What was your first reaction after reading Alif’s script? Ahsan humbly answered that when an actor is offered a character, there is a reason behind it. He further added that he doesn’t work much or say yes to all the offers, so he had to see with whom he will work, the director, the production, and most importantly, will he enjoy the character himself. After checking everything, he said yes to the script. 

Ahsan had 50 or 60 scenes altogether, but the whole idea was so powerful, everything was so well written, every scene was so intense, and he enjoyed every bit of it. There was a reason behind the drama- to develop a strong relation with Allah, and Alif was special. He was satisfied with his character and was happy that he did it. 

Was there any dialogue that you felt happened to you in real life? Ahsan explained that if you have any skill in you, it is God gifted. You are nothing without Allah, so the powerful your relationship is with Allah, the more satisfying life you will live. 

Any funny memories during shooting? Ahsan laughed and replied that it was too cold so, there was nothing funny, except Manzaar Sahab used to walk around the set with a big shawl on his shoulders, and everyone used to laugh at him. Ahsan shared something interesting as well. Haseeb, the director, used to play sad music before shooting to bring everyone into their characters.

Ahsan Khan urged people to help this man find a job and a place to live in. Only days after the video went viral the homeless man who moved everyone who watched his video has a job and a place to live.

Yesterday Ahsan Khan posted a status update in which he thanked people for their support and said a lady had taken the homeless man with her.

 “I feel that a lot of actors use social media to publicize themselves or bash the political parties…..But I feel social media also has a huge positive side. We should do something for humanity.”

Famous host and actor Ahsan Khan is going to appear in a new project named Bandhay Aik Dor Say. The star-studded drama serial will air in March. It stars Ahsan Khan, Ushan Shah, Hina Altaf, Saba Faisal, Saba Hameed, and Madiha Rizvi.

In an interview, Ahsan Khan revealed details about his coming project. He said, “The serial is a family drama centered around the life of a single-family with eight to 10 members.”

The drama revolves around many characters, not just a hero and heroine. He revealed, “It’s not just centered around a guy and a girl; there’s a love track, of course, but that’s not all it’s about. It includes the character of my dadi, played by Samina Ahmed, as well as my taee, played by Saba Hameed and my mother, played by Saba Faisal.”

He further revealed the story of his play and said, “It’s a nice family play. I would call it a simple story, with well-knitted small moments, small gestures in [the lives of] a middle-class joint family.”

The show is going to have a story of a typical joint family and the happy moments they have in spite of having family issues.

Ahsan Khan also asserted that he took this project very seriously and wasn’t going to stop here. He said,

“A lot of memes have been made in the past but I ignored them as I didn’t want to trivialise the issue and kill the message. I have been constantly making efforts to eliminate this evil through the platform of Udaari. And because of it, a lot of people are willing to share their stories with me. I am planning to make a documentary to further highlight this issue.”

He also shared how he ended up doing the role of Imtiaz in Udaari.

“A lot of good actors were offered the role of Imtiaz but they rejected it. I couldn’t digest the scenes and was also bashed by friends and family for portraying it on the screen, but I didn’t back out.”

He also went on to elaborate why he shared the meme.

“I didn’t have any negative intention while sharing that meme. For me, it was just a dialogue that people remembered. I wasn’t trying to endorse, celebrate or glorify my character.”

There is no denying the fact that Ahsan Khan is an actor par excellence. But there is also no doubt about what a wonderful human being Ahsan is. Ahsan has done a lot to support local charities and for children with special needs, he’s definitely a celebrity with a heart of gold.

Some men are following the negative path, but there are several who are living a positive life like our fathers, brothers, husbands, and sons. A good man respects his mother throughout his life, takes good care of their sisters, fulfills their wife’s needs and demands, and raises their daughters in the best way possible.

Ahsan Khan is all set to bring back the old charm back to the dramas, therefore he is producing a serial titled as “Dukh Sukh”.

Ahsan shared that he is tired of typical saas bahu dramas and the play he is making will be different from them. Ahsan shared, “Everybody keeps following [the same formula.] I feel there’s no [drama] on TV like the PTV dramas, which the younger generation may not remember but I’ve watched them on repeat on YouTube.”

The actor said that previous dramas had such kind of stories which delivered a strong message to the audience along with chunks of entertainment. The actor also said that the current drama industry is not working on those genres anymore and it is because of that he has taken the initiative of producing the drama on lines similar to those golden plays.

Ahsan Khan is a phenomenal and versatile Pakistani actor. He has started his acting career in 1998. He appeared in the films Nikah, Billi, Ghar Kab Aao Gay, Sultanat, Ishq Khuda, Dil Mera Dharkan Teri, and later moved on to television. He hosted a quiz show Hayya Allal Falah on Hum TV in 2011, during Ramadan. Ahsan Khan has also hosted Ramadan transmission on PTV Home named Ramazan Pakistan in 2020-21. Ahsan is currently hosting a game show “Timeout with Ahsan Khan” on express tv. Ahsan Khan is married to the love of his life Fatima Ahsan and has three kids.

Ahsan Khan is a superstar of Pakistan. He has been working in the industry since the late 90s and he has been a part of some of the biggest dramas the country has produced. He is also a happily married man and a father to four beautiful kids. The actor was a guest on Zara Noor Abbas’s show and spoke about his family and parenting.

Ahsan Khan revealed that his family has permanently moved to Karachi from Lahore and it was a big transition for his wife. He said that his wife had no friends or cousins or a circle there. He added that they left all their friends in Lahore and he also did not socialize a lot in Karachi. Thus he completely limited his social activities too. He started staying home more to support his wife in raising their children. He also shared that his wife was unwell when they shifted so he limited his social life.

Ahsan Khan is a father of four and he had some golden advice about disciplining children. He shared that he learnt this from his own father to never discipline or scold a child in front of others. Teach them when they are alone so it does not affect their mental health. He has always abided by this rule in the lives of all his children.

Ahsan Khan knows how to grab the attention of the viewers and always pick dramas that are high on entertainment value. His on-air drama Qissa Meherbano Ka on Hum TV these days has created quite a buzz. The drama sheds light on the issue of marital rape and the audience was quite shocked when it was revealed. Ahsan Khan is playing Murad who is the perpetrator while Mawra Hocane is playing Meherbano who is the victim.

Ahsan gave an interview to BBC Urdu where he explained that he finds it important that social issues are tackled in his dramas. He went on to reveal how victims reach out to him whenever he does a project like that and he got a lot of people reaching out to him after Udaari.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching this episode. Ahsan Khan is a very talented actor, and after Udaari, I greatly admire and respect his work. I am glad that Sarmad Khoosat asked Ahsan Khan to explain how he initiated the Dewar-e-Mehrbaani project in Pakistan. He revealed that through an inspiring video, he came to know about the project Dewar-e-Mehrbaani or Wall of Kindness initiated in Iran. He took it upon himself to bring this project to Pakistan. He joined hands with a bunch of friends to repaint the walls of Karachi. This was quite a positive step in the right direction that encouraged people to help the poor and needy.

Dramas Khoosat asked Ahsan about his big screen projects. He revealed that he is currently working on two film projects, one of which has been completed. The name of the film is Chupan Chupai and it boasts a big cast including Jawed Sheikh, Rehan Sheikh, Sakina Samo and Ahsan Khan himself among other names.

Ahsan Khan also spoke about typical saas bahu sagas with disdain; he believes that people associated with the industry are in the position to direct people’s attention towards important, relevant issues, so it’s high time that we broke free of done-to-death storylines.
