Divorce is a very painful experience for both men and women and when a separation happens for a couple in the public eye, things are even more difficult and painful for the parties involved. Feroze Khan and Syeda Aliza Sultan got married at a very young age and the couple’s whole marriage has been under public scrutiny. Three much anticipated Pakistani films are coming out on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha: Actor-in-Law, Janaan, and of course, Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hai. A fan asked if Feroz is he is worried about the tough competition. Feroz Khan confessed that the competition doesn’t bother him in the least because a lot of hard work went into making these films and each film will earn accordingly. He even said that he’d be pleased to promote all these films because by the end of the day, it’s all about supporting Pakistani cinema.
Feroz Kadri is an actor who has recently started his journey in dramas. He was first noticed for his performance in Gumm and he is nowadays appearing on ARY Digital as Saif in Dastak. He is doing a great job and people do hate how he has portrayed a typical man who cannot take a stand for himself and consequently shatters a woman’s life because of it.
Feroz Kadri was a guest on Fuchsia and spoke about shifting from corporate to acting, his passion for this transition and losing his beloved mother. He revealed that he was very close to his mother and once she saw him in his first full-fledged drama, she wanted to see him succeed in acting. He added that he is now working to make his mother’s dream come true. He also shared that his mother was an artistic soul and she used to share tips with him on how he can use his eyes to make his characters believable. He lost his mother a few months ago and she is still with him in essence.

The actor also shared what he learnt from his mother passing away. Feroz Kadri revealed that he had extreme anxiety in the hours leading up to his mother’s death. He wanted to find a way just to save her. He was praying and once the doctor told him that his mother is no more, he felt at peace as it was destiny. As soon as I logged into my Facebook account, I came across this video and was shocked to see that a female model fell on ramp. Now you people must be thinking that whats with it, Reema also fell on ramp. But after seeing this video, I thought that how gracefully Reema handled when her shoe heel broke; Even after that, she completed her whole round on ramp and walked back confidently. And this local model slipped or fell not once but TWICE and the “after effects” of falling down were equally watchable :P

A video from Karachi is going viral and it has shocked the nation once again. Gender based violence is very common in Pakistan and everyday we see cases where men in different capacities are violent towards their women. Women have even lost their lives in such cases. A new case emerged from Karachi and it is shocking to say the least.
A man in Karachi named Noman was seen brutally beating up a domestic worker, Yasmin. He beat her and pushed her through stairs. It was a harsh spectacle and the woman has incurred several injuries. She has filed a complaint against the man. The video of the incident has since gone viral and public feels enraged.

The couple who was involved in assaulting the woman are now defending themselves. They said that it is a conspiracy against them as people in the building wanted to hurl them out of there. The video was also made viral according to a conspiracy.
The internet is criticizing the act brutally. One said, “A man can never beat a woman whatever may be the reason.” Another added, “I am scared of such men.” One said, “This act can never be justified.” Here is the reaction:
Faysal Quraishi is very famous and amazingly talented Pakistani television actor. The ace actor rose to fame through his block buster serial Boota From Toba Tek Singh followed by his countless other hit performances in various popular projects which include Meri Zaati Zarra e Benishan, Qaid E Tanhai, Bashar Momin, Haiwan, Muqaddar, Fitoor and Bheegi Palkain. Ever since I started watching Pakistani dramas, I hardly came across any such drama in which a lady is not madly in love or should I say highly obsessed with a guy and mostly the guy is her ‘cousin’. My question is that does love make you so worthless that you forget the meaning of rarely portrayed word nowadays called ‘self respect’? How come they never pay heed to the fact that getting married to the guy of your dreams is not the last thing to do on this planet? And mostly the person behind all these high expectations is the mother of the girl who can do anything to make her sister’s or brother’s son her son-in-law as if he is the only guy left on this planet who can marry her daughter, otherwise she’ll be left spinster. That is still bearable as long as they don’t start playing cheap tricks to get their purpose. We often see that the guy gets married to ‘not-the-choice-of-his-family’ and then the actual game begins where in laws particularly the mother never misses an opportunity to show the girl her right place. What a productive act to do! Never mind, what else can we expect from the least tolerant and jealous mother-in-law? This topic is done to death and still the favorite choice of makers since it gets high TRPs. There is a list of those dramas in which women are shown highly desperate, brushing their dignity under carpet and showcasing themselves despite getting rejected and knowing the zero interest level of the guy in them. Why is it so? Being a girl, it bothers me how my gender is shown purposeless and worthless.

Sara in Humsafar:
Despite being a ‘Hit’ drama and the favorite of all, Humsafar does have some clichéd parts to its credit and i-e, a desperate girl day dreaming of the hero despite knowing that ‘Asher ne usko us nazar se kabhi nahin dekha’ LOL. Sara was educated, beautiful, had a sound background and above all had many proposals as highlighted in the drama but we found her screaming ‘Asher mera hai’, as if she bought him from the market. Two mothers were behind this entire self created obsession as they kept injecting into her that one day she’ll get married to Asher. But that day never came and she lost her life committing suicide. Seriously? Getting Asher was the sole purpose of that educated working woman? She could do much better with her life but the whole story revolved around the obsession she had. The drama was a hit but had a typical story.
The world advances in every way with every passing year but not all of these changes are always good. Plastic surgery is one such advancement which was invented for more useful purposes but then the field of cosmetic surgery was introduced which meant that surgery of this kind was not only for people who were in dire need of it but people who wanted to change their facial features for cosmetic purposes could also put this new advancement to use.
There was a time when Pakistani female celebrities only relied on make-up to change their looks. Make-up is temporary but cosmetic surgery is either permanent or sometimes it takes time to wear off. This is why many of our female celebrities keep on looking different. Sometimes they look completely different from their original face and at other times they start looking more like themselves.
When you look at all these pictures you will observe one thing, some of these celebrities may look younger than before but by getting cosmetic surgery done they have lost their natural looks and they have lost the innocence which was on their face before the surgery. Cosmetic surgery gives you a certain kind of expressions on your face which is why many of you can see that after surgery these celebrities’ eyes look more wide and their face has lost all its natural lines which gives them a very alert look. This is why they do not look natural but like plastic dolls with the same expressions.

Mishi Khan went for cosmetic surgery when she thought she had started looking old. She looks older in the picture before the plastic surgery but she also looks like she is naturally aging. In the picture after the plastic surgery which was taken yesterday by Mishi Khan herself, all the lines from her face and under her eyes are gone but does she really look pretty??
Sidra Batool
When Sidra Batool got so many plastic surgeries done at once it was shocking because of two reasons. The first reason was that she had a cute face which fans loved and felt she did not need any cosmetic touches. Second reason was that she changed so much after the surgery that she looked like a different person. Like all the other females on this list she lost her cute looks after the cosmetic touches. Sidra Batool got all these changes done to her face in the hope that she will get a chance to work in films but until now we have not seen her accomplishing that.
Sadia Imam
Sadia Imam’s before and after picture shows what a devastating decision it was to alter her facial features. As is evident from these pictures Sadia Imam started with making small changes to her face but after that she got implants in her cheeks and even fuller lips which give her a very unnatural look. Her natural facial features which made her look good have disappeared forever.
Amna Haq
Amna Haq was a natural beauty until she also decided that her cheek bones can get higher and her lips can look fuller with cosmetic surgery. She also got her eye brows raised to give her the alert yet unnatural look.
Sara Loren
Sara Loren who was better known as Mona Lisa when she was working in Pakistan got all her surgeries done after she left Pakistan for her Bollywood debut. When she changed her name she also changed her looks so much that she looked like someone else. Most people won’t even be able to tell this is the same person although this picture was taken only months apart. Sara Loren’s career did not take a good turn with the change in her looks.
Mehwish Hayat
Mehwish Hayat also got cosmetic surgeries done in steps. She did not get all of them together so the changes were taken well by fans in the beginning but the phase of cosmetic surgery in which she used to look good is long gone. She has lost her natural look and expressions because of excessive surgeries.
Fiza Ali
Fiza Ali says that she did not get any surgeries done but her before and after pictures tell a different story. Fiza Ali’s face got so deformed because of surgeries gone wrong at one time that she vanished from television. Now after getting some more alterations done in her face which make her look somewhat acceptable she is back on television.
Nadia Hussein
Nadia Hussein has changed all features of her face with cosmetic surgery but the most obvious changes are in her cheek bones, lips and nose. Fatima Sohail is another media personality and actress. She was married to actor and anchor Mohsin Abbas Haider. The couple had a love marriage but things went south not too long after. Mohsin and Fatima got divorced and moved on in their lives while the accusations were not pursued later on. Fatima has been strong through all this and held her ground as a woman and a mother.

Fehmida Laghari was a medical student from Sindh. She was studying at Muhammad Medical college Mirpurkhas and she was a student of 3rd year. She was a topper of her batch and now she has tragically passed away after committing suicide. The student went through extreme mental stress and she finally took her own life after things were not settled.
Father Intizar Hussain Laghari, revealed that Fehmida Laghari was struggling for months. The girl’s relatives went and raised complaints with the college authorities. She was allegedly being harassed by a few teachers and some students and she was under immense mental stress. Fehmida’s sister Muqaddas Laghari requested the internet to raise voice for her late sister.
Muhammad Medical College Mirpurkhas did nothing to address the situation and after months of mental torture, Fehmida Laghari committed suicide.
The internet is shocked by this situation. One user wrote, “Such teachers should have been dealt by CCD. May Allah bless the deceased soul.” Another added, “Why did the family not remove their daughter from that college.
