Nida asked Mawra that whether anybody ever harassed her.

Mawra gave the most shocking answer: “I think its fun of Lahore boys teasing girls with loud music in cars I think that’s the feel of Lahori Eid, so we don’t mind”

When Nida asked if someone harass you know, you won’t mind it?

Mawra said being much facile: “Yes, it doesn’t matter, its your Eid too”

Mawra replied, “Yes. I developed anxiety recently & I’ve been battling with it one day at a time. For everyone who is reading it & has suffered anxiety. We are all in this together. Lots of Love.”

“Before taking up law, I studied medicine for six months and then tried my hand at fashion designing for another six months. I wanted to find something that excited me. Finally, it was law that captured my interest,” said the actor.

“The last year, my study schedule revolved around my work schedule. These past couple of months, leading up till May (her first Law exam) my work schedule will revolve around my study schedule,” she added.

When asked that wouldn’t it hinder the shoot of her drama Sammi?

She explained: “For instance I am shooting a spell of Sammi next week for which I have to miss classes, which I will eventually need to make up for by studying extra. Shoots for campaigns/TVCs are planned for weekends so I don’t have to miss too many classes.”

“I want young girls and boys to utilise themselves to their full potential,” she added. “Do not follow anyone else’s opinion of your capabilities; find for yourself what you’re passionate about and chase it!” she said.

Mawra Hocane in her latest interview with “Mira Sethi”, highlights the concept of beauty in the media industry.

Replying to the question that does actresses exist only on the bases of beauty?, Mawra mentioned “NO. This concept of beauty is totally wrong. I say that we should allow every kind of people to work in industry, let them believe in their self and let them breathe”.

Further Mawra said that “We should not weigh our industry or actors or actresses in such kind of things, it just creates hate and conflicts”.

“Of course it is a major problem in our society but it’s also on a human level to believe in your self. Firstly we have to change our self to change the dynamics of the society and the wrong concepts in our industry”, Mawra added.
