Talking about Saraab, Sami Khan mentioned that “Saraab was a very challenging project for all of us. The drama had a different content and story but we knew that it would not get a lot of ratings. It was a story of a disease which most of the people are unaware of. Saraab is very close to my heart and the story is very close to the reality”.
Further Sami said that “In further episodes you will get to see that the story and content is different from the typical stories we show to our audience. The lyrics are also relatable for those who haven’t watched the drama because they define the concept of love as comprehended by the lyricist. This OST makes you want to pick up the phone and call all those friends with whom you spent your college years. The lyrics have been written in such a way that one can derive different meanings from it, just like the drama itself which had so many different tracks and meanings. This OST was inspiring and different from all the others.
Shiraz Uppal definitely composed a very cute OST for Ye Dil Mera. Although the story and the overall drama was quite grim but the OST has a happy feel to it and it matched the initial phase of Ana’s life perfectly when she was in love and pretty immature about how she approached her troublesome marriage. Shiraz Uppal also made the right decision by choosing to sing it himself, because this way he owned it and knew exactly the kind of treatment it deserved.

LAHORE: Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid has advised people who had participated in the PDM Sit-in to quarantine themselves.
Dr Yasmin Rashid said that the PDM meeting had raised risk of a dangerous spread of Corona in Punjab, adding that everyone attending the meeting should quarantine themselves for 14 days to keep their families safe.
He said that the government kept preventing the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) leadership from holding rallies in view of the increasing cases of Corona but the opposition still put the lives of its workers at stake.

Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has demanded the removal of Mahmood Khan Achakzai from the PDM, saying that if PML-N and PPP are federal parties, then expel Achakzai.

Pakistan and China are considering resuming the currency swap deal soon, while Pakistan will pay 1 billion dollars to Saudi Arabia next week.
According to Finance Ministry sources, China will provide 1.5 billion dollars to Pakistan under the currency swap agreement.
There are mutual agreements between Pakistan and China. Pak-China cannot share details of the agreements.
Sources said that Pakistan would pay 1 billion dollars to Saudi Arabia next week.
It may be recalled that in October 2018, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the then Finance Minister Asad Omar and the Saudi Finance Minister Muhammad Abdullah Al-Jadan, according to which, Saudi Arabia has agreed to deposit 3 billion dollars in Pakistan’s account for one year with the aim of maintaining the balance of payments.
The money was then transferred to Pakistan in installments.

Leaders of the opposition Ittehad, Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) continue to address a rally in Lahore under the shadow of Minar Pakistan. After Gujranwala, Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar and Multan, PDM has decorated the ground in Greater Iqbal Park, Lahore.
