Bollywood loves stealing Pakistani music and storylines without ever giving any credits or taking permission. They do not want Pakistani artists to work there but Pakistani content is allowed to be screened. The latest controversy was Nach Punjaban by Abrar ul Haq getting featured in Varun Dhawan starrer Jug Jugg Jeeyo.

Abrar ul Haq said that he has not given the copyrights of his song to the production house and promised legal action against them. The film is produced by Karan Johar’s production house who maintained that they have indeed bought the rights to the song. They however, ended up crediting Abrar ul Haq for the song.

Varun Dhawan has now ended up thanking Abrar ul Haq for the song. He said that the song is very good but maintained that there production company did buy the rights for it. He further said that the song is doing well for them as the original had done before it.

People are still criticizing the team of the film for plagiarism and want to know what actually went down with the rights:

Mahira Khan recently shared her experience of working with Afghan Refugees in Karachi in collaboration with United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR)., the Raees starlet took to social media and shared one of the cutest stories,

An unfortunate incident happened in Islamabad where three young girls passed away in a car accident. The car plunged in a ditch on the road which resulted in the death of three girls including Vaneeza Ahmed’s daughter Esha.

Two of the girls’ other friends who were sitting in the front seats got severely injured and are in the hospital since then.

Despite her success, Vaneeza has faced multiple personal tragedies, including losing her father in childhood, her younger sister a few years ago, and dealing with health issues.

Recently, Vaneeza appeared on ARY Digital’s morning show hosted by Nida Yasir, where she opened up about how the tragic passing of her younger sister Isha at age 25 in a car accident deeply changed her as a person. She also spoke about the difficult times her family faced after her father’s death and shared how the power of dua (prayer) transformed her life.

Talking about father’s death Vaneeza Ahmed said, “I wanted to become a doctor because of my grandfather, who was a doctor. Unfortunately, my father passed away at the age of 39. I missed the admission deadline and later got myself enrolled in Canaird College. I never went to medical school because everything changed for us — my mother was left with three children and had to earn like a man. She was a woman who hadn’t completed her education, so we all became breadwinners. My mother eventually started selling property; she used to have houses constructed and then sell them. I didn’t live my life according to others’ expectations — people thought we should live a mediocre life because we were orphans. But we decided to make something out of our lives and stepped out of our comfort zones. We had never paid bills ourselves before, but we had to learn to do everything on our own. When we stay in our comfort zones, we limit our true potential. “

Talking about her illness, Vaneeza Ahmed said, “I was following my dreams and doing great in life. I thought I was invincible, that nothing could ever bring me down. I was flying high—until Allah showed me otherwise. Once, while traveling, I started having constant headaches. My vision began to blur, and I started forgetting things. I even missed my interviews. When our colleague Mr Ali Mehmood asked why I wasn’t showing up for interviews and was told what was happening to me, he came to visit me and diagnosed that I have meningitis. While I was being treated for it, my lymph nodes started swelling, and doctors told me they had found cancer cells—it was stage zero cancer. My friend Shaheen took me to a spiritual healer who gave me a book of duas for cancer treatment. I refused to believe I had cancer but started reciting those duas secretly. A month later, when I went for the test, the doctors told me there had been a mistake—there were no cancer cells. I truly believe it was the power of dua that changed everything for me at that time. Now, after researching, I’ve learned that Quranic verses have healing powers. The recitation itself brings healing. I believe it was the Quran that healed me.”

Talking about how her sister’s accident changed her life, Vaneeza Ahmed said, “We all have to go — that’s the one truth that can’t be changed. But her passing at 25 changed things for me. People say she passed away untimely, but nothing is truly untimely. I became inquisitive about where the spirit goes after death, and after doing my research, I realized that she came, did her job, and moved from this world to another. She fulfilled her purpose, and we all are doing the same. Allah’s world is vast, filled with trillions of entities, and we are just tiny particles among His creations. We die when our soul’s purpose in this world ends and exactly the same happened with my younger sister. The lesson I derived from her death was a reminder of life’s reality once again— that we all have to leave one day, something we often forget. Vaneeza Ahmad Ali, nicknamed Vinny, is a Pakistani model and actress. Recently Vaneeza Ahmad shared an adorable video on her Instagram account in which Vaneeza and her daughters are seen praying together. “3 generations praying in one frame. Alhamdullilah my 5 year old Sophiya regularly praying now”, she wrote.
