The duo was on a roll as they gave the funniest replies to the mean comments. Humayun Saeed picked a comment calling the two of them old and how making them dance is cruel. Mahira Khan and Humayun Saeed had a laugh and said that it was cruel as the weather was really hot.

One mean comment called Humayun Saeed old but at the same time acknowledged him as the national hero. Mahira Khan sweetly omitted the rude word. Humayun took it on as a compliment and said that he is indeed the national hero. He is the hero for all generations.

Indian extremist group Shiv Sena which is well known for its hatred for Pakistanis has made it impossible for the Pakistani artists to showcase their talent there. They did everything they could to stop Ghulam Ali from performing in India. Waseem Akram and Shoaib Akhtar had to cut short their visit in India because of threats from the party. They also attacked the BCCI headquarters in an attempt to hinder the Pakistan-India cricket series.
Shiv Sena has now threatened Mahira Khan and Fawad Khan. They are not going to allow these two artists to promote their upcoming Bollywood films in Maharashtra where the party has a strong hold. Raees is going to be Mahira Khan’s first film in India and Fawad Khan will be seen playing a role in Karan Johar’s film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
One of Shiv Sena’s top leaders has been quoted as saying,
“We have taken a stand not to allow any Pakistani actor, cricketer or performer to step on Maharashtra soil.”

The sources reveal that stars are asked not to get involve with media on any such discussion.
It is very much obvious that Indian media will try its level best to increase the controversy by asking tricky questions.Therefore for protecting the celebrities and makers of the film from further controversy they are given instructions to make no comment on the current situation.
According to Bollywoodlife “The makers of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Raees have banned Fawad, Imran and Mahira from giving any interviews. All the three stars have been given clear instructions that everywhere they go, they will be asked about the issue (the ban on Pakistani artistes in India) but they should avoid it. In fact, the makers have told them not to interact with the media because they don’t want their (Fawad or Mahira’s) view be misconstrued, which could spoil things further”.
Previously Mahira Khan and Fawad Khan were criticized for not responding to the prevalent Indo -Pak tensions and Bollywood banning Pakistani stars.

He said, “I have heard two things, once I wore shorts and all the Pakistanis started bullying me on my legs, they said, ‘what kind of legs are these’, and I have seen, we Pakistanis have same kind of legs no one here is from Hollywood”
Talking about how he handles trolls, Fahad said, “I don’t call my twitter and Insta followers as my family, they are the people who are just interested in your work, don’t take them seriously, I don’t want to engage much with them, old actors had longer careers because their personal life was intact and private, I want my private life as private, I get uncomfortable when I get too much interactions in public”. Talking about handling social media trolls Mahira Khan said, “my private life is super private, when I go to holidays, I don’t upload picture and it doesn’t come out, it was only once when I faced social media outrage, and at that time one thinks that my life is damaged, how will I recover and recoup and how will I come back to life but after few days it fades and people tend to forget, now, when ever I see trolling I am like, I have been there, there would be something else after one or two days and besides that we all know that which kind of pictures will invite love”, here is what she said.
