate about acting from childhood. In school, I used to do plays. I always had interest but I never had any platform to learn and enter in this field. I searched on the internet and got to know about NAPA and then I learned how to do acting.”

Talking about his family he shared, “My father is not alive and I have two elder brothers and I am the youngest among brothers. I have a sister who is younger than me. My brothers and mother were very supportive about my career but initially, my father had a problem with it but later I convinced him.”

Adnan Samad shared the biggest fan moment of his life and said, “A child travelled from Mianwali with his father and he came to meet me. He was standing outside of my house and he was surprised to see me and he couldn’t speak in surprise. This was a completing experience for me.”

He further shared how he got his role and said, “The writer of Ehd-e-Wafa demanded that this character must be played by Siraiki actor and he took many auditions but didn’t like anyone. One of my friends who work in HUM shared this with me and I sent audition tape and after that, I was selected.”

Adnan Samad was in pressure as Ehd-e-Wafa was his first big project with well-established stars but the response he received from the audience was overwhelming and due to overwhelming response, he was on the seventh sky.

ARY Digital launched Pakistan’s biggest reality show Tamasha in 2022, The format of the show was inspired by Big Brother and Big Boss. The Pakistani version of the show got popular in Pakistan and the channel also acquired the rights from Big Brother franchise. Viewers loved ARY Digital’s initiative of putting up a show like Big Brother and Big Boss because most of the Pakistani were demanding the shows like that.

This year, the channel has come up with the season 3 of Tamasha after the successful two seasons. The channel has given the chance to many renowned Pakistani media figures, a few contestants are from other fields as well. He tweeted, “Pakistani Movie “Parwaz hai Junoon” ll be the first Pak commercial movie to be screened in #SaudiArabia on 11th October.

He further shared that more films will be screened in the coming months not just in one country but all around the world. He said, “more films and more screenings around the world in coming months InshAllah”.

Although Parchi was also released in Saudi Arabia earlier this year but it was screened privately. Parwaaz Hai Junoon will be the first one to have the commercial screening.

In a rather sad turn of events, veteran Pakistani comedian, Umer Sharif’s daughter, Hira Umer, passed away in Lahore on Monday night.

According to reports, the cause of Hira’s death turns out to be a heart attack, as confirmed byFarooq Rubi, a close family friend. Also, Hira had been suffering with kidney issues for a while and had been admitted to a private hospital in Lahore.

Hira Umer was reportedly very close to her father, Umer Sharif, who is now rushing back home to Lahore from his three month tour of the United States.

Although Hira remained out of the limelight, she was the administrator of Umer Sharif’s ‘Maa’ hospital in Karachi.

Comedian Omer Sharif was rumoured to be severe ill as a picture of him in a hospital bed went viral on social media. Many social media pages reported that he’s severely unwell.

However, Images got in touch with Sharif’s family, “He has a minor chest infection, that is all. Thankfully, he is recovering well and should be home in a day or two,” his sister shared with Images.

“I’d like to request people to not exaggerate news. Also, it is criminal that nurses or doctors in hospitals are able to take photographs of their patients and make them viral. Hospital administration should make an effort to check this unethical behaviour,” she said.

She requested Umer Sharif’s well-wishers to pray for his health and not worry. “He will be back among you soon,” she assured his fans.

“I was initially approached to audition for a drama serial; however, the team at HUM found me to be quite fit for the character in the film and that’s when they told me that they had another project in mind for me,” he told Images over a telephonic conversation from the set of his film’s second spell at K2 and the Karakoram Highway.

“I have been offered films previously as well, but I never took them seriously since I never wanted to do a project that fails to leave an impact. Since Parwaaz Hai Junoon is being made in association with the Pakistani Air Force — who last made a film almost five decades ago — I knew I had to do this.”

While talking about his experience on set, he said:

“The entire cast and I have developed a great bond and everybody’s been extremely helpful to each other,” he revealed. “I’ve never been on a set which involves so much cardio and exercise and since all of us are actually living our characters, even off-screen, there’s been a major transformation for me. I’m really stretching my limits and I would really call it an adventurous project.”

On a concluding note, he revealed big plans for his comedy career:

“I want to take my comedy global, that’s what I’m focusing on currently since I’m touring different countries for shows. There hasn’t been an internationally acclaimed and viable comedian from Pakistan in recent times and I wish to break the ice.”

Syed Shafaat Ali is a Pakistani TV host and stand up comedian who is known for his impressions of Pakistani public figures. Shafaat while talking about his upcoming project, mentioned that “It’s a serious play, a serious character. I’m pretty hopeful that people will find serious work very different with my face and my acting.” The story is about dowry and three families, he explained. The drama has been written by Soofia Khurram and directed by Ali Hassan, of Meri Gurya fame.

“The work environment is amazing. I am lucky to work around people who are filled with positivity and the gaps between the scenes are like our laughter therapy sessions,” said Shafaat.

The Famous comedian and stage actor Nadeem Baral passed away at the age of 74. He played the famous roles of Majidi, Sidhu Paji and Inspector Qureshi on the famous program Khabarnak which aired on Geo News.

Nadeem Baral was working with theatre for more than 30 years. He was a student of comedian Babu Baral and learned the art of comedy from him.

The ace comedian was famous for his role as ‘Wadey Khan Sahib’. He has been spreading happiness among people for the past thirty years.

Nadeem Baral has left behind five children and a widow. His funeral prayer will be held in Lahore.

One of the most sought after comedians of Pakistan, Danish Ali opens up about the struggles he had to face on his road to success. He worked hard for all his achievements and wants to inspire everyone out there.

Danish said, “Good luck to everyone giving their O, A level and inter exams, remember to do some nice breathing exercises and sleep loads and realize that a good grade will help you in life but it is not the only way forward, i got straight Cs through O Levels and A levels.”

He shares details about his school days,
“I remember my O level chemistry teacher saying I was a horrible student and that I would fail and she put me down a lot. My Urdu teacher in 5th grade would almost curse my parents outloud infront of the entire classroom.”

“I was shortlisted by Aga Khan Medical university twice but never made it. When i was selected in Ziauddin I failed my surgery exam in medschool. I was failing pharmacology and was told I would fail the year,” he added.

Somehow, he found the way out,
“I was living alone and needed money so started working in television while still in medschool.”

“Everyone told me I would never become a doctor. Everyone told me I would never succeed as a comedian. Today i am both an MBBS and a successful comedian.”

Danish is encouraging people to ignore those who put others down!
“The people around you putting you down do not have any intelligence for themselves and only seek to lend you their incompetence at life. Pay them no attention. You got this.”
