The brand has been announcing such sales from time and again, which have definitely been causing frenzy for ladies around the country. Previously, in 2015, we witness a huge cat fight between two ladies over a piece of dress. So, we expected no less this year.

Sapphire sale had caused an utter chaos throughout Pakistan. Not only did women waited for hours to buy, but they actually bought clusters of clothes. Women could be seen grabbing dozen pieces together at once. What a day to shop!

Two Pakistani girls, Zoya Khan and sister Zara Khan beat up a man, after he harassed one of them on Tariq Road, Karachi.

Sexual harassment or molestation is very common in Pakistan at public places, be it roads or events. But what these girls did is a lesson for everyone out there. Instead of staying quiet, these girls taught him a lesson and shared it with the world.

A video of Zoya and Zara, sharing the whole situation has gone viral on social media. In the video, elder sister Zoya said, “I started screaming once he groped me but was unable to do anything as i was carrying a number of shopping bags in my hand but my sister, threw everything and ran after the man.”

“When i followed my sister to where the man was, i was shocked and surprised. There was a crowd of more than 30 people surrounding the molester and all of them were beating him along with my sister.”

These girls took a step against women violence and harassment. They are surely an inspiration and motivation to all those innocents who are victims. Vigilante justice is somehow the only way left in our society, owing to lack of woman safety.

The gorgeous, Syra Shahroze kicked off her career with MTV, went on to be a model and actress, and made her movie debut with Chalay Thay Saath. Recently, she celebrated her birthday along with husband and family, and we must say the lady looks absolutely stunning in that outfit.

We all had seen the first look of Nawazuddin Siddiqui as Urdu poet “Saadat Hasan Manto” for Indian biopic of Nandita Das’s directorial debut “Manto”. Nandita has now released a short film and is giving a sneak peek of the film to the world.

“I think some of the most exceptional talent comes from Pakistan. And I had the honour and pleasure to actually direct Fawad Khan. I have seen his exceptional work, and it was immensely brave of him to did what he did in Kapoor and Sons. I think after 6 actors had said no to that role, it was tremendously courageous of him to say yes. Fawad Khan has worked with Karan Johar in two of his production ventures. Fawad did both Kapoor And Sons and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, back to back. He was also slated to do another film, titled Raat Baaki with Katrina Kaif. However, it might never happen due to the ongoing ban on Pakistani artists.

Waseem Badami  is a Pakistani television host and news anchor  who currently hosts a political talk show 11th Hour on Ary News. He started his career by giving traffic updates on radio. Later his sheer hard work gave him reward and out of thousands of people he got selected for Ary News in 2006 and there he started his career as a journalist and an anchor person. He also hosts Shan-e-ramzan on Ary Digital.

Wasim Akram is the legendary cricketer of Pakistan. He is considered the best bowler in the world as well as Sultan of Swing. He has also crushed it as a cricket commentator. He is loved for his fun personality and statements that actually explain cricket. The star was a guest on Hasna Mana Hai and he shared a hilarious incident which made him realize how standards for stardom have changed.

Wasim Akram shared an incident and Tabish Hashmi also added to it. Tabish revealed that they were in Sharjah Stadium for an event and Tabish was hosting. He called Wasim Akram on stage and he was very enthusiastic as he is such a legend. The crowd also applauded him but Tabish did not feel the enthusiasm from the crowd that he was expecting. Wasim Akram is a legendary cricketer. He is one of the biggest stars in cricket that have come out of Pakistan. Wasim Akram has now presented his biography Sultan A Memoir and he has revealed some stunning facts about his life which are not easy to accept and comprehend. Wasim Akram has revealed that he actually became addicted to cocaine after is cricketing career was over.

Some excerpts have come out of from his book where he shared that he became addicted cocaine and partying all day and every day after he retired in 2003. It became bad enough that he started depending on it. He even did a stint in rehab which was really bad and did not really help him. He credited his late wife Huma who actually said to him that he needed help and went on to become the reason that he pulled himself out of this mess.

Wasim revealed:

I liked to indulge myself; I liked to party. The culture of fame in south Asia is all-consuming, seductive, and corrupting. You can go to ten parties a night, and some do. And it took its toll on me. My devices turned into vices. Worst of all, I developed a cocaine dependence. It started innocuously enough when I was offered a line at a party in England; my use grew steadily more serious, to the point that I felt I needed it to function,

He said that Huma on finding out said that he needed treatment. He further added:

It made me agitated. It caused me to be deceitful. I know Huma was often lonely during this time… she talked of wanting to move to Karachi to be closer to her parents and siblings. I was hesitant. Why? Partly because I like coming to Karachi on my own and pretending it was working when it was really about partying for days on end. Huma eventually found me out, discovering a packet of cocaine in my wallet . . . ‘You need help.’ I agreed. It was getting out of hand. I couldn’t control it. One line would become two; two would become four; four would become a gram, and a gram would become two. I could not sleep. I could not eat. I grew inattentive to my diabetes, which caused me headaches and mood swings. Like many addicts, part of me welcomed discovery: the secrecy had been exhausting.

Wasim has also added that it was the fame he had before that pushed him to this:

Try as I might, part of me was still smoldering inside about the indignity of what I’d been put through. My pride was hurt, and the lure of my lifestyle remained. I briefly contemplated divorce. I settled for heading to the 2009 ICC Champions Trophy where, out from Huma’s daily scrutiny, I started using again.

Huma later died from a rare fungal infection. This made Wasim get his act together and realize what he was doing. He credits his late wife to putting his life back on track.

Huma’s last selfless, unconscious act was curing me of my drug problem. That way of life was over, and I have never looked back.
