Junaid Khan is a name that indeed needs no introduction. The actor, who had already established himself as an excellent singer, before venturing into television and films, is now known for his versatile performances in a list of commercially hit and critically acclaimed drama serials. While we await his dramas, Junaid Khan is also starring on the big screen next year with Kamran Bari’s upcoming film “Kahay Dil Jidhar”.
Khan has the chrismatic personality that allows him to get under the skin of any and each character that he portrays. His recently ended drama, Yaariyan, showed Junaid’s excellent chemistry with Ayeza Khan and Momal Sheikh both and brought about an interesting play for the audience to see. However, if we are asked, we personally love the equation Khan shares with co-star Hira Mani. The duo have already wowed the audience in two dramas, Sun Yaara and Thaays respectively and are now coming together once again for Geo Entertainment’s Muhabbat Na Kariyo.
Teasers for the drama have already started doing rounds on the channel and now, we have an air date as well. Muhabbat Na Kariyo, with Junaid Khan, Hira Mani and Zarnish Khan in the lead, will air from 11th October 2019, every Friday at 8pm. The slot was previously occupied by Khan himself, alongside Muneeb Butt, Ayeza Khan and Momal Sheikh in the drama Yaariyaan.

Talking about his character earlier with a local television channel, Junaid had shared, “My character, Asad, has various dimensions; I essay the character of an emotion-driven guy who belongs to a well-off family. He is the sort who goes out of the way to prove his love for his family members. He is really caring towards his mother and is also a doting brother. In the upcoming project, you will see me as a sweet guy who at times becomes emotionally weak and hence is easily manipulated.”
The shoot of the drama has also taken place in the latest tourist hot spot, Baku, Azerbaijan and it waits to be seen, how the director and story will have utilized this exotic setting into the plot. Having seen Junaid and Hira in romantic characters earlier, we would now like to see how the bubbly Zarnish Khan, fits into the picture and complete this triangle in Muhabbat Na Kariyo.

Muhabbat Na Kariyo was earlier titled as Makafaat. The drama, a romantic series has been produced under the banner of Mastermind Productions, by Hassan Zia and directed by Ahmed Kamran. Alongside Junaid Khan, Hira Mani and Zarnish Khan in the lead, Muhabbat Na Kariyo also stars Atiqa Odho, Ali Ansari and Mariyam Nafees in supporting roles.
