Hassan Ali is all happy as a married man.

Cricketer Hassan Ali spoke to media about his marriage and much more. He thanked his fans for the lovely wishes and messages and announced that grand reception will take place in Pakistan.

In an interview, he thanked his fans. He shared:

  “There are lost of wishes and messages which I saw on social media and I really thank those people who are praying for us. Surely, its a foreign country but if it was in Pakistan the things must be different. But it was the family’s plan and Nikkah is done here and the reception will be held in Pakistan.”

Alhamdulllah, I am feeling happy. You can see on my face I am feeling nervous. It feels like I am playing world cup finale and this was meant to happen, Hassan expressed in his interview.

Th reporter asked, “Was it easy when you met the bride’s parents first time, as you’re already famous. Was it challenging or easy?

“It was challenging because you’re meeting people who belong to a different country and this moment is super weird. It was a bit difficult but when I met them they were very nice people and they gave me a lot of love. Alhamdulillah, they are going to be my next family.”

He further continued,

“The people in Pakistan are not getting enough news but I will be doing press conference in Pakistan as soon as I reach there. We’re having Valima here for our friends in UAE but in Pakistan there will be another reception if we can say dobara se shadi hogi. The grand reception ceremony will take place in Pakistan. “

She further shared, “Young age love has special intensity and passion and in this kind of love, you can’t see anything else. In the story, mostly this passionate love will be seen, however, with time priorities change and you have to handle other relationships as well.”

Faiza Iftikhar added, “You have to choose love in front of your responsibilities and take care of other relationships as well. Your love and relationships collide together and that’s why they say ‘mujhse pehle si mohabbat mere mehboob na maang.”

Shehzad Roy is one singer, whom the 90s kids will always remember. The sweet voice and the romantic songs Roy crooned them in were an all time favorite. Even today, no song, can create the magic like Shehzad Roy’s “Tera Mukhra” or “Kangana” did back then.

The singer, born in 1977, has very well turned 42 years old, but, as we speak, and as we have seen, Shehzad Roy has not aged even a single day, ever since we saw him in his prime, and that was some good two decades ago.

Dawn happens to be Pakistan’s oldest and most respected media outlets in Pakistan. When trying to authenticate a news story or looking for a source, Dawn is one of the first and most reliable source for all, Pakistanis or otherwise.

And so, when Dawn, is accused to have changed a story, something as sensitive as a rape story, of an established filmmaker, there are bound to be questions and allegations.

Although Dawn was the first publication to feature Jami’s story when he opened up about his rape in the morning, the platform took the story off all its social media by the afternoon.

Not only this, all of Dawn’s employees (editors and writers in point) had taken down the tweets or comments where they had shared the story’s link on social media.

People began to question and even Jami himself had a cryptic reply which hinted at the fact that there was some internal politics going on, especially, when the mention of the ‘media tycoon’ who had raped Jami, was deleted from Dawn’s story once it became live again.

And so, its only natural that backlash landed at the only name for Dawn’s editor, Hamna Zubair. Perhaps Hamna had been receiving a load of queries as to why Jami’s story was removed and then edited. This prompted Hamna to share how she had resigned from her position at Dawn in August.

Hamna then urged the public to direct their questions to Dawn’s current editors who would be able to answer people in official capacities. She herself stated her disappointed at the story having been edited but maintained that Dawn and its editors had always been ethical and courageous, and that if there would be any developments, Dawn would always do the right thing by its standards.

It is very disappointing to see the way Indian actors are responding towards the ban on Pakistani stars in Bollywood. Artists are expected to behave in an educated manner and work as messengers of peace rather than aggravating the matter. Lately an Indian actor Aijaz Khan insulted Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan.

Aijaz Khan started his career in modelling. He starred in movies such as Rakta Charitra and Allah Ke Banday and acted in several television daily soaps. He was a wild card entry in the reality television show Bigg Boss 7, where he finished in third position.

In the interview he said , he never knew these artists before who they are! Karan Johar is paying them huge amounts and they are taking that money to Pakistan. As these celebrities, Mahira and Fawad pay tax to the government and in that manner they are helping Pakistan in buying artillery for attacking India,This entire interview of Aijaz Khan seemed to me an over reaction and quite a self- created story.

Hum TV is known for producing dramas with heart-touching stories and talented cast. “Dobara” is a 2021 drama serial which will air on Hum TV, directed by Danish Nawaz, written by Sarwat Nazir and produced under the banner of Momina Duraid Productions.

Hadiqa Kiani is portraying the role of an older woman who seemed to be in love with a much younger Bilal Abbas Khan. It seems like an unconventional story – possibly not the sort of romance that leaves you starry-eyed – but one that isn’t entirely impossible.

Danish further revealing that Bilal and Hadiqa get married in the drama. “There’s nothing cringey about it. It’s a story about relationships and caring. It’s not a heavy duty serious drama either. There are lighter moments and a lot of layers to the story courtesy a very varied cast,” he says. Talking about Javed Sheikh’s character Danish revealed that “Javed Sheikh’s character is very interesting. He adds some humor to the plot.”

Danish Nawaz further added that “I always want the dramas that I direct to be relatable to the audience. I am also very careful that I don’t hurt anyone’s sentiments. I want people to watch my dramas because they find them interesting, not because they get embroiled in controversy. Hopefully, people will like ‘Dobara’.” According to Danish, ‘Dobara’ is slotted to begin airing by mid-October this year.

Sarmad hinted at a film on his Instagram by adding a couple of photos. Although, the name has not been revealed yet, it is said that the film is going to be in Punjabi. Sarmad said, “Being a local of the city Lahore, I can relate to the subject of the film in a purely raw way. The reason the film is going to be in Punjabi is because it is set in Lahore and Punjabi is the only language that will encapsulate the story rooted in this city and its culture. I feel like the aura, the authenticity and the dialect of Lahore have not been embedded on screen yet.”

It will be produced by Kanwal Khoosat, Sarmad’s sister and screenplay is going to be written by Nirmal Bano while the script is Sarmad’s. The film will star Samiya Mumtaz, Eman Suleiman, Ali Kureishi and Arif Hasan.

“What’s Love Got To Do With It?” is a cross-cultural romantic comedy. The First look of the project showcased the aspects of cultural mixing with a man in a traditional kurta and a woman in a leather jacket present inside a desi wedding hall.

The star cast of the project includes superstar Sajal Aly from Pakistan, Lily James from Baby Driver, Oscar-winning Emma Thompson from Beauty and the Beast, British actor Shahzad Latif from Star Terk.

Globally acclaimed Pakistani Singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has sung the soundtrack of the film. He has also recorded two songs and will appear in the film.

The rom-com what’s love got to do with it is about a filmmaker named Zoe, her journey through love. Her experience of swiping on the dating apps and going on bad dates. Along with that is the story of her close friend Kazim who decided to go for an arranged marriage. The character of Zoe is being played by Lily James and Kazim is being played by Shahzad Latif.

Sajal Aly became a part of highlights when it became public that Sajal is going to star in Jemima Goldsmith’s production “What Love Got To Do With It?”. The film also stars international icons including Emma Thompson, Lily James, Shabana Azmi, and Shahzad Latif. The movie is directed by Shekhar Kapur who has made blockbuster movies like Mr. India and Queen.

Talking about the movie “What Love Got To Do With It?” is a romantic comedy (Rom-Com) and it is written and produced by Jemima Goldsmith. Shekhar Kapoor talked about his directional venture and revealed trivial details about the movie. He said: “It’s a story of identities. It’s about cultural clashes and it’s a comedy, but it’s about hiding behind identity and how identities can become tribal, and how tribalism can lead to clashes and fundamentalism. It’s a romcom, but based on this fundamental idea of people adopting identities out of fear of marginalization.”
