The renowned comparer of Pakistan, Tariq Aziz has passed away at the age of 84. He was admitted in a private hospital last night after his condition deteriorated. The news of his death is confirmed by his son.

He was a Pakistani film actor, television show host and politician who is known for his work on the PTV’s Quiz Show Neelam Ghar, first aired in 1974, later renamed the Tariq Aziz Show.

Tariq Aziz has served as a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan between 1997 and 1999.

He was born in the year 1936 and his family came from Jalandhar, British India where he got his early education.

In 1964, when Pakistan started television broadcast from Lahore, he was the first male PTV announcer and he was also the first man to be seen on a PTV broadcast.

Tariq Aziz has also worked in movies “Insaniyat”, “Haar Gaya Insaan” and “Salgira”. He has also won two Nigar awards for his performance.

Pakistan has lost another legendary star today which is our favourite actress Sabiha Khanum at the of 84 in Virginia, USA.

Sabiha Khanum worked in many films including; Dewar Bhabhi, Ik Gunah Aur Sahi, Shikwa, Saat Lakh, Sang Dil, Kaneez, Anjuman and many more.

She was leading star of the 1950s and 1960s and even continued acting till 1990s. She has also worked in award-winning television dramas.

The news of her demise was shared by her granddaughter, Sarish Khan. She wrote:

“Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilayhi Rajiun. It is with great sadness that we share the news of the demise of our beautiful and beloved Sabiha Raza (Sabiha Khanum) who passed away earlier today, June 13th, 2020. She returned to Allah (SWT) very peacefully and was surrounded by her loving immediate family in her last moments. We pray to Allah (SWT) to place her soul amongst the blessed who continuously receive mercy and grace of Allah (SWT) – Ameen.”

“We know that she was loved by so many people and we have been receiving countless messages and calls. We ask that you be patient with us as we grieve her loss and respond to you all. We humbly request no in person visits to our home due to our safety and yours. In the meantime, a request for Sura-e-Fateha for my dearest Nani.”

Legendary Pakistani singer Nayyara Noor passes away, earlier today. The news of her passing was announced on Twitter by her nephew. Nayyara was a popular Pakistani singer and has sung many popular songs including Kabhi Hum Khubsurat Thay, Roothay Ho Tum & Many more. She passed away at the age of 72, the playback singer was suffering from protracted illness.

Nayyara Noor was also the wife of the Veteran television actor Sheharyar Zaidi. Nayyara was known as Bulbul E Pakistan because of her extremely melodious and sweet voice. Her song “Jalay To Jalao Gori” was too popular. Not only this, Nayyara Noor achieved a lot awards for her services to promote the music and culture.

Nayyara Noor’s nephew Raza Zaidi wrote, “It is with heavy heart that I announce the passing of my beloved aunt (tayi) Nayyara Noor. May her soul R.I.P. She was given the title of ‘Bulbul-e-Pakistan’ because of her melodious voice.”

Pakistan’s renowned comedian Umer Sharif died in Germany after a prolonged illness. Umer Sharif was suffering from a life-threatening ailment and was currently hospitalized in Germany. The well-known celebrity of Pakistan has been suffering from an undisclosed heart disease.

Following the request of celebrated comedian and actor Umer Sharif to Prime Minister Imran Khan, the US government issued visas to the actor and his family members for his medical treatment in America a few days ago. Son of renowned actor and comedian Umar Sharif who often regarded as one of the greatest comedians in the sub-continent previously appealed to the nation for prayers while informing the fans about his father’s critical condition.

The legendary singer of the South Asian soil Ustaad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan left this mortal world 21 years ago. Born on 13th October 1948, the singer died on 16th August 1997 at the age of only 48 years.

Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan still rules the hearts of millions and his songs are recreated and remixed by many successful artists. Pakistan’s Legendary artist Umer Sharif has been laid to rest at the Abdullah Shah Ghazi graveyard in Karachi earlier today. Alot of famous artists and political personalities attended the funeral including the dignitaries of Sindh Government. Previously, his son Jawad Umer requested fans to join funeral but fans were already there at the venue in love of Umer Sharif.

His funeral was performed in Umer Sharif Park Clifton phase 2. Fans gathered in a huge number to pay homage to their favourite artist. There was a huge crowd gathered in the funeral, the security had to close all the entrances of the park to avoid more crowd. It was a huge crowd due to which police officials cleared the way for the ambulance carrying Umer Sharif’s body to head to the graveyard.

It is pertinent to mention that his body was received by his sons Jawad Umer and Fawad Umer this morning. His dead body was wrapped in a national flag. Anchor Waseem Badami throughout accompanied legendary artist’s sons in this process from receiving dead body till burial. When Umer Sharif’s dead body arrived at Airport fans escorted it while showering rose petals onto it.

Sharif was born on April 19, 1955, to an Urdu speaking family in Liaquatabad, Karachi.

There was a golden era of the Pakistani film industry when we were making the best of stories that used to get copied by Bollywood. Pakistani film stars were as popular in other countries as they were in their own. People used to follow the stars and just seeing them once was a dream come true for millions. Head of FIA Cyber Crime Zone Sindh, Imran Riaz recently made an appearance in the morning show “Morning At Home” hosted by Nadia Khan. In Sanam Baloch’s latest episode of her morning show which airs on SAMA TV she brought in an expert to educate people on how to heal their dry cracked heels naturally. She stated that potato is a natural organic bleaching agent it can be used to not only get clear skin but it also has healing effects on wounds as cracked heels often turn into wounds.

She further added that for a manicure we dip our feet in water and afterwards apply so many creams in order to get results but potato can give you same results without all this fuss.

Explaining the procedure she said that make a potato paste using water and raw potato not a boiled one. Take two tablespoon of this paste and add it in the tub you would be dipping your feet in later. Then add one teaspoon of baking soda and one tablespoon shampoo. In the end add some water and keep your feet in it for five minutes. Afterwards just clean your feet.

To keep your cracked heels from getting infected wear socks and do not walk without shoes.
