News then went ripe that Aiman Khan had defeated Mahira Khan to become the most followed Pakistani celebrity on Instagram.
As much as its true, the situation is a little bit tricky as yet. Currently Aiman Khan and Mahira Khan are both tied at 5.9m followers on their Instagram handles.
And therefore addressing the same in a recent live session with Asim Jofa, Aiman Khan shared that she had been surprised to learn the news about her Instagram followers. In fact it was her sister Minal Khan who had informed of her name trending as one of the most followed Pakistani celebrity on Instagram.
However, stating that she didn’t like how she was being compared with Mahira Khan, Aiman added, “Mahira Khan is a superstar. I feel bad being compared with her.”
And indeed, Mahira Khan is an international star and her followers on Instagram state her popularity around the world. That stated, for Aiman Khan, having earned 5.9m followers with her body of work only being television, isn’t a small feat at all.
