Nida Yasir and Yasir Nawaz are the two famous Pakistani celebrities who made headlines this year after performing Hajj. Back2Love is a new music album by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan comprising of ten romantic songs. The album is formally launched in Pakistan last week at Moven Pick Hotel Karachi.The event was attended by many artists and corporate community.

Rahet Fateh Ali Khan is launching his new album ‘Back to love’ in Pakistan. The launching ceremony is due to be held in Karachi on May 16 at a five star hotel in a grand ceremony expected to be attended by famous celebrities. To make the event more memorable special performances will also be part of the event. As per Rahat, the album comprises of ten songs of romantic themes. Salman Ahmed (former Junoon band voaclist) has also provided vocals in few songs with Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. Bachaana (بچانا) is the second major Pakistani film released this year after Ho Mann Jahan (ہو من جہاں) released on 1st January 2016. Released on 26th February 2016, Bachaana has earned decent figures on the box office. The whole past week saw a major dip in the cinema business for two major reason. Firstly Cricket Asia Cup is in progress and secondly the law and order situation was tense through out the week due to hanging of Mumtaz Qadri the murderer of the former Governor of the Punjab Salman Taseer.

Despite these factors Bachaaana has emerged with decent figures and became the highest earning film of the week. The film has earned a total of 3.34 crores (33.40 million) rupees in its first week. The film has received mixed reviews from print media. Though the actual budget of the Bachaana is not made public, as per press reports it had a limited budget with very few characters. The film also features three songs. It was released on 84 screens. Unlike other Urdu films, it is also screened in Peshawar, KPK in Naz cinema the only cinema of the city which has started screening Urdu movies. Another film of Sanam Saeed, Mah-e-Meer is already completed. So it will be interesting to see which one out of Mah-e-Meer or Bachaana is released first to be declared as debut film of Sanam Saeed.
