Dur-e-Fishan was recently spotted in an interview with “Fuchsia Magazine”.

Dur-e-Fishan talking about how she entered in showbiz industry mentioned that “I always wanted to be an actor so there was no other plan for me. I was the most over confident person of the family. I always used to say that I am Madhuri Dixit. I used to dress and dance just like Madhuri does.”

“My parents didn’t say me anything, we just had some table discussions. When I came back from London after completing my graduation I told my parents that now I want to go to Karachi to fulfil my dreams”, added Dur-e-Fishan.

Further she said that “I came to Karachi and auditioned every production house. After giving auditions I started getting a lot of calls. I was offered with a lot of soaps but I never wanted to start my career with a soap. I got a call from a production house for ‘Dil Ruba’, I was so impatient that I agreed to do that project.”

Dr Muhammad Javed is a medical professional and he is also very well-known among the artist community for his Surah Rehman therapy. He has been a Murshid to stars like Noor Bukhari and Humaima Malick and both those starlets have credited Dr Javed for their transformations.

Dr Javed was a guest on Hafiz Ahmed’s podcast and shared the inspirational story of how his own AIDS got cured and a young doctor was the person behind introducing him to Surah Rehman therapy. He revealed that he was once treating an AIDS patient and he got struck by an infected needle. This got him infected with the virus and it was a matter of deep pain for him. He lost weight and all his tests turned out positive.

Dr Javed did not feel his diagnosis at his workplace. Later on he encountered a young female doctor who was telling a patient to use the Surah Rehman therapy. Dr Javed was skeptical about it and even scolded the fresh doctor to not tell this stuff to patients. But later on he tried prescribing the therapy to other patients who recovered miraculously.

He himself used the therapy and he is okay as well. He never even got tested again as he wanted to keep his belief strong. Dr Javed has since helped many people with this therapy.

The very talented Kashif Anwer, writer of the super hit drama Sabaat recently appeared in an interview with “Something Haute”.

In his interview he discussed that how the criticism impacted him as he was a new writer.

Firstly Kashif mentioned that the he has seen the last few episodes of Sabaat in fast forward. Kashif believes that Allah teaches you whenever you go through a difficult time. “After Sabaat went on air Allah blessed me with a lot of patience to face criticism, which I didn’t have before”, added Kashif.

Furthermore, he said that It was very difficult for him in the start to face all kind of reviews, neither he knew that there are reviews on dramas because he never saw a drama except of “Sange Mar Mar”.

When the second third episode went on air he got to know the reality of reviews and it impacted him a lot. His brother supported him at that time.

“After the drama reached to it’s end I had a lot of patience to tolerate any kind of reviews the audience gave”, said Kashif.

“The most important thing about staying fit in Ramzan is to eat healthy,” says Mehwish Hayat. “The problem is that in Ramzan we tend to consume high amounts of fried foods and junk that we usually would avoid on regular days. So try to eat healthy stuff like fruit salads, dates, lentil soup etc. I would also recommend you include some sort of physical activity in your day, even if it is just 20 minutes a day, do some jogging, cardio or a light brisk walk to keep yourself feeling better and not stuffed. I personally changed my workout routine from in the morning to the evening after iftaar to stay fit throughout Ramzan.

Ayesha Omer:

“My first and foremost go-to drink in Ramzan is coconut water,” shares Ayesha Omar. “Not only will it keep you hydrated but it is packed with great vitamins and nutrients. Especially having a couple of glasses of it before sehri will leave you less thirsty and more energetic. When you’re going on about your day without eating for a longer period of time, hydration is key to surviving this month.”

Anoushey Ashraf:

“I always focus on eating healthy during Ramzan,” Anushay says. “I limit my carbs intake to sehri only which gives my body enough time to burn it off during the rest of the day and as tempting as stuffing your face during iftaar is, it’s always wise not to give in to unnecessary cravings. I also make sure to have at least 2 liters of water in between to stay hydrated. And as difficult as it is, I always schedule my work out to right before iftaar so I can get my metabolism kicking in. And let’s not forget the most important thing: get enough sleep and do not exhaust your body!”

Mehreen Syed:

“People often forget that Ramzan is not the month to feast and it’s definitely not one to indulge,” opines Mehreen. “I always need my energy up during Ramzan because things tend to get very busy at work and at home. For that I always keep my diet high on protein and fiber for my sehri and iftaar to keep my feeling fuller for longer and maintain my routine lifestyle which means keeping my sleep cycle and workout cycle the same as before.”

Amna Babar:

“For me, getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, having a healthy diet and staying away from pakoras are keys to winning this month,” says Amna. “It’s so boring, I know, but doing those things really helps in giving me more energy for things that are actually important during the month of Ramzan.”

Azaan Sami Khan hails from one talented family with both his parents having made considerable contributions to the field of entertainment. Adnan Sami Khan has given many memorable songs to both Pakistan and India while Azaan’s mother, the legendary Zeba Bakhtiyar has been a part of many hit films and dramas. The talent is equally visible in Azaan Sami Khan who is giving us great music numbers like Ik Lamha, Noori and recently Dildara for Kuch Ankahi. He is also acting now a days with his debut drama Ishq e Laa doing well on ratings.

Azaan’s life is also in front of the audience and he has been very open with his fans about his divorce and how he is raising his beautiful kids as a single parent. He had earlier shared that he believed in being amicable towards his ex-wife so their kids live in a positive environment. Azaan and his ex-wife made sure of it and his kids are happy.

In a recent interview with Fuchsia Magazine, Azaan Sami Khan opened up about dealing with his divorce. He said that in hard times a person’s character is exposed as anyone will be a positive person in good times. Talking about committing once again, he said that he is not opposed to it at all but he will obviously take into account his old experiences.

Atif Aslam talking about how his career started mentioned that “I gave up on cricket. I was planning to become a professional cricketer and I was an athlete and I worked really hard for it, but my parents knew that it’s my hobby. They didn’t knew that how good I was in it but I gave up on cricket because my parents wanted me to study. I was skipping studies because of cricket.”

“After that I became quiet, I became lonely and then I heard Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan with Michael Brooks. This is about 20-23 years ago and my elder brother made me hear that album. When I heard it I thought it is something amazing. It started calming me, it started making me talk to God. When I started praying I started getting the answers”, added Atif.

Atif further said that “During this period I explored myself and I got to know that I have a voice. Our house was empty because we were shifting somewhere else, I started singing there. I had no clue about music, I was 13 or 14 years old. Then first time when I used high notes I got scared and left it. Than I got a guitar from my friend and I started playing with that guitar. When I started playing with those strings of guitar I started loving it and I started singing with those tunes. That Instrument played a major role in starting my career as a singer.”

“I recorded my first song with my own money. My father used to give me like 50 bucks a day for my collage trip, so i saved that money and recorder my first song “Aadat”. People started loving it and wanted to see who the guy is because it was just the audio. Then I collected more money and shot the video. This is how it all started. Since then it’s no looking back”, says Atif.

Atif Aslam shared how he felt when he heard Tumhari Chup’s lyrics for the very first time. He said that these lyrics are relatable for anyone who has experienced longing in any relationship and that is the vibe he felt too while he heard the lyrics.
