The news of the split between Shahroz and Syra has taken over the internet. From the past few days, people are confused about whether the couple got divorced or they just separated.

Well, Shahroz Sabzwari came forward and cleared all the confusion. He addressed in a video message and said he and Syra are separated and not divorced.

Shahroz was angry on social media for spreading false news about him and Sadaf Kanwal. He asked everyone to stop dragging Sadaf Kanwal in this matter and respect her.

Shahroz also asked every publication house to apologize for spreading news without even confirming it.

The new social media app, TikTok is a video-sharing social networking service used to create short lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos. No dowry was taken and no money was spent on jewelry or whatsoever. Yasir urged the masses to make weddings easier for one’s ownself and their families.

Pakistani filmmaker Jami Moor came forward with his own story of #MeToo from 13 years ago. Jami shared his heartbreaking story of getting raped by a powerful man.

As announced earlier in 2017, a biographical film based on the life of Malala Yousufzai, titled Gul Makai has been in the works, with Reem Sheikh playing the titular role. Although the completion of the film did take some time, Gul Makai finally has a release date and will be releasing all over on January 31st 2019.

Gul Makai is a reference to the pen name Malala used when she wrote for BBC from Swat in her teens. The film will be a Bollywood production, directed by Amjad Khan, shot in the Indian occupied region of Kashmir.

Gul Makai will also feature the late Om Puri (in his final film), Divya Dutta, Atul Kulkarni, Mukesh Rishi and Pankaj Tripathi in pivotal roles.

In January 2019, Gul Makai received a special screening at the UN in London. The screening was attended by 450 dignitaries from around the world alongside Pakistani and Indian high commissions, British officials as well as members of the UN and IIMSAM (Intergovernmental Institution for the use of Micro-algae Spirulina Against Malnutrition).
