What Bollywood hates is Pakistani artists and what Bollywood loves is Pakistani art. The stealing of Pakistani music is a regular practice in Bollywood. Recently, Abrar ul Haq’s hit song Nach Punjaban was used in a Bollywood movie and it lead to a lot of drama. The recent song is Kesariya featured in Aia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor starrer Brahamastra.
Here is the song:
Here is the song Netizens think served as the “inspiration” for Kesariya and it is the evergreen hit by Call called Laaree Chootee.
Public is obviously disappointed on this blatant copying of Pakistani art again and again:

From riding the bicycle, hiking on mountains, jumping in the sea, and all other fun things. It’s all very exciting.”
The number of films coming out from Pakistani cinema is increasing day by day. Many new faces are coming in every walk of filmmaking and people have just fallen in love with the new wave of cinema. With many hits though is also coming a string of flops. People are experimenting with different genres and getting creative with their projects.
Another film is all ready to hit the silver screens soon and it consists of a whole new team. The film is produced by Zeekay Films who have been involved in making dramas before this and now are venturing towards cinema with their movie Talash. Another cross cultural marriage has made it to the news channels. This time too it is yet another American girl who came to Lahore, Pakistan to marry the love of her life. 19 years old Maria Angela and 23 years old Mohsin from Lahore met on social media. They used to chat first and then started talking on the phone. When Mohsin proposed to Maria, she said yes instantly. She flew to Pakistan to get married to the love of her life.
This was a traditional Pakistani marriage in which Maria wore a red dress and looked like a traditional bride from every angle. The smiles on their faces show that these two love birds are very happy with their decision. The people commenting on social media however once again had so much to say about this marriage. This time also many people said that the boy got married to this woman for US visa. Some people went as far as declaring these girls who are coming to Pakistan to get married to the local boys, agents! There were other people who felt that the boy was very lucky to have found the love of his life. There were also those who wondered how this boy who could hardly converse in English, communicate with this girl.
Weddings with foreigners has been the IT thing of the season. Many across the seas love stories happened and we saw many Pakistanis marrying foreigners this wedding season. Another such romance has reached the wedding stage and this time it is a Chinese groom who married a Pakistani girl. The groom Xu Long married the Pakistani Fatima in a traditional Pakistani ceremony.
The bride was wearing a classic red Jora while the groom also complimented her in a traditional sherwani. The couple looked super cute together and the families are super happy. Check out some pictures from another cross-culture wedding from this season:
Another Pakistani couple got married at the age of 19. This is a good thing to hear that the upcoming generation is trying to follow Sunnah. Instead of wasting each other’s life by being in a time-pass relationship, they are getting married to live a halal relation.
After Asad and Nimra, another young couple gave an interview telling their love story and how they got married. Ahmar fell in love with Hunza at his cousin’s wedding. He then tried to approach her to talk about his feelings. Ahmar, being a smart boy, involved his family and offered a marriage proposal to Hunza.
Hunza completed her A levels while Ahmar recently finished his FA. Their family supported them, and they ended up with a married couple. Many youngsters meet new people, get attracted to them, start dating, and then get involved in a haram relationship.
Hunza and Ahmar have this special message for all the viewers ”If you truly love someone, marry them!” Marriage will save you from the mistakes that you will regret in the future.

Here is what went down on the show:
Viewers are hating such tactics to get views and call out Fiza Ali:
Bollywood is one of those media industries that enjoys a great business all over the world and strangely, the country having the most disputes with India, contributes considerable large in getting the business for the movies that are been released in the country-Pakistan. Pakistani Censor board has again dumped another Bollywood movie to be released in the country in for cinemas for the reason that the movie- David, holds the content that goes against to the national interests, promoting a wrong point of view regarding Islam and the armed forces of the country.
David is an action thriller, starring Neil Nitin in a role that seems against the reality of Pakistan and the religion Islam. While the Chairman of Censor board was questioned about the ban, he said that the movie showed the Muharram procession in a song in a totally wrong way, showing no respect towards the ideologies been followed by the Muslims.
The Muslims of India too have raised their voice against the movie but the Indian Government has preferred to stay silent on the issue. As for in Pakistan, David is banned just like Ek The Tiger and Agent Vinod. However, it is expected that the dvds of the movie would soon be available in the Market just as it normally happens for other movies that the censor board Bans,
We, The Muslims would highly appreciate the ban on the content that violates the interests of our Religion and Country,
Another day, another big loss to the cinema industry. A day after Bollywood’s veteran actor, Irrfan Khan passed away, another legend, Rishi Kapoor, has been reported dead after a long battle with cancer.

The actor was admitted to Sir NH Reliance Foundation Hospital on Wednesday morning when he complained of breathing difficulties. He was diagnosed with leukemia in 2018 and returned to India after his treatment in New York.Fans of Rishi Kapoor are pouring tribute. May he rest in peace…
India, now, has been very well-known for plagiarizing the content from famous movies, dramas, Songs and videos. Not only this, India copies compositions, lyrics and frame to frame video shots. Bollywood has a special command in doing exact copy-pasting of the already popular content with sheer brilliance and confidence. It’s not new India has produced major popular songs that are already copied, a few of them are Munni Badnam Hui, Dil Nay Yeh Kaha Hey Dil Say, Bheega Bheega Sa December, Marjawaan Muk Jawan, Ik BAAT Kahun Dildara, Hawa Hawa, Disco Deewane, Dil Mera Tour Dia Us Nay Bura Kyun Manu, Main Tenu Samjhawan Ki and Kadi Tay Hans Bol Way.
Not only from Pakistan, they copy from Arab, Korea and Hollywood. Previously, Brham Darya copy pasted his song Happy Mood’s video from Shaani Arshad’s song Ki Jana.
Now India is all set to release another full fledged copied version of Pakistani drama Parlour Wali Larki’s Block Buster OST Bol Kaffara Kia Hoga. The song has already garnered 105 million views on YouTube with thousands from India.

Inaam Ghar is a TV show hosted by Aamir Liaqut, which Geo TV claims to be widely viewed. As per one report of Urdu Daily Jang (published on 6 April 2014)’ A childless couple is blessed with a child due to Inaam Ghar’ (another feather in the already heavily filled crown of this show and aamir liaqut). Last year infants were given as gifts/commodities to some couples in Amaan Ramzan show of Aamir Liaqut too and now it is repeated in Inaam Ghar. Last year the act was widely condemned and criticized by people from different walks of life including social worker Abdul Sattar Edhi, but Aamir Liaqut is least concerned about it. (Offcourse the more important concern is to get high TRP of show)
As per report, there is a ‘palnaa (baby swing)’ at the set of show Inaam Ghar, this time it has a baby from Chheepa welfare organization which was abandoned by the parents with a chit that Ramzan Chheepa (head of Chheepa organization) and Aamir Liaqut can handover this baby to any childless couple. The ever famous host i.e. Aamir Liaqut in the presence of Ramzan Chheepa and Nadia Gabool (Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh) handed the baby to a childless couple. Emotional scenes (which are necessary for a high television rating) were also observed in plenty on this occasion leaving Nadia Gabool and many others in tears. Emotionally charged Ms. Nadya Gabool expressed her feelings by saying ‘I had heard of angels but now I had seen them in reality in the shape of Aamir Liaqut Hussain (what is the definition of angel for Ms. Nadya Gabool????) and Ramzan Chheepa. They both are providing services to humanity which cannot be described in words.’
The ever happy couple Shahid Memon and Shumaila Shahid thanked Aamir Liaqut and said that after a wait of eleven years they have been blessed with a baby (strange, if they have any plans of baby adaption, they could have easily contacted any other organization already working in country for this purpose instead of waiting for eleven years and aamir liaqut who has recently started awarding babies from last year). After showering some further sentiments (off course in front of camera) the couple with the consent of Aamir Liaqut named the baby as ‘Muhammad Hamza’.
So the emotionally charged event concluded happily, but there was further icing on the cake in the shape of response from Aamir Liaqut on this noble deed.
Ramzan Cheepa said that awarding babies to needy couples in the show ‘Amaan Ramzan’ (Ramzan show of Aamir Liaqut aired last year) has yielded positive results, and there has been a considerable decrease in number of babies abandoned by their families. (breaking news: as every other week Geo News shows some report where a poverty stricken family has abandoned its kids, so either Mr Chheepa is wrong or Geo News is wrong )
Speaking on the occasion Aamir Liaqut said, in inaam ghar, a determined procedure is followed before giving a baby to a childless couple, the procedure includes thorough inspection of the couple. He further added ‘Despite his noble and pious work he was overly criticized in the show Amaan Ramzan but he is fully determined (means kar lo jo karna hai) to continue this pious contribution towards humanity, i.e. work of giving babies to childless couple (off course in front of camera as it yields high TRP, whereas off camera will not increase TRP).
(So it means Aamir Liaqut will continue this act, so all the childless couples who want to adapt a baby in front of camera should immediately contact the management of show). Perhaps after ‘Aalim Online’ soon there will be program named ‘Baby-adaption online’ hosted by ‘har dil azeez’ Aamir Liaqut.

Like many other people out there, I find facebook very useful for many reasons. One of the reasons is that different dramas pages keep me posted about what our celebrities are up to, which dramas to look forward to and much more. But there are some things that I find annoying about some such pages. Here is a list of those things…..
1. Posting pictures of celebrities with their wives and then asking people if they look good together. There is nothing wrong with doing this but most often it is because the celebrity figure is well loved while the spouse may not appeal to the public……something that the admin who posted the picture already knows and that is the very reason that they post it. This happens a lot especially with Fawad Khan. I have seen that people can be very cruel towards this couple. They are always saying mean things. Why do these people forget that the celebrity may be “public property” because they derive their strength from the public and because they chose to opt for such a profession but dragging their families in is very immoral. Imagine how the wives and husbands must feel when they read such comments, why do we forget that these people we see in the pictures are living and breathing humans and not just pictures on a facebook page.
2. If an on screen couple is a hit, admins very often compare the on screen couple with the real life one. I have seen pictures on pages where we see Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan on one side and Fawad Khan and Sadaf Khan (his real wife) on the other and the admin will be asking people which couple do they like more! That is height of insensitivity; Mahira Khan is married and so is Fawad Khan, they are not a real life couple. Such posts obviously are only meant to get the attention of the public or the admins derive sadistic pleasure out of comments that bash people’s wives and husbands.
3. There are many pages which give attention grabbing punch lines and then make people click on the link that follows. When you click on the link , there is nothing new or attention grabbing in it. Such tactics can only work a few times after that people get annoyed and they stop clicking links on such pages.
4. Some pages focus on negative things only. The admins go out of their way to find “controversial” pictures of celebrities and keep an eye out for any mistakes by them and leave no stone unturned to question their values. I am in favor of keeping a check on the media but these celebrities have a personal life too which is their own personal matter. A drama critic should focus on the good and the bad and not concentrate on nit picking. I have actually unliked many such pages because they are really very annoying.
Do you use facebook? Have you liked many showbiz/dramas pages as well? Is there anything about these pages that you find annoying? Do you think that the admins should think a little more before posting things? Do you think they need to be more responsible.
There is no denying the fact that the OSTs of Pakistani dramas are popular all over the world. They always add more appeal to the drama and the OST’s that are composed beautifully with meaningful lyrics become popular in no time. Every now and then, Pakistani drama fans and viewers see some of the OSTs of dramas becoming viral, however, that doesn’t happen with all the soundtracks. Just like Pakistani dramas, OSTs are also both good and not so good. Some of these OST’s fail to strike a chord and end up feeling like noise pollution. The fact that the directors and editors rely on overusing the OST’s also ends up making them annoying for the viewers and the appeal or the charm that the OST might have in the initial stages of the drama ends up getting lost by the time the drama ends.
Here is the list of annoying OSTs of Pakistani dramas that aired in 2020:
In the initial episodes, the OST of Ishq Zahe Naseeb did grow on the viewers, however as the drama progressed, the editors become bigger fans of the soundtrack, so much so that they decided to use it to such an extent that would make the viewers fall out of love of it and guess what, they succeeded. The fact that the same soundtrack was varied and used in so many different versions throughout the drama made the viewers’ blood boil. Also, the fact that the drama has more flashbacks than the original scenes, where the soundtrack was overused made it a buzzkill as well. There was a time when the viewers were so annoyed with this OST that every time it echoed, they literally turned the volume off.
Meherposh
Singer, Composer & Lyricist: Sahir Ali Bagga
It is unfortunate that there’s absolutely nothing about the Ayeza-Danish project that is appealing, not even the soundtrack. The OST of Meherposh is a perfect example of noise pollution. It starts off on a soothing note but then becomes too loud in the middle that it feels like a completely different song altogether. If the composer had stuck to the original part of the OST and had stretched it a bit more, it would’ve been one of the most melodious OSTs of this year but the loud part just throws you off.
Dil Ruba had two different OSTs; the second OST in particular was and highly unappealing! In order to promote the drama, HUM decided to come up with not one but two OSTs. The singer Shani Arshad’s vocals and his composition both left a lot to be desired. Even though this was the shortest OST, it was not the least bit impactful. Even the lyrics were highly unimpressive.
Dulhan
Singer: Zeb Bangash Composer: Waqar Ali Lyricist: Sabir Zafar
Singer and composer Waqar Ali has given the Pakistani drama industry some of the most beautiful and memorable soundtracks. There was a time when all of his soundtracks used to become a superhit and were heard everywhere, however, the OST of Dulhan is definitely not his best work. The fact that Zeb Bangash literally sang it as if she was skipping all the vowels makes it amusing instead of interesting.
Ishqiya
Singer, Composer & Lyricist: Asim Azhar
Ishiqya’s OST was overused so much that it must still haunt all those people who watched the drama. All those times when the leading lady and gentleman, in particular, had no dialogues, the director played this OST and let the viewers figure out what was going on in their minds! Not only was this OST annoying because it was overplayed in the drama but the way it has been sung and composed shows lack of creativity. The lyrics and the composition are not appealing enough which basically goes to show that Asim Azhar should not be trusted with the task even though he is really talented but he clearly cannot come up with something appealing when he is the one who is in charge completely.
Jhooti
Singer, Composer & Lyricist: Sajjad Ali
Who could have thought that someone as talented and dynamic as Sajjad Ali would sing the OST of the worst drama this year. We would also expect him to deliver irrespective of the content of the drama itself but sadly that was not the case. The lyrics were just as shallow as the content of the drama and even the composition wasn’t catchy enough. The composition and the lyrics did not gel in either. Sajjad Ali has a soulful voice which was wasted singing this song. The fact that this OST was used repeatedly especially ‘jhooti hu mei jhooti hi rahu gi’ bit made it even more annoying. It was like the theme song for all the jhootis out there!
Nand
Singer: Sanam Marvi Composer: Waqar Ali Lyricist: Sabir Zafar
Nand’s OST had to be the most dukhi one we heard this year. Not only are the lyrics full of dread, Sanam Marvi made sure that she sang it in such a way that they sound truly upsetting. Although the drama itself wasn’t as upsetting as the OST was, the director and the editor made sure that they used the ‘soya hei naseeba’ part to the maximum whenever Rabi in particular was going through hell. Since she went through hell repeatedly and the drama has been dragged to the maximum, the over-reliance on this sorrowful OST has made it truly unbearable. If Jhooti’s OST was the theme song for all the jhootis out there then Nand’s OST was one for all the dukhyaris!
Mohabbat Tujhe Alvida
Singers: Sahir Ali Bagga & Afshan Fawad Composer: Sahir Ali Bagga Lyricist: Imran Raza
Mohabbat Tujhe Alvida’s soundtrack may sound soothing when you listen to it a couple of times in the beginning but soon after, it starts to lose its appeal. The fact that the lyrics are all over the place and it’s basically made to put in the title of the drama makes it not such a great OST in particular. The lyricist Imran Raza decided to narrate the entire story and feelings of the leading characters while penning down the OST. And sadly he did so in such a way that you lose interest halfway through! Although Sahir Ali Bagga is a really gifted composer and singer, he failed to give this one the kind of vocals which were needed to make some of the lyrics more intense. Since the OST is so ‘detailed’ it needed some high notes which it is clearly missing. It is annoying especially listening to some of the parts from this OST being played repeatedly in the drama.
Jalan
Singer: Rahat Fateh Ali Khan Composer: Naveed Noushad Lyricist: Imran Raza
Jalan’s OST was sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, who has sung some of the best OSTs this year and there is no denying the fact that he is one of the most talented singers in Pakistan. However, this OST’s composition left a lot to be desired, it had too many melodies and the main chorus sounded more playful than serious. Another big reason why Jalan’s OST is really annoying is that the yaad yaad part has been repeatedly played in the drama and it makes you want to stand up and do a luddi dance even though the situation shown when this OST is being played in the background is always sad!
Umeed
Singer: Zuhaib Hassan & Afshan Fawad Composer: Sahir Ali Bagga Lyricist: Ali Moin
Umeed’s OST is an overdose of forced emotions! The singers tried extra hard to bring out the melancholy in the theme and the lyrics. In doing so, the resulting product was an OST which is not the least bit interesting. Even sad songs can have a certain appeal which Umeed’s OST lacks altogether. Even the composition is disappointing, to say the least.

Morning shows have become an essential part of all entertainment shows we have in Pakistan. We can see two hours of strange entertainment everyday from 9 to 11 on all entertainment as well as news channels and most of the times wonder ye sabb mil ke humko pagal bana rahe hain! I quoted the famous Aunty Gormint because her words are gold, same as we keep having bad opinions about our politicians and still vote for them; we also keep getting annoyed by our morning shows and still watch them. Here are some too discussed topics of our morning shows which I find boring, annoying and sometimes offensive:
Make-up Techniques:
I personally love make-up and guilty of buying a lot of stuff which I myself even know I will never use. And I think ladies have an instinctual love for it from the moment they are born, so it should be a good topic to showcase in a morning show right? But NO! This is a Pakistani morning show and instead of giving out tips for everyday makeup we will do heavy bridal looks because everyone loves a dulhan. Haina? Even when the experts they call will talk about everyday make-up routine, the drill is to call someone from the audience and start ridiculing the way they may have applied their lipstick or foundation. All the hosts need to learn that this is not how someone will learn to do make-up and there are millions of tutorials on Youtube too so please just drop this now.
Gharelu Totkay:
Zubaid Aapa is the only one accused but we all know she is not the only one with totkas going on; on our television screens. She atleast has totkas for all problems going on in a common household. The experts we see in our morning shows only have beauty enhancing totkay. You can burn falanay badaam in falanay oils to get healthy hair. Or you can apply an amalgam of some unknown to the world herbs to get out that glow hiding inside the layers of your face. The one I hate is they will call upon a lady with olive skin tone and apply some scrub to her face and tell the audience kitna gora rang hogaya inka. Racist much han! Why do this man? These shows need to understand there are far bigger issues with people’s lives than just wanting to look like a super model (woh bhi gori) all the time.
Annoying Celebrity couples/Guests:
There are some fixed guests for morning shows which will be seen on every second channel you switch too. These include Kiran, Amber, Binita, Kanwar and Fatima, Rambo and Sahiba, Saud and Javeria, Saima Azhar and Nadia Hussain among others. You will see them playing annoying as hell games as well as laughing in unhumanly tones sometimes. They will be dancing a lot too which I never figured out the use of. The constant guests will be seen giving EXPERT OPINIONS on everything. How come you people are experts on everything, there they just make me envious. The couples will tell about their love stories one thousand times so that everyone can just learn them by heart. Morning show people! I’ll make this summarized for you: THIS HAS BECOME ANNNOOYYYIIINNGGGG!!!
Life Tragedies:
I hate it when these shows showcase people who have been a victim of domestic violence in different forms and even families of abused children. What will it bring them? Justice? Peace? No it just brings more agony when people all over the world start pitying them and what these shows will do? They will be showing guests dancing and doing makeups and using skin masks the very other day. I hate use of a person’s pain to gain TRP’S and these shows do that often. It is not just annoying but hateable too.
Shaadi Weeks:
I know you were thinking ke shaadiyan kahan gayin? Lo aa gayein! As far as I remember, Shaista Lodhi started this trend and Nida Yasir is the one to carry Shaadiyan to a whole new level. From underprivileged to celebrities everyone got married on morning shows. Some married couples got married again because why not. With over enthusiastic mehendis with people dancing their organs out to ajeeb o ghareeb rasmain we saw everything on these shows. Recently I saw Sangeeta Jee dancing on a re-shaadi and said to my mother: this bizarre dancing by such a legendary actress on an equally bizarre song is looking so bad and she made me realize: beta baaqi konsa bohat achay lag rahe hain! They make these shaadis annoying as hell and what are they showing the world? That we Pakistanis just care about crazy shaadis. We do a bit but our lives not just revolve around joota chupais and kheer chatwais(that seems like Nida’s favourite rasam though). And can these shows stop re-shaadifying people. It is too annoying seeing couples with school going kids getting married all the time.
Bonus Annoying topic: The King:
Yes this is a bonus topic because it just happens at one place as this is so unique and the King of the annoying party is SAHHIIIRRRR LLLOOODDDDHHHIIIII!!!! The man himself is a topic that gets people annoyed. Why I mentioned him separately? Simple he makes all of the above topics even more annoying. He starts singing and acting and claims he is better than the guests he has. I am sure he could have said he can sing better even to Ustaad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan Sahab if he was alive and ever mistakenly came to his show. The Shaadi week he is doing currently and the vulgar dance steps he shows on his show can make even the tharki awaam vomit. About the expertise he can give all the opinions himself and does not want anyone else to do that. He is just the KING OF ANNOYLAND!
Morning shows are held all over the world and since we have them too, I think they should try to improve their content now as this is high time they move from izafa e hussan missions and stop insulting the intelligence of Pakistani women. Women also know what is going on around the world; talk about that too. Intelligent shows can also be done regarding makeovers and parenting. One does not has to look and sound crazy all the time. And for the argument that people like to watch masala in these shows, please understand you are feeding people kala namak in the name of garam masala which can only cause digestion issues in the long run and not good taste.
Mothers are such super strong beings that play a pivotal role in their children’s lives. Mothers shape the characters and personalities of their children and when it comes to supporting them, they do everything in their might to extend their support. No matter what but when it comes to her children, a mother can face any kind of a challenge but unfortunately, in our dramas, the writers have given us such kind of mothers who don’t do justice to their status of being one. It is not the first time but where the writers believe in writing the characters of damsels in distress, they also have abundantly written the characters of mothers in distress who are not only annoying but make you question the sensibilities of the drama makers all the time.
Here’s the list of some Annoying Amman’s who have graced our TV Screens just recently:
Shama (Balaa)
Shama deserves to be on the top of the list because of so many reasons, hands down. Shama showed how an annoying mother functions and what her attributes are. She is blind to everyone’s faults so much that she ends up destroying the lives of her own children. A mother like Shama believes in holding tight onto the relationships even if it costs her the peace of her own family members or at times, cost her their lives too. Shama was always mistreated by her brother in law Zafar but she made sure to bring his daughter in her son’s life completely ignoring the fact that her son Taimoor could not tolerate her one bit. Shama planned alongside Nigar to convince Taimoor for this marriage. Shama also touched a new level of annoyance when she chose to turn a blind eye towards her youngest daughter and allowed Taimoor to get her married to a drunkard. Shama did deliver a long speech on women empowerment but when it was the time to act upon those words herself, she turned into a stone hoping that her daughter will miraculously find happiness with the guy she couldn’t even stand. The writer has tried to make Shama look very majboor dukhyari halaat ki maari but the point is, she spun these halaat herself and bought misery to her home herself too. There is a difference between being God-fearing and being stupid and Shama is stupid. The only good thing about this character is that it is being played by Samina Peerzada because she looks ethereal and has acted such an annoying character brilliantly.
Tahira (Tawaan)
Tahira is one of those bigri hui ameer aunties who’ve got nothing else to worry about apart from her daughter’s shadi that too because of the societal pressures that she has imposed upon herself. Tahira was the kind of annoying amman who wanted her only daughter Maryam to settle down with a guy like Zaman who not only disrespected her but also ruined her life too. Tahira chose to have more faith in Zamaan than she had on her daughter who had a clear vision and perspective of life. When they took a family vacation to Murree, Tahira didn’t sit still and chose a random guy that she imposed on her daughter and forced her to get engaged to. Now that Maryam is happily settled with the guy she likes, Tahira can not keep her diamond studded nose to herself and continues to belittle Shehroz. I literally applauded when Maryam told her mother off by saying that she should stop interfering in her life. I am glad Maryam has a supportive father like Wajahat otherwise Tahira would have adopted Zaman and babysat him for the rest of her life!
Zarina (Khud Parast)
Zarina is the kind of woman who’d estrange her daughter over material gains. Zarina’s daughter Uswa shares everything that happens to her after her marriage and in stead of showing Uswa a bigger picture, Zarina entices her to take the wrong approach which includes a lot of lying and deceit that too with her husband. Just recently, after Hanan literally dragged Uswa out of her mother’s home, in stead of being upset Zarina immediately forgot about what happened at the sight of a gold chain. Zarina keeps on brain feeding Uswa all the wrong things and encourages her to lie to her husband in order to make his mother look bad. If Uswa will ever be throw out of Hanan’s house, Zarina would be equally responsible for it!
Ulfat’s Mother (Dil Mom Ka Diya)
This annoying amman unfortunately was hired to cry buckets throughout the drama. Obviously, she raised a little monster in the form of Ulfat so she cried out of guilt, at least that is what I would like to believe because other than that there was no justification behind her tears. She was annoying because even when she saw that Ulfat was wrong, shd would cry buckets out of sheer sympathy for her twisted daughter and blame others for misunderstanding Ulfat. Having a soft corner for your child is one thing but to be blind towards their mistakes is another. Also, her character was of such less important that she was nowhere to be seen in the last few episodes of the drama.
Salma (Dil Mom Ka Diya)
Since she was a mother as well, she secures a spot in this list technically. Salma’s character was annoying but what proves the points further is seeing how she raised her own daughters. Salma’s daughters had a couple of scenes in the drama in one of which they both were giving pep talk to Afzal’s second wife as to what she should do to win Afzal’s heart. That basically sealed the deal that Salma’s annoying aura and attitude was contagious and her daughters well and truly got contaminated because of their annoying Amaan!
Shabana (Tawaan)
I know Shabana’s inclusion in the list is partially justified because for most of the drama she was not in her senses due to being in denial of her daughter’s death. However, with a heavy-heart this week’s episode unfortunately convinced me that I should allot her a spot in this list because now Shabana knows about Mahnoor’s death but she is now guilt-tripping Shehroz for forgetting about Mahnoor and moving on in his life by getting married to Maryam. Not only that, she insults Maryam every single time and then presents a case in front of Shehroz. It is like Shabana is now holding Maryam responsible for Mahnoor’s death which she is not and she is turning Shehroz into a culprit in his own eyes because she thinks he should have wasted his entire life wailing in Mahnoor’s grief. I am sure she will eventually forgive Maryam and won’t stay the same annoying amaan but for now, let’s keep her here.
Nafeesa (Koi Chand Rakh)
She is one twisted lady who gave birth to another twisted twat. I am sure Nishal is the way she is because she takes it after her mother Nafeesa who herself doesn’t know the difference between right and wrong. Almost all the characters in Koi Chand Rakh are annoying but Nafeesa stuns me with the new levels of annoyance that she touches every single week without a fault. Nafeesa is conniving that is why despite knowing that her daughter is a homewrecker she was giving her tips and tricks to further wreck Rabail’s fragile home. Also, another aspect that makes Nafeesa an annoying amman is the actress who has played this role. Her aura fitted well in the character that she played in Yakeen Ka Safar but in Koi Chand Rakh, she seems acting-free with monotone dialogue delivery.
So, these are the Annoying Amman’s of the last season of 2018 that graced all these dramas with their presence. What do you guys think? I feel when it comes to writing the characters of mothers, the writers should shape them as strong, fierce and very wise personalities because in reality, all mothers are like that. Please feel free to add more such Annoying Amman’s to the list.

Also, Mustafa matured after getting married because he wanted to take care of his family on his own. He realized that money is everything, yes, he made a mistake as he didn’t realize Sharjeena’s situation during the pregnancy. I think he was also triggered after pregnancy as he knew it will become difficult for him to take care of Sharjeena the way he wanted”.

Every girl wants to be a mother someday. When Allah bless her with a baby, she gets concerned about small little things for her baby. She knows what her baby wants and when he/she wants. But, there are some annoying relatives who are always there to give free advice to newly born mom.
Annie Khalid, the most popular and amazing singer, shared a video of her on Instagram in which she talked about her personal experience with such annoying relatives. When she became a mother, which was three years ago, everyone came and told her how to raise her child. Giving advice is one thing but embossing your ideas is totally opposite to it.
Being a straightforward person, Annie told such so-called Aunties to mind their own business. It’s very disrespectful to tell a mother that she is not doing a good enough job.

Annie Khalid was very happy with her make up artist for giving her the perfect look. She posted on instagram, “You made me feel like a regal princess.” The wedding function was a family affair.
