Actress Nimra Khan posted a video of herself reciting Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s ‘Wohi Khuda Hai‘ which is sung by popular singer Nimra Rafique. However, no one could recognize it because it was a TikTok video and the logo was missing too.

While speaking to the Express Tribune, Nimra Rafique claimed, “Nimra Khan asked me to take my video down so she could make a TikTok of it and upload it from her Instagram, just to see how many people would like it. I agreed, simply with the condition that she credits me.”

“I instantly messaged her on Friday night, telling her to give me credits but she didn’t respond. The video was up on her page and when I saw she hadn’t credited me the next day either, I uploaded the original version. But it was too late, people thought I had copied her voice!” Nimra Rafique said.

After this huge mess, Nimra Khan spoke to The Express Tribune and clarified, “I had no intentions of stealing her voice and making it my own. I make several TikToks and upload them without crediting whose voices I’m lip-syncing. I never thought this would be such a big issue. I honestly got busy because my father in law was unwell and credited her when I found out it had turned into an issue.”

Nimra Khan gave credits and now she has deleted the video from her Instagram handle. She further said that Nimra Rafique is her friend and she uploaded that video after seeking her permission.

Khan said, “She only told me to credit her when she saw how viral my video became. Not before that.”

However, Nimra Rafique agreed that gaining followers was part of the agreement but initially she didn’t get any credit for it.

Pakistani actor Imran Abbas has lost faith in Pakistani cinema. He was disappointed after watching a newly released Pakistani movie. He had an awful experience of watching this movie.

He posted on his Facebook account and wrote, “Watched a recently released Pakistani film last night and came back with immense disappointment and severe migraine. Undoubtedly it’s one of the worst 3 hours cinematic experiences I had in the last year.”

Imran was quite surprised about how illogical the movie was and said, “Surprised how illogical the story and screenplay could be and that too packaged with pathetic execution, bad cinematography with ridiculous and cringe-worthy performances of every single actor dressed in shabbiest clothes and cras/gaudy makeup.”

He continued and shared, “I wish I could find one single reason to praise this film. If you really want to quit watching films and start living a new life with no worldly desires, this film is tailor-made for you.”

He was more than happy that he was not a part of this film. He said, “Glad that I didn’t become the part of this film.”

He didn’t disclose the name of the movie and said, “Don’t want to offend the team by telling you the name, aqalmand k liye ishara he kaafi hai. But this standard of the film is pushing away many viewers miles back to the cinema.”

The Legend of Maula Jatt is hands down the most anticipated film to come out of Pakistani cinema since the day it was announced. It boasts of a mega star cast consisting of mostly actors people have been dying to see even individually in a project and now fans will get to see Hamza Ali Abbasi and Humaima Malick back with a dark and edgy bang while their favourites Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan will be creating magic as Maula and Mukho this time. Hamza Ali Abbasi playing Noori Natt is definitely one to look forward to as the film is all set to release.

The film is directed by Waar famed Bilal Lashari who is also Hamza Ali Abbasi’s great friend. Hamza shared in a recent interview that Bilal narrated the story to him and he was all in to play the legendary Noori Natt earlier played and made immortal by Mustafa Qureshi.

Hamza was asked that did he not think of playing Maua as he is the hero and took up Noori. Maula is definitely the protagonist and the film is named after him so was he tempted to take up Maula than Noori.

Hamza said that Noori’s character is not straight laced like Maula and had a lot of margin of performance. Thus Noori is definitely Hamza’s choice.

Fahad Mustafa’s name needs no introduction. The actor cum host is not only famous for his films but more for his game show Jeeto Pakistan on ARY Digital.

This year Fahad Mustafa will again be taking over cinemas in Pakistan with his upcoming film Quaid E Azam Zindabad opposite Mahira Khan. The film is a Nabeel Qureshi directorial and a Filmwala Pictures production.

While Fahad Mustafa’s popularity knows no bounds in Pakistan, the actor has often been blamed for one thing; i.e. using whitening injections to brighten his complexion.

Talking to Momin Ali Munshi on his digital talk show, Fahad Mustafa answered the question very relevantly.

“I didn’t get whitening injections but I’ll tell you this. Ten years ago, we had to struggle when we went on a shoot. It had to be taxis, buses or even bikes when we traveled for work. Today I have a complete entourage with me. Moreover makeup and products have changed.”

“Yes, I did go to a skin doctor, got myself night creams, who doesn’t. I follow my skin care routine rigorously. People have seen me and my dad. We’re like this only. But these days I’m following one agenda, no makeup. So look at me, this is how I am. This is exactly how I look,” added the Actor in Law star.

Pakistani actress Meera is currently on a roll after the success of her film “Baaji”. The Saqib Malik directorial propelled Meera back into the limelight after she had stayed away from it for long.

Meera, who is certainly not new to controversies and making sensational statements, recently revealed on a show at ARY News that she had received a marriage proposal from the Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi.

According to Meera, she had had to turn down the proposal because of her family. Without elaborating further, while talking about the proposal, Meera had said, “But my family…” leaving the sentence in midair.

Meera also stated that Mahesh Bhatt, in whose film Meera starred in back in 2005, alongside Ashmit Patel, had suggested she marry Ashmit back at that time but the actress had refused due to religious differences.

Meera and Ashmit starred in Soni Razdan’s directorial Nazar back in 2005. The film, had a very controversial kissing scene and had brought about a lot of backlash for Meera back in Pakistan.
