Mawra Hocane has become a name that does not need any recognition. She has been doing TV for quite some time now but this year she made it to the big screen with Jawani Phir Nahi Aani 2 not to mention that she did work for across the border before she hit Pakistani screens with JPNA 2.
Mawra had her birthday on September 28th and it turns out that she celebrated her birthday three times this year. Firstly she was thrown a surprise on the sets of her upcoming, most anticipated drama “Aangan”. Her sister Urwa Hocane was also present at the surprise as always. Mawra celebrated her birthday the second time at an old age home “Bint e Fatima” because she had promised one of the woman there that she would celebrate her birthday with her.
Turns out that she celebrated her birthday one more time and that was organized by none other than Urwa and that too at the midnight, the second her birthday started. Mawra was in her pajamas and she has a beautiful pink cake with M written on it. Her whole bed was decorated and she was overjoyed that moment when the candles were lit. Even the spark of the candles couldn’t outshine the spark that she had in her eyes.

Ishq Tamasha is a drama serial that recently ended and despite it having the most messed up storyline and unnecessary drag, it turned out to be a super successful serial with ratings and everything. The serial got hype even before it started due to its cast which was superb no doubt. It included Saba Faisal, Junaid Khan, Aiman Khan, Kinza Hashmi, Faizan Khwaja and Furqan Qureshi.

Ohkay so, there was nothing new in this episode of Koi Chand Rakh but then after all these episodes I am left wondering if there’s going to be anything new in this story at all? This episode once again ended on a sarcasm directed by Nishaal towards Zain & once again I had to roll my eyes hard. Can we move on please? It is no fun watching this girl getting so much screen-time!
Developments (If Any):
Rabail had to face Umair again & because of him, she had to face this undue criticism which she does not deserve. It is funny that despite seeing how stubborn Umair is, Nafeesa still believes that everything they are going through is because of Rabail. Rabail is getting married only to get rid of Umair & go away out of their lives but still she is getting blamed. It is good that at least Asad is the voice of reason in this mad house where he clearly told Nafeesa & Nishaal that they should not blame Rabail as it is Umair who has lost his sense of right & wrong. Nishaal has become Zain ke pyaar mai andhi because of which she has harbored so much hatred in her heart against Rabail, the girl she has spent her entire life with. This girl has some serious loyalty issues I tell you!
The entire scene of Umair setting his room on fire would’ve been intense if in the background the guy was not making a video of this whole dramatic situation. I couldn’t stop noticing & laughing at his presence that is why I lost focus on what Rabail was saying to Umair or how much acting they were trying to extract there. I am sure sooner or later this video will make it Zain only to ruin Rabail’s life further.
Nishal once again hovered around Zain like a hyena telling him how wrong he was & what he was going to miss by not getting married to her. I am sure even if Zain would want to get settled with Rabail, Nishaal won’t let that happen because she will continue to haunt him like a churail! Abrar’s presence in that scene was not going to serve any purpose I am sure because later he will continue to say how proud he is of Zain that he put his father’s feelings ahead of his own. *face palm*

Overall, this episode of Koi Chand Rakh was boring to say the least. I am done with this rona dhona & want to see something different, something other than this continuous depressed look on everyone’s face. The only happy face in this drama is of Zia but his character is so pathetically written & acted that even as a supporting character, he is an eyesore. Imran Khan’s third marriage to Bushra Bibi was abrupt. Not much was known about the lady who became Mrs. Khan initially. However, details started pouring out then and media had many strange questions about the circumstances of the marriage. Many people said that Bushra Bibi married Imran even before completing her Iddat after she got divorced from the first husband.
Bushra Bibi did not mind the question and went on to clarify that she had completed her Iddat and in fact married Imran Khan after 6 to 7 months of completing her Iddat. She refuted all the baseless claims and had to say this about all those rumours:

New filmmakers are coming forward to try their lucks at the box office. The famous ad filmmaker Saqib Malik is all set to make a feature movie. This will be his debut as a feature film director. Many rumours have been already out about his film that it is a biopic on Meera Jee’s life.
The rumours were later refuted and it came out that Meera Jee is playing the lead role in the film. The cast is final and all the actors took a picture with the director thus announcing the final cast. The film titled “Baji” has a stellar cast. Mera Jee, Nisho Ji, Mohsin Abbas Haider, Osman Khalid Butt, Amina Ilyas and Nayyer Ijaz are playing prominent roles in the film.
Meera Jee is playing the titular character Baji and the film will show the transition from old Lollywood into the new age industry that is pouring in and evolving.

Parwaaz Hai Junoon had been a very much awaited and anticipated movie this year along with “Jawani Phir Nahi Aani 2” and “Load wedding”. The much anticipated movie Parwaaz Hai Junoon, which tributes the Pakistan Air Force, had an amazing cast including Hamza Ali Abbasi, Hania Amir, Ahad Raza Mir, Kubra Khan and Shaz Khan in the prominent roles.
