Khalil ur Rehman Qamar recently revealed that Wahaj Ali asked him to do this role and Khalil will be watching this project to know if Wahaj has worked well or not.

Wahaj Ali, is one great actor, who has gradually made a mark for himself in this industry. In such a short span of time, Wahaj, to his credit, has a number of strong performances and major hit dramas under big banner production houses. Currently, the heartthrob is starring in Hum TV and ISPR’s joint collaboration, Ehd E Wafa and impressing audience with his acting skills.

Seems like the Ehd E Wafa pairing of Wahaj Ali and Hajra Yamin has become a hit as immediately after the drama ending, the two will now be seen on the big screen in Asma Nabeel’ upcoming film Fly.

Asma herself made the announcement on her social media about the cast, director and music composer of Fly alongside a lot of other things.

“A long journey for a cause that’s very close to my heart. My penned film #Fly on the cause of #BreastCancer and I am so glad to announce @hajra_yamin @wahaj.official @zafarbeo joining this heart touching story. @misbaa.khalid the director, @beenishwaiz production designer, @asmasohail1 stylist, @schumaila.hussain music producer, @beenishparvez_official makeup artist,” wrote Asma.

Adding that it was a film with a cause, Asma stated, “It’s a film from the females of Pakistan for the females of Pakistan. May Allah pave the way for us and help us succeed.”

The writer and producer also shared that Fly would be crowd funding to raise awareness about breast cancer throughout Pakistan and help battles against the disease.

Asma Nabeel, who happens to be a cancer survivor herself has written amazing dramas for television including the groundbreaking Khaani for 7th Sky Entertainment. Asma’s dramas always carry a social message wrapped in entertainment and we’re expecting the same from Fly as well.

Tere Bin is a drama that broke multiple records when it aired. Written by Nooran Makhdoom and directed by Siraj ul Haq, this show went on to gain massive popularity not just in Pakistan but globally. Fans went gaga over Murtasim and Meerab’s fiery chemistry and even the worst of developments in the show were received with open arams.
