Jo Tu Chahey started with another name in the beginning. But due to religious reasons the channel stopped airing the drama and then after a hiatus it started airing again with a new name Jo Tu Chahey. The drama stars Imran Abbas, Alizeh Shah and Zarnish Khan in leading roles. 43 episodes long drama became unendurable for the audience because of the never ending Roona Dhoona of the heroine even though the drama was supposed to be delivering a strong message but he execution was just too bad that the whole message of the drama just hid behind the never ending bechargi of heroine.
Even the leading actor Imran Abbas also regrets being a part of this drama. According to Imran It happens when you sign a project without reading the script.
In the same Question Answers session Imran Abbas also shared that how shocked he was when he saw Ayeza having fun with Muneeb Butt in rain in the ending scene.

Imran Abbas could not go to India earlier in order to promote his upcoming Bollywood film Creature3D because of Visa issues but now he is very actively promoting his film in India. He also attended a special launch of the film with the cast and crew. After watching the final product Imran Abbas was very excited about the project. The director of the film even invited the Prime Minister of India to this exclusive launch of the film. Imran Abbas has been showing his enthusiasm and excitement on different forums. Creature3D is going to be the first Indian film in which the creature is completely animated.

Imran Abbas is among many of the Pakistani actors who have lately stepped their foot in the world of Bollywood. Imran Abbas’ first Bollywood venture “Creature 3D”was liked by many producers and he was asked to work another film “Jaanisar”. Imran Abbas sports a very interesting look in the film because it is an era based film.
One of the leading Indian sites DNA took Imran Abbas’ interview in which they asked him about his likes and dislikes and his upcoming film. Interestingly, in the interview Imran Abbas has been refereed to as “Imran Abbas Khan”. Imran Abbas is wondering how that happened!!
In his interview Imran Abbas said that he was very happy working with his film “Jaanisar”. He also said that he really wished to work with Madhuri Dixit someday because “I have been a huge fan of her and if I ever get a chance to work with her I will be on cloud nine. I would also like to work with Kangana Ranaut. She is a brilliant actress,” said the actor!

In one of the promos Imran Abbas shared details about his love life. He said that he will be getting married really soon and plans to have babies right after marriage. The statement that the next time he comes to the show (in the next season) he might have a baby with him suggested just that. Imran Abbas said that he had been madly in love in his teenage but loved the woman he is going to marry in a completely different manner. Imran Abbas also shared that the concept of love changes as a person matures. He also shared that he was a really straightforward person who has also told his wife-to-be what his feelings for her are.

Imran Abbas and Sajal Aly have joined forces to work together for Sarmad Khoosat’s next, Noor-ul-Ain. The dynamic duo will seen together for the first time on screen, and we couldn’t be more excited.
Recently, Abbas had a chit chat with a local publication house on his upcoming project:
“It’s a beautiful love story which unfolds in a very nice way; showing the transition between the characters and their relationships.”
“I’m looking forward to it because I usually do one or two serials in a year and this is going to be my second this year – in a way it’s my third [serial] but the second one was shot last year so technically this is still my second.”
The other project Imran is talking about is his upcoming Yaar-e-Bewafa.
Sitting back on the projects he was being offered and signing only selective ones, Abbas declared the reason as:
“I had turned down many projects before coming across the script for this. I refused many TV dramas including Baaghi because I wanted to come in a project which would be highly anticipated by my fans and followers and not bore them.”
“I was very attracted to the script. The content for this serial is very good. I can’t really reveal much at this point because there’s not much I can say.”
And why wouldn’t he talk about the absolutely gorgeous diva he would be working alongside. Abbas look forwards to work opposite Sajal:
“I’m pairing with her for the first time. I think people will look forward to that because this is a fresh pairing.”
“I’m already getting some feedback from my fans and followers and it’s amazing. They hint the serial will already be a hit because people are really appreciating the pairing. Also, Sajal’s a very talented actress and I’m very happy that her film Mom is doing so well in India and all over. She’s a positive representation of Pakistan and I am so excited to work with her.”
As far as working with Sarmad Khoosat is concerned, he is not working with the director for the first time:
“I had worked with [Sarmad] once in Manto as one of the characters in the series he produced. But this is the first time I’m working with him properly in a drama serial. His work is always brilliant so I’m very comfortable this serial will do well.
“When I heard the idea of this serial, I understood that really good things are being planned by the production team. From the soundtrack to every little detail, its well planned and I can say this is the biggest serial in the upcoming season. I am looking forward to it. Fingers crossed. I hopefully won’t disappoint my fans, friends, family, anyone who loves me!”
Imran Abbas discussed his personal life more than his career on the show Speak Your Heart With Samina Peerzada. He most certainly did speak his heart. There are actors, directors, writers and producers who think that everything that is happening in the society at a small or large scale should be shown in dramas but Imran Abbas does not share this point of view.
