A mini web series starring Asim Azhar and Syra Shahroz is releasing soon.

A new web series is coming out soon. The story revolves around four close friends who are uniting after a long time of 7-8 years. The web series will have 7 episodes. It is directed by Murtaza Chaudhary and produced by Waqas Rizvi. The web series will be released in the first half of October.

The cast includes; Haroon Rashid, Syra Shahroz, and Asim Azhar. It is giving us major friendship goals. The shooting of the mini web series has started already and we have some exclusive behind the scenes shot.

This mini web series is giving us major Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani vibes and we are super excited for it.

The rumours started spreading about Syra and Shahroz Sabzwari getting divorced in December.

The rumours were declined by the couple and they revealed that they separated from each other for six months.

In March, the couple decided to get divorced due to irreconcilable differences. They also requested everyone to respect their privacy.

After their divorce, the rumours started floating about Sadaf Kanwal and Shahroz Sabzwari’s relationship.

They were spotted many times together and people started calling Sadaf Kanwal ‘a homewrecker’.

All this was happening but Syra didn’t share anything on social media or talk about Sadaf Kanwal and Shahroz Sabzwari’s relationship.

However, after a long time, her Instagram post says something about her current situation and how she is dealing with the divorce.

She quoted  Jordan Peterson and wrote, “You’re going to pay a price for everything you do and everything you don’t do. You don’t get to choose to not pay a price. You get to choose which poison you are going to take. That’s it.”

Syra Shehroz has had bit of a tumbling journey as she ventures into the big screen. First her Project Ghaazi in which she plays the role of a scientist was shelved and will hopefully be releasing in December. Then it was announced that she has been replaced by Mawra Hocane in Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2, and that arose a lot of curiosity. However, Syra herself has answered this question in a conversation with Instep. 

Here is what Syra had to say about opting out of the much anticipated sequel;

“Simply, because after reading the script I knew I didn’t want to play that character. I’m all about experimenting and challenging myself but it’s got to be substantial and I didn’t think it was.”

Now this gives rise to speculation that the character is merely a filler, but only time will tell.

Syra and Shehroz are one power couple. Syra has done some wonderful work in the past. Shehroze’s Bisaat e Dil is on-air on Hum TV and people are loving it. They both danced together at International Pakistan Prestige Awards this year in London and won us over. They were looking all prepared to appear in a romantic film together and guess what they are actually doing a film together.

So far the title has not been decided. Syra and Shehroz often share bts photos and call it a sairoz film. That’s a cute name, we must say. It is written and directed by Omer Esa Khan, the unnamed films is being made in collaboration with Bluesteel Films in Bahrain. The last spell of shootings is currently underway in Bahrain and is expected to be finished in another month. The film will tentatively be released on Eid-ul-Adha in 2019.

The film is a story of unconditional love between two youngsters who have to part ways owing to their circumstances. It has an Indian actor Ankur Rathi playing an important role in it while the other cast members include Shahzeen Rahat, Aaadi, Mohi Abro, Sabeena and Amir Qureshi. This would be both Syra and Shehroze’s second film.

The couple seemed to be quite busy with their film releases but finally they have found some time for their family too. That wowzah level of entertainment looks so effortless on the T.V screen but it really isn’t. Celebrities go through arduous rehearsal sessions just to make that annual event a night to remember.

On one such arduous session when both Asim Azhar and Syra Shehroz were totally exhausted both physically and mentally they had a minor trifle.

The argument started when Asim had been waiting for twenty minutes for his rehearsal to start since the management had given him that time but the choreographer was still busy practicing with Syra.

Everyone started persuading Asim and requested him to wait a little bit more and meanwhile have a cup of tea or something. To which Asim said that they should’ve told him they weren’t free when Asim had contacted them earlier to confirm the timings to which the choreographers were apologetic. Asim insisted that he has no free dates in the future so he must rehearse today he also said he’d contact the management and let them know what’s happening down here to which Syra said “You really don’t need to throw a fit over this” Asim countered this with “I’m really not throwing a fit” after which Syra walked out.

Aahista Aahista is a new drama starting on Sunday 1st June 2014 on Hum TV.It is a high budgeted project shot in California, USA with signature production quality of Momina Duraid Productions. and Hum TV. It is written by Aaliya Bukhari and directed by Haseeb Hassan.

It is story of a Pakistani man Zawwar (Adnan Siddiqi) living in California and happily married to Sophia (Sarwat Gillani)an anglo indian girl. Zawwar’s family i.e. his mother Bee Jaan (Saba Hameed) in Pakistan is unaware of his marriage with Sophia. Things take a new turn when Zawwar returns Pakistan to see the ailing Bee Jaan. Unaware of Zawwar relation with Sophia, Bee Jaan and Zawwar’s sister insist him to marry her niece Haya (Mawra Hocane). Passing away of the popular TV host and Islamic scholar Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain, under extremely suspicious conditions has made his fans and authorities concerned about the cause of his death, a lot of fans and public is debating over the cause of his death.

Amidst the debates, a petitioner filed the complaint that the host was a popular personality, hence, his post-mortem should be done. After the petition, the court ordered the autopsy to be done.

Lately, after the decision, his first former wife Syeda Bushra raised her concerns over the matter, now, his second former wife Syeda Tuba has also shared her concerns over the autopsy of the host. Syeda Tuba Anwar is not in favor of the decision and said, “If the authorities deemed to perform a postmortem examination of Aamir Liaquat, perhaps it would’ve been better to do so on the day of his passing. To exhume his mortal remains, for a postmortem examination more than a week after his departure, is extremely distressful for those grieving this loss. However I trust in Allah’s Will. I believe Allah pak is the best disposer of our affairs. May Allah pak make this easy for the deceased and the acquaintances Aameen”

Aamir Liaquat and Syeda Tuba Anwar’s whole relationship from marriage to divorce was extremely public. The couple was separated for 14 months and they finally got divorced after Tuba filed a khula against Aamir Liaquat. I think, every person has a good and bad side. Farhat’s character I feel is the best in the sense she is at least speaking up for her own rights, a lot of people think it’s negative but not negative. It is indeed, your right to speak up for something wrong BUT kisi kay saath najaiz nae kero, batameezi aur ghussa bhi nae kero. Though speaking up and asking for privacy shouldn’t be counted as something negative.

She also shared that she is not sure about living in a joint family in real life. She said that if the family is non toxic that is fine but living with toxic relatives is not her cup of tea.

Not sure about it because everything has its pros and cons! If the big family is nontoxic then it’s okay but if they wouldn’t respect your privacy then it’s a no to living in a joint family.
