Khalil ur Rehman Qamar, no matter how controversial his statements are is very bold and straightforward when it comes to stating something. In a very recent interview, Khalil ur Rehman Qamar opened up about how he made sure writers earned their due respect when he first entered the entertainment industry in Pakistan.

“When I entered into this industry, I found out that a writer was treated the worse. I wanted to change that and I wanted to stand for the writers and I still do that today,” said Khalil ur Rehman Qamar.

Upon being inquired how he made sure that the writers earned respect, Khalil ur Rehman Qamar shared,” First of all I made sure, nobody could change a word in my scripts. I reacted to it very strongly. And if anyone did I wouldn’t work with them again.”

Adding further Khalil ur Rehman Qamar stated that he allowed people to change a line in his script just once. There was no second time or another chance because he wouldn’t ever work with that person again.

Khalil ur Rehman also candidly shared that he was the highest paid writer in Pakistan making sure he earned his due amount. “If not billions, I earn in millions for a drama script that I write. You can say its around 5 million,” Khalil ur Rehman quipped.

Ehd e Wafa is one of the most popular dramas on air right now. It is one such drama which captured the interest of the drama audience even before it aired. It is fair to say star-studded drama serial, Mere Paas Tum Ho has won the hearts of the audience. The role of Hania which is played by Hira Mani was first offered to someone else.

Renowned actress Urwa Hocane in an interview revealed that she was offered the role of Hania but she rejected it. Urwa Hocane even shot a few episodes of Mere Paas Tum Ho.

“I was playing Hania and had shot for a couple of days. But then we moved Tich Button to Nankana Sahib where we had put up a huge set and I just couldn’t get myself out of there. It was very unfortunate, more so because I ended up making Nadeem Baig really upset along with the other production houses,” said Urwa Hocane.

Urwa Hocane added that after completing the shooting of the film Tich Button, she later apologized to Nadeem Baig.

Adnan Siddiqui, who plays Shahwar, a very important character in Meray Pass Tum Ho recently shared a status, how shooting for Meray Pass Tum Ho had been an experience for him. He thanked his viewers while the team celebrated New Year’s and completed shooting the last few scenes of the drama.

“Filming the last few scenes of the last episode of “Mere Paas Tum Ho”. What a thrilling and educating experience this has been. Still remember the day- when the script was offered to me and I was in two minds as to how the audience would react and accept my character… but where ever I travelled and even in Pakistan my character received a fantastic responce.
Not only me, but all the characters were appreciated and after long I’ve worked in a drama where all the characters were equally strong. The direction was upto the mark, engaging dialogues and story line, title song – in short one of the rare drama’s that had everything going for it in the right direction.
Was a lifetime experience and I’m going to miss shooting for it.
But as we say, the show must go on. Upwards and onwards to 2020 and may be more such drama’s.
Thank you to my co-stars, director, writer, producers, each and every person in the crew, and above all my fans for all the love and appreciation once again,” wrote Adnan Siddiqui on his Instagram.

Well who is not familiar by the name of Shehreyar Munawar Sidiqui an extremely handsome and talented actor of Pakistan Media industry, who has worked in super hit dramas like zindagi gulzar hai, meray dard ko jo zuban milay , asmanon pa hai likha and others. Shehreyar is now majorly seen in movies and played lead roles in Ho Mun Jahan, 7 Din Muhabbat in, Project ghazi and Paray Hut Love. His movie Paray Hut Love was a massive commercial success. Shehreyar was male lead of the movie with Maya Ali opposite to him.  Recently, Shehreyar Munawar has shared his pictures in which he is seen trekking to the cave of Hira with his brother Manoucheher Sidiqui.

Being able to offer our prayers at the same spot the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) did and sitting in the same spot where he would meditate and where he received first revolution was an over whelming experience indeed. Special thanks to our guide for the day, a brother from Bangladesh, Habib. Grateful to God.  Alhumdulilah.”
