Rhinoplasty or cosmetic surgery of nose is very common all around the world. It is also the most common surgery in any showbiz industry in the world and a simple lift of nose can change one’s whole appearance. Zahid Ahmed is one actor who has openly talked about getting nose surgery in the past and he has also warned others how things can go wrong.

Nida Yasir was discussing the topic of nose and nose enhancement in her latest show and she called actor and plastic surgeon Fahad Mirza to talk about this topic in detail.

Fahad Mirza shared that his main concern when he addresses a patient is that they feel more happy and confident about their looks in the end. He shared that what he looks if there is someting wrong with the npse while assessing is if the nose is noticeable. If someone can notice your nose, it needs change and that is his barometer. Fahad also candidly talked about which plastic surgeons are dangerous. He said that body is a creation of Allah and no surgeon can match its level of advancement. Thus any doctor who keeps saying that he can change everything is basically a wrong number.

He also went on to reveal that many actors have come to him for nose surgery and he has denied saying that they do not need it.

He also shed light on if multiple rhinoplasties can be done on a patient. He said that scarring occurs after a patient gets a surgery and therefore, people need to stop going for multiple nose surgeries. He cited Michael Jackson’s collapsed cartilage as an example of complications that occur on getting multiple surgeries.

He ignored me, also didn’t hear me properly. He gave me a strict look and provided me with Panadol and water. His interest compelled me to ask him about what he was watching; he said ‘Parizaad.’ I then asked, ‘What is it?’ He stared at me in anger and said, ‘This is the only good drama airing currently on television.’ I then asked him, ‘Would you like to see me in it?’ and told him that I will be appearing in Parizaad. Fahad Kahut has received the award for his short film titled as “Faryad” which shows the violence and torture currently taking place in Kashmir. The story line of the movie is very strong and is basically about a journalist who is working in the favor of the people of Kashmir and the government is very much against him and his grandfather. The budget of the film is not that high.

In a statement Fahad said, “I am very delighted that we have won an award for this film. Credit goes to the entire team involved in this project.” “When I decided to make a film about Kashmir, there was never an attempt at glorifying or demonizing any side. I was clear that I wanted to tell the compelling story of one of world’s oldest and brutal conflicts.”

According to the Rick Prickett the chairperson of IndieFest Film Awards, it is not an easy award to achieve. For achieving this award the film makers have to be really creative and multi- talented. So this proves that Fahad Kahut movie “Faryad” is an exceptional work.

Fahad Mustafa has done extremely well as both his films JPNA 2 and Load Wedding are doing well at the box office. The actor is already a part of Pakistanis’ life with his hit game show Jeeto Pakistan. Fahad has been doing films which have released on Eid for the past few years and the audience has shown immense love for them.

In 2018, three titans clashed at the box office on Eid ul Adha and Fahad was a part of two of them. Both his films Load Wedding where he plays the lead role and JPNA 2 with an ensemble cast have gone well with the audience. While talking to Haroon Rashid BBC Asian Network, Fahad subtly compared himself to Salman Khan. He said:

We hardly make films in Pakistan so when a good production house is involved, one should be a part of it. I am already a part of the Na Maloom Afraad franchise and the second installment did really well last year. JPNA is also one of the hit franchises which I think became bigger when I joined. I have often had films releasing on Eid as well and I don’t know if I should say this but I feel like the Salman Khan of Pakistan.

Fahad said this as Salman Khan is known for releasing films on Eid. Baaghi actor Osman Khalid Butt, however, has a different opinion. He thinks of Fahad as more of an Akshay Kumar than Salman Khan:

It is ironic and hypocritical of facebook to remove one of Hamza Ali Abbasi’s posts only days after the owner of facebook Mark Zuckerberg declared that he believed in the freedom of speech and he wasn’t going to allow anyone come in his way. This statement by Mark Zuckerberg came after according to him some Muslims threatened him of dire consequences if he did not remove some posts that insulted their Prophet Muhammad PBUH.

Hamza Ali Abbasi in his post talked about the recent events in France in which he expressed his opinion not only about those responsible for the killings but also the West for not being able to understand the responsibility with which the right of freedom of speech is to be exercised. His status update was removed minutes after it was posted. Hamza Ali Abbasi’s account was deactivated for a while because he crossed certain limits set by the facebook administration. It was being heard that a petition to ban Facebook has been submitted and that it will be banned in Pakistan from March 22 onwards.

It happened after Interior Minister, Chaudry Nisar Ali asked for controversial content to be removed from all social media platforms, if they cannot be removed, social media should be taken down for the time being until the matter at hand is sorted.

Facebook has now approved of sending a delegation to the Pakistan in order to resolve this matter with the Pakistani government.

A Ministry of Interior spokesperson said that the management of Facebook, in response to Pakistan’s request, has conveyed that it was aware of Pakistan’s reservations and wanted to resolve the issue through mutual consultation and dialogue.

A spokesperson for the ministry said that Facebook has even nominated a focal person to contact Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).

The Facebook administration is of the opinion that dialogue regarding the issue would lead to its resolution.
