After the theatrical trailer release of the movie in Karachi on 5th July, the lead actors Humayun Saeed and Mehwish Hayat headed to US for the promotion of their movie.

Also, I had just bought a very expensive mobile phone a week earlier when a snatcher suddenly came and pointed a gun at me, asking me to give him my phone. I gave him the mobile, but then I took it back. He snatched it again but I held him from behind. To save himself, he opened fire and ran away. I knew he might come back, so I hid behind a car. After that, two boys came to me and asked if I was fine. That’s when I looked at my pants and saw they were drenched in blood because the bullet had passed through my leg. We were going to the hospital, and I was clueless whether I should recite the Kalma or what. I knew I wouldn’t die, but I was in severe pain. When I reached the hospital, the doctors couldn’t figure out what had happened, so I requested them to first give me a painkiller and then decide what to do next.”
