It was only few hours back that one of the most happening dramas of the year, ‘Zindagi Gulzar hai’ has finally reached its end, leaving the viewers still touched with its wonderful script and amazing acting been done by all the actors who were a part of it. While celebrating the success of the show, the two-hour dedicated live show further brought the team closer to the fans  where we saw almost all the characters sharing their experiences together. It was only yesterday during the live show that viewers finally got a glimpse of Fawad Khan’s next project on Hum TV.

Been discussed previously, Fawad and  Nadia Jamil will now be seen together in a new project “Behad” that will soon go air only on HUM TV. THe promo that was shown, itself reveals much about the venture where Fawad would be seen in an entire new attire. Nadia, on the other hand will also be playing an important part, making sure that the drama actually gets hit as it is , Nadia Jamil is well known for her acting skills and had been doing some great plays with HUM TV, including Mere Paas Paas and the Ghost.

Watching Fawad Khan and Nadia Jamil together is enough to create a hype, exciting the audience to wait anxiously for the project to go on air. It is, for now, difficult to reveal much about the story pf the project as there are rumors of linking this show with mothers day.Now that the mothers’ day is all gone, it is likely to expect something else being the  centre of idea.

Fawad Khan is very busy in India nowadays shooting for his upcoming Bollywood film “Kapoor and Sons”. The chocolate hero who won the hearts of many across the border posted a picture of him with the very famous Kareena Kapoor when they met on set by accident while they were busy working on their respective projects.

Country’s biggest wedding expo, ‘Pakistan Wedding Show’, presented by Master MoltyFoam is scheduled in Lahore next month. It will bring all the famous designers, event planners, photographers, caterers, and much more under one roof. ‘Pakistan Wedding Show’ will exhibit on the 5th and 6th of August at the Expo Center Lahore.

The news I am about to share with my readers was quite a surprise for me. Famous Film Magazine, Filmfare came up with the list of TOP 10 MOST ANTICIPATED FACES of 2014 and Fawad Khan & Imran Abbas are among most anticipated and high profile debutantes of 2014, according to the magazine.

As we all know the star studded and most anticipated Pakistani movie The Legend of Maula Jatt’s release is just around the corner after the longest halt. Well, the movie will finally be releasing on 13th of October 2022. The star actors of the film are all geared up for the promotional sessions.

The first fun interview of Fawad Afzal Khan and Hamza Ali Abbasi is here in which they are indulged in very hilarious banters. The interviewer asked from both, “do you guys hold grudges in real like Noori Nath & Maula Jatt hold in film?”. To the question, they both said No but ended up interrupting each others during questions and answers.

Hamza Ali Abbasi was too hilarious with his interrupting answers and Fawad’s epic expressions and replies made his answers even more funny. When Hamza Ali Abbasi said, “Pyare Afzal Mera drama tha”, Fawad’s reply, “What does that mean, am I not beautiful (Piyara)”, made the fans laugh. Fawad had a great timing with his jibes. Reports are that Fawad Khan is producing his own film in which Mahira is to star next to him.

Well if that is true it is a great news as last we had seen fawad around 7 years ago in Pakistan in 2012 in Zindagi Gulzar hey, after that he opted to work in India only and refused all the projects that came his way which resultantly given other struggling actors the huge success and they became superstars of this time too and came at the top and first priority for producers. And in any Media Industry the refusals make others the stars that is how it gets bigger and better same happened in Hollywood.

So finally after a lot of pauses and breaks Fawad’s decision to produce his movie is a great step, as the industry is being very well received in Pakistan and abroad and it is the right time when he is going to do his film as Maula Jutt’s release has also delayed to 2020 and we want to see fawad right now on either big screen or Television.

According to Pakistani Cinema he is producing a movie and playing role of blind man and alongside him will be starring Mahira Khan and both are coming together after years as Humsafar was aired in 2011. And we wish him a very good luck for his venture.

As Fawad Khan did cameo role in Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, there was a news in the town that Fawad has signed another movie with Dharma productions. According to sources it has been confirmed that Fawad has signed the movie with Dharma Productions along with Katrina Kaif. The movie is titled as Raat Baaki.

This is for sure that Fawad does not know to stop at all , as he has also signed the movie with another director Nittin Kakkar , it’s a Salman Khan’s film. The lady in the opposite lead role is still to be decided. The director said, “We go on floors with Fawad sometime next year. He is locked in. We are currently in the process of getting an actress on board.” He added, “This is an urbane love story. But more than that, it’s an interesting take on relationships between a boy and a girl.”

When Bollywood actress, Priyanka Chopra, was seen promoting war in the name of patriotism, Pakistani hero Mehwish Hayat was seen changing the misconception about Pakistan on an international level. Her powerful and sensible speeches earned her Pakistan’s highest accolade Tamgha-e-Imtiaz. 

Fawad Chaudhry, the minister of science and technology, revealed that he was the one who suggested Mehwish Hayat’s name for the prestigious award. In a recent interview, Fawad said that he is the biggest fan of Mehwish Hayat and, therefore, recommended her for this award. 

During the start, people criticized Mehwish for achieving the award, but later, they appreciated her for the speech she delivered in Oslo, Norway.  Now Mehwish Hayat is a strong representative of Pakistan at an international level. 

The Queen of Pakistan showbiz industry, Mehwish Hayat, gave back to back blockbuster movies for the Pakistani cinema. Her films earned the highest revenue and are still on the trending list. Mehwish Hayat proudly received Tamgha-e-Imtiaz last year.

Tik Tok which is a Chinese video-sharing application has become immensely popular in Pakistan and all over the world over the past few years. People make videos on Tik Tok and then share them with the masses. Tik Tok became a much controversial website when people started creating questionable content on it. Last year Tik Tok got banned by Pakistan’s Telecommunication Authority and the reason they gave was the presence of indecent content on it, later on, PTA removed the ban from Tik Tok.

Recently over the orders of the Peshawar high court, PTA has again placed a ban on Tik Tok for having obscene content. The final decision was revealed in the official tweet of PTA which read

In respectful compliance to the orders of the Peshawar High Court, PTA has issued directions to the service providers to immediately block access to the TikTok App. During the hearing of a case today, the PHC has ordered for the blocking of App.

Federal Minister of Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry also took Twitter to show his anger at the ban of Tik Tok.

He wrote:

Court Decision to ban TikTok is yet another Court Decision for which people of Pak will pay a huge price,I understand most of the judges are unaware of the tech working models, I ll request CJP to intervene and @MinistryofST ll work with Judiciary for tech modules for Judges

Not many people know that actor Usman Mukhtar is passionate about filmmaking. Long before he debuted on TV with his most popular drama serials, ‘Anaa and Sabaat’, he had wanted to get into production, but lack of support from family led him to study journalism.

He didn’t give up, though, while he started acting in amateur theatre plays, he also produced and directed his own short films and music videos, aided by his close friends. Later, he famously starred in ‘Janaan’ (2016) and ‘Parchi’ (2018), both immensely successful feature films, but he’s yet to direct one.

Meanwhile, he has set a new benchmark for aspiring filmmakers in Pakistan, with his new short, titled ‘Bench’, which was recently adjudged the Best Short Film at New York’s 2nd South Shore Film Festival.

The festival was due to begin on July 25, as a regular event, with red-carpet screenings of finalists in local cinemas followed by an awards ceremony, but it was cancelled due to the worsening Covid-19 situation in the US.

‘Bench’s’ storyline is as simple as its title — it deals with a young couple sitting on a bench in a public park and ruminating on why their relationship went wrong — but, Mukhtar says, it has several layers to it. The script is penned by Ali Mudar, “a very dear friend; we think so much alike.” The two-character short has Mukhtar leading the cast alongside noted model and actor Rubya Chaudhry. 

Recently, Usman took to Instagram to share another milestone, revealing to fans and followers that the short film has been selected for the Cannes Independent Film Festival.
