Humayun Saeed’s London Nahi Jaunga and Quaid e Azam Zindabad are two big budget movies released this Eid after they were stuck due to the pandemic. The films have been claiming huge box office numbers since they released with all shows going jam-packed in the opening weekend.

London Nahi Jaunga has crossed 40 crore globally while Quaid e Azam Zindabad has apparently made 37 crore globally. Quaid e Azam’s business was retweeted by the film’s leading star Fahad Mustafa.

Humayun Saeed on the other hand shared trade analyst’s tweet and claimed that his film has made 40 crores globally while Quaid e Azam Zindabad did business of only 16 crores.

Humayun Saeed is all set for the release of his mega film London Nahi Jaonga. The cast and crew gathered for the mega launch of their film’s trailer. At the trailer launch, Humayun Saeed said that Pakistanis love their own films more than Thor. He said that they would watch him or Fahad Mustafa over Chris Hemsworth in Thor.

While talking to Fuchsia, Humayun has clarified his statement. He said that it was not about looks but how a country responds to its own films. He gave Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s example that his film will definitely do better in India than any big Hollywood movie.

Similarly, he said a Pakistani film that would get acceptance from the audience will do better than any Hollywood film as happened with his movies Punjab Nahi Jaongi and JPNA2. He said Pakistanis own their artists and content when it is good and that will happen if they will like his or Fahad’s film. Humayun was talking from the business point of view and not the content or actors.
