He has amazed everyone with his acting in drama serial Ishq Zahe Naseeb where he played the role of a Dissociative Identity Disorder.

Last night, the final episode of Zahid Ahmed’s drama serial Mein Na Janoo aired on Hum TV and his fan commented about the drama for being too dragging.

Under the comments section, one of her fans expressed her views on Mein Na Janoo and thanked that there were not many episodes of the drama serial.

Zahid Ahmed took this criticism and responded humbly. He wrote, “I apologize to the nation for this drama.”

The Ishq Zahe Naseeb actor promised his fans and said, “Next time I won’t read the script so “blindly”.

Love him or hate him, you cannot ignore Zahid Ahmed for his brilliant acting and melting voice. This time he is coming together with Iqra Aziz in a momal entertainment drama gustakh ishq. 

The drama will be directed by Fruqan T. Siddiqui who has given us some brilliant plays. Talking about this one, he said this drama is about passion, endurance and destiny.

There are a lot of twists and turns in the story especially around the life of Iqra Aziz , who is playing the female protagonist Najaf. She has to shift to Karachi due to problems with the male lead as played by Zahid with the name Ahmed. Once her father passes away and she remains at the mercy of her stepmom, her relationship with Ahmed will take a new turn.

Other main characters are played by Noor Khan, Abid Ali, Ainee Zaidi and Firdous Jamal.  Through these characters, the message of not being able to escape your destined road is made clear.

The drama is planned to air on Urdu 1 after Eid and seems very promising, given its star cast. Iqra Aziz has also started to prove her mettle as an actor with some amazing performances and her chemistry with the very handsome Zahid Ahmed is bound to be super interesting.

The versatile Zahid Ahmed is coming back as Akku on your screens. After starring in a social issue based drama Daldal, Zahid will be seen in a very different avatar. Hania Aamir will be playing the leading lady in the upcoming Visaal. The drama is written by Hashim Nadeem and will be directed by Ali Hassan. Zahid Ahmed talks about working with Khalil-ur-Rehman in the future and he shared how he won’t work with him if Qamar doesn’t change his behaviour.

He said, “I have worked very closely with him in drama serial ‘Zara Yaad Kar’ and ‘Tou Dil Ka Kya Huwa’. We have very close discussions and he is somebody who is very close to me in my profession.”

“I respect and care for him and even the entire country celebrates his talent. Because of this association and closeness with Khalil Sahab, this kind of behaviour cant be accepted by anyone and this is out of control. So you must apologize from that lady and from the entire country that he misbehaved and in anger, he used language which must not be used by anyone. He must say sorry for his behaviour.”

“If Khalil Sahab won’t work on his attitude and he keeps on defending this attitude there will come a point that I and other people from the industry will boycott from him and won’t work with him,” Zahid Ahmed said clearly.

He further added, “This time he has come on national television and made remarks about somebody’s body. I value him and care about him and this is why I am saying that you must apologize so please work on these things. I will not work on his script if he won’t apologize and I will take a stand if he refuses to apologize and continues with this behaviour. Although he is not the last writer of this world.”

The Ishq Zahe Naseeb actor shared his views about Feminism and said, “I don’t think women are lesser than men in any way. I am the child of my mother who was a teacher, fighter and brilliant woman even if she wasn’t, look around you man there are only two genders of human species. How can you propagate an idea which lessens the other in any form?

Zahid Ahmed, one of those actors who vowed audiences in a short span of time and managed to be the charming guy next door is all set to be seen opposite Zhalay Sarhadi in Hum tv’s upcoming project ‘Dil-e-Janam’.

Zhalay Sardi has impressed us with her amazing performances and will share screen space with Zahid Ahmed for the first time. The drama is written by Seema Ghazal with direction from Faheem Burney and co-direction by Atif Rathore and is an MD productions. On being asked about her character and why she chose to play it, she shared, “My character is called Asma, she is a career driven woman who is very egoistical and is used to getting what she wants. She is also a woman in love and the combination of the two is deadly. I love doing challenging characters which have many shades. Asma is a real woman with true emotions and not just a symbol of evil or good. I was intrigued by the various colors in her personality and that is what drew me to this play”.

Zafri Khan is a famous comedian and actor from Pakistan. He has been serving the art on stage, television and film for many years now and he managed to create a space for himself in the hearts of millions. Kabli Pulao was the recent popular Pakistani drama serial which was loved by the traditional PTV drama lovers. Kabli Pulao’s unique storyline captivated a huge public attention and garnered a global viewership as well. The drama broke conventional notion of a hit serial. The drama was directed by Kashif Nisar and it was written by Zafar Mairaj for Green Entertainment channel. This week, the Green Entertainment aired last episode of the drama which was praised by the fans.

Recently, Zafar Mairaj, the Kabli Pulao writer, appeared in Haute Talk with Hassan Choudary. In the interview, he talked about the casting of Haji Mushtaq & Baran.

Talking about Haji Mushtaq, he said, “I narrated to Kashif about Haji Mushtaq as an immaculate and pious man who never came across any woman in life. I wanted an emotionally free man for this character, someone who had never experienced any closeness or relationship in his life. After my narration, Kashif suggested Muhammad Ehtishamuddin’s name. Talking about Baran’s selection, he said, “I had my reservations about Abdullah Farhat Ullah, of course, I wasn’t convinced with his selection but I trusted Kashif, Abdullah Farhat Ullah has totally changed my perception, he has hit the ball out of the park. Zafar Abbas is a popular Pakistani Philanthropist who belongs to Karachi, Pakistan. He’s the owner of the JDC Foundation. JDC (Jafriya Disaster Management Cell Welfare) is a renowned welfare organization, Syed Zafar Abbas Jafri established JDC in 2009 with like-minded youths of Karachi. In Ramadan, JDC runs biggest Dastarkhuwans and distributes Zakat. Besides this, JDC arranges free treatments of needy patients.

Currently, Zafar Abbas has been facing a life threatening situation because he stands for the rights of people, recently, he appeared in Nadir Ali’s podcast where he talked about the serious life threats he’s facing. He also talked about JDC’s future after his death.

Zafar Abbas said, “I am successful in resolving many issues like electricity poles just because people stood with me, however, I am facing the cases but people are safe now, they won’t die of electrical shocks, in Ramadan, the rates of fruits have been reduced because people stood with me, we stood strong infront of Mafias and the Mafias will Kill me, yes, I am giving you words that these Mafias will Kill me because no one has ever challanged them, it’s not my prediction it’s obvious, in Pakistan, no one has ever fought with Mafias, they never lost, they were rejecting Government’s rate lists and orders. Talking about the future of JDC, he said, “It (JDC) is a ‘welfare organization’, it’s not an individual’s effort, it is a registered trust, I am an organization, if you will donate an ambulance, would it be mine or would it be JDC’s belonging, it would surely belong to JDC. This is a trust, an NGO and it will keep on running this way, systems will work in the same direction, charitable procedures won’t stop, someone else will take over the charge but it will go on.

Talking about it he said, “The reason behind youngsters leaving Pakistan is joblessness, what we see or hear is that people living abroad earning way better than Pakistan, they get 18 dollars or 25 dollars per hour for working in petrol pumps or for cleaning bathrooms, they work approximately 10 hours, which is giving them 50 thousand Pakistani rupees per day, in Pakistan, a young person earns 50 thousand per month, also there are no jobs in Pakistan, today, a youngster is disappointed with the system, all he does is he drops cvs, gives interviews for the jobs”. Dirilis Ertugrul has a massive fan following in Pakistan due to its storyline and characters. People are looking forward to the upcoming Turkish series Yunus Emre on their screens. Do share your views with us.

Yunhi was a beautiful drama and it followed the transformation of all the characters within its universe. The leads Kim and daud also went through their own transformations. Daud and his family changed their ways of thinking and also learnt not to judge a book by its cover while Kim went through a whole 180 degree change and her change was sjown subtly with a lot of sensitivity.

In the last episode we saw Kim wearing a Hijab. This was a girl who had a very negative view about Muslims and she was shown as a liberal minded person who liked to dress in Western styles.
