The beautiful and stylish actress who has been dazzling you recently with an amazing performance as Daria of Tau Dil Ka Kia Hua has now sat on the director’s chair.

Mansha has directed a short film for Elaj trust which aims to increase female literacy and awareness about maternal and child health in Pakistan.  She has studied Media as a subject for graduation and is associated with this campaign. She has done a very good job along with her assistant Nadir Shehzad in depicting how childhood marriages destroy the future life and health of a woman and how fathers can take a stand to prevent their daughters from such fates. Watching the film,  one cannot help but admit that Mansha is equally good in direction as she is in acting.

Domestic violence is one of the greatest things that can crack or totally shatter a marital relationship. After all this relationship is supposed to be built on love, care and respect. If your partner says or does something horrible enough, are you justified in issuing a slap across the face? According to me, no. There can be many reasons that may cause a rise in your temper but taking it out on another person by physically abusing them is not the way. We have been blessed with a tongue, a functional mind, so why not use it and lay out your arguments than causing any physical harm? However, condemning physical abuse doesn’t change the fact that thousands of women and men are involved in such a relationship in our country. It is, in fact, a great concern that we can’t sort out our arguments in a civilized manner and rather prefer to voice them in the form of hurting someone physically. Amber Khan who once hosted a very popular morning show, shared her experience regarding the matter in an interview on ARY Zindagi. Nida Yasir is a renowned anchor of a morning show on ARY Digital. People like her because they can relate to what she has to say daily. She might have to be always polite and courteous on her show and generally on TV because of the obvious reason; camera. However, just like us she is a human being and certain things annoy her, infuriate her, and make her lash out. Mubarak Ho Beti Hui Hai Episode 18 Review – Great Episode

Mubarak Ho Beti Hui Hai has just aired and it was another one in the series of interesting episodes. Despite two or three substandard episodes , the drama is consistently delivering in the form of story and performances,  which is quite a big deal.

The episode started  with the realisation that Anum  has been treating her stepbrother with care and professionalism.  It was not easy for Iqra, Amber and Naheed to accept and even Naheed  give her a cold shoulder in the start due to her old scars.  However, her trademark wisdom ruled again and she managed to understand Anum’s position like she always does with her daughters. Mariam Ansari was good in that emotional scene but nobody can beat Saima Noor in this play as far as performance and natural acting is concerned.

Sadiq is slowly getting what he deserved in life now that is mentally challenged son is growing older he is posing a whole new set of problems. The dialogues are written very well on this drama and that scene was amazing where everybody was  complaining about their  step relations and how only Aneila is left with real relations in that house. Everybody else has a step relation to one another which is why there is so much friction in the house. Sadiq is very possessive and concerned about his son whom he knows cannot survive without him or Anila’s help. Sajid Hassan is phenomenal in this episode. The way he carries himself and the way he delivers dialogues is superb. There is nobody who can do a role better than Sajid Hassan and Sadiq is no exception. He is brilliant in the play.

There is not much story in the drama but that was evident from its theme. The drama is about human beings and how they react to different situations and how their interests and  selfishness comes in the way of other people’s’ happiness it was not said but the point was made very clear that the father could not recognise his own daughter in front of his eyes whereas he was so concerned about his son. He was willing to spend money and time and energy for him even though he had no future, but  never had an ounce of compassion for his own daughters.

I was expecting that there would be some interaction between Sadiq and his daughters in this episode. However, from the promo it seems that the focus is on how Iqra’s husband  turns out to be. Even in this episode he was a little pushy and sounded too good to be true but I thought that maybe that is nature’s way of rewarding Naheed for the bad males she had in her life but sadly that does not seem to be the case. He seems to be a fraud as is shown in the promo. So the next episode is definitely going to be a very interesting one to to watch.

Yakeen Ka Safar Episode 18 Review – Nice Episode!

Ohkay so, it was a nice episode of Yakeen Ka Safar. I am sure those who are the ‘viewers’ of this drama would’ve loved it but when it comes to me, being a ‘reviewer’ I have started to find this drama so situational that it doesn’t give me much to discuss or talk about in detail, like if I am being honest about it. While watching this drama as a ‘viewer’ myself, I enjoyed it thoroughly but now when I have sat down to ‘review’ this episode, I am not sure what needs to be spoken about & I think this is going to be the case with the rest of the episodes because everything has become quite situational which can be enjoyably viewed but not reviewed!

Overall this episode was nice & pretty decent. I know those who are associated with the field of medicine might find some loopholes but for someone like me who has no idea about how things roll, I actually liked the way how things were portrayed like the life of the doctors & what is expected from them. I think after a long time, probably after Dhoop Kinare we are getting to see a drama where they are showing the doctors’ perspective in detail & are highlighting the pressures they face in their day to day lives. Everything according to me was shown convincingly so I enjoyed watching it!

So, Zubiya got to assist Asfand & he has told her already that he expects nothing but the best from her. Asfand has assigned a lot of pressures to himself because his hospital is new & he wants to establish its name, that is why he wants the patients to get the best of treatment. Asfand doesn’t believe in committing mistakes because he knows that doctors can’t afford to do that as people rely on them when they are going through the roughest of times & this is exactly what he tried to convey to Zubiya time & again!

Zubiya is obviously finding it hard to meet Asfand’s expectations because being a newbie with no experience at hand, she is bound to make mistakes & that is what is ticking Asfand off. I liked the fact that Zubiya didn’t complain but tried to improve herself & she started reading between the lines to make things easier for herself but then again, even that wasn’t enough for Asfand.

The new development that I liked the most was both Zubiya & Gaiti coming across each other. They both will find a life long friend & it was interesting how their friendship developed where they first shared a few details & then later started confiding in each other. I liked Gaiti’s approach where she didn’t tell Zubiya anything about her being related to Asfand because like she said, she doesn’t want Zubiya to run away from her because she sees a friend in her that she didn’t have. Zubiya has come across a lot such people in such a short span of time who have an emotional baggage & deal with it on a daily basis, like first her colleague & now Gaiti, it will strengthen Zubiya & encourage her to face her fears strongly when she will see people with such big sorrows getting on with life normally!

Overall, this episode was pretty decent & straight forward. Not much drama happened but I liked the simplicity with the way things unfolded. The preview of the next episode however promised a bit of a drama where Rehan will finally speak up but to be honest, both Rehan & Sheema’s faces are so off-putting that I am not interested to see Rehan becoming a man & speaking in favor of Zubiya, in fact I am not happy that they both are going to make an appearance again! Looks like Zubiya will stuff things up again which will further rile Asfand up or may be, he won’t say anything to her going by the lecture that Gaiti gave to him regarding treating Zubiya with respect & love. It seems we are going to have a new entry; Maryam Nafees’s character, a victim of domestic violence. I am sure her addition in the story will play an important role but it makes me think ke kuch ziyada nahi ho gaya? If that was the case I wish they had compensated with 3 – 4 characters like Dr. Haroon to make things a bit light-hearted. I mean every other girl in this drama is or has been a victim of misfortune, hmmmm quite heavy I must say! Anwyways, Ahad Raza Mir & Sajal Ali’s performances were good & I enjoyed their scenes together. I enjoyed Hira Mani’s scenes too. Please share your thoughts about this episode of Yakeen Ka Safar!

Teri Raza Episode 7 Review – Chaat Masala!

Oh well, before even discussing this entire episode, I would like to talk about the note at which this episode ended; Suhana being distressed that the chef served Omlette & Ghee-clad Parathas for the breakfast & it was such a big deal & such a suspense provoker that the director decided to stop rolling the cameras for this episode, thinking people would be thrilled to see how this breakfast would turn out to be next week? LOL! I mean seriously, in the times when we get dramas that are exploring social issues, that are exploring new genres, we have been offered this drama where Chaat Masala ends up being a point of discussion. I must commend the writer for her creativity & the producers for literally wasting their money on a script like this!!!

So, this episode was all about Suhana & her roni boothi (forlorn face), yes, I won’t be sugarcoating because that’s what dramas & characters like these do to me. Paa Mmtyaz heard Suhana’s beautiful opinion about him & he was so hurt that he chose to discuss it with his mother like a teenager. Seriously, I still can’t wrap my heard around the fact that what was Imtiyaz thinking when he chose to get married to Suhana? Like he was wise enough to know that she is a girl half his age, so her priorities, her lifestyle, her routine, her likes & her dislikes are going to be completely opposite to his, so how did he expect her to become a ‘buddhi rooh’ like him that too in the beginning of the marriage when girls are on top of the world usually & enjoy the new routine so much?

I also wonder why did Imtiyaz get married? Like did he get married to get over with the boredom in his life? Or did he get married to have his wife placed as a show-piece in his house so that everyone knows that he owns that sort of showpiece too? Imtiyaz’s emphasis on work-load was so forced, like seriously, no matter how much of a workoholic you are, when you get married, even you get excited & plan things/activities beforehand with your wife-to-be. What was the point of showing Imtiyaz as such a well-established & financially sound man when he couldn’t even take a day off after his marriage to give his wife some time to adjust to their new life?

Finally, Imtiyaz let Suhana know that the reason why he chose to sleep on a sofa in the study was because he overheard her & that was the reason why Suhana felt she needed to do chores like fill the water glass for him at night to compensate? Seriously? As much as I see the problems with Imtiyaz’s forced innocence at the age of 40, I see just as many problems with Suhana too. Yes, they are showing that they both are incompatible but then again, it brings me to my point again that there was no reason for this marriage to happen. Suhana chose to go for this marriage to avoid Badshaghuni but isn’t she realizing that obsessing over her badtameez ex-boyfriend after her marriage is a bigger Badshaghuni too? Sporting a roni boothi throughout the day is another bigger Badshaghuni that can even tick the viewers off? Seriously at one point I was so frustrated with her expressions that I chose to forward her scenes! Also, what’s with the besharmi where she is openly saying that ‘Rameez mere dil mai hai’, ‘Suhana Rameez ki hai’ seriously? That guy literally called you a gold-digger & still believes in that & you’re crying over not being able to be with him?

Oh well, the writer here is showing how issues can be created over non-issues. Sleeping routines, Andas, Omlettes, Chaat Masalas, TV Shows & then Dressing, all these things can cause irreparable dent in your marriage which is only going to lead you to divorce. Seriously? There’s a limit to fooling viewers & there’s a limit to insulting the intelligence of the viewers as well. I laughed out loud when Suhana showed up in a Kurti & Jeans after being told that it was a corporate dinner, whereas in the scene where Imtiyaz told her about it, she was dressed perfectly for the occasion, but like I said, the writer is taking pride in turning the non-issues into issues, therefore that scene had to be added. Throughout the episode, Suhana was dressed as a newly wedded girl but the moment her husband tells her that they are going out for a dinner, she decides to pull out the university student in her? LOL!

So, the salty cousin is working with Imtiyaz & since she is so obsessed with Suhana, she can’t stop talking (read low-key badmouthing) about her. I am sure she is still salty that Suhana got married to the Budhi Rooh Pa Mmtyaz but I am sure she got the job in his office for a reason because later when Suhana & Imtiyaz will part ways, she will fill in the blank in Mmtyaz’s life. Oh the story is so new, so unique, so fresh, so unpredictable, it excites me to no end! Alif Allah Aur Insaan Episode 17 Review – The Consequences!

Ohkay so, what an intense episode of Alif Allah Aur Insaan. It is so interesting to see how everything is coming together, how everything that began is now reaching it conclusion & what’s important is how the writer & the director have brought the story to this point. What a masterpiece Alif Allah Aur Insaan has turned out to be, it is just perfect & I really hope there’s nothing about it that would change, especially the pace. So, this episode was all about the consequences that every single one of them was facing, some faced the consequences due to the truth & some faced due to their deeds!

Finally, Shahzeb mustered up the courage to face the biggest obstacle that was standing in his & Nazneen’s way. I loved how Baba Jee put things into perspective & put Shahzeb’s heart to ease because he encouraged him to stick to the truth even if it didn’t guarantee him success but he did tell him that this is exactly what he was supposed to do. I like how every time Shahzeb feels lost, he goes to Baba Jee & just silently listens to what he says because one way or the other, there’s a lesson in his words for him.

Qadir Ali finally spilled the beans because he knew he had to protect Malik Hashmat from getting betrayed & he never wanted Basit to be the part of the plan. I actually felt bad for Basit because without doing anything, he was feeling guilty & was forced to do the heavy-lifting. Nazneen actually thought that Basit would take a stand for her but little did she know that he would never go against his father’s word & he proved it. Nazneen must’ve been fine with the idea of keeping her parents in the dark but for Basit, it was too big of a burden to bear & most importantly, he knew what he being the son of a servant was supposed to do for Malik Hashmat.

So, finally, Shammo’s curse for Nazneen came into play & she lost the love of her life even after leaving no stone unturned to get it. Just like Shahzeb never really realized that it was because he hurt Nigar Begum that he was facing all of that, Nazneen would never know that all that she is going through is because she insulted Shammo, because she resorted to ‘bara bol’ in dealing with him, like her mother said. I don’t know if Nazneen will ever come across Shammo? I know the chances are next to zero but may be he can be hired as her makeup artist & that will put things into perspective, but I know this is a wishful thinking on my part but yes, I would love to see Shammo back, he is being missed & also a scene where Nazneen & Shammo will face each other.

Slowly & steadily, Reena is uncovering the bitter truth of the life that she dreamt of. Every single day she is reminded of how Nigar told her that she was better off as a beggar but now she knows it’s too late because she has gotten the taste of the life that she wanted & despite despising it, she can not go back. I find Reena a restless soul, like can she settle for one thing for a longer period of time? Nope. When she was a beggar, she wanted her circumstances to change, then later when she stepped into the brothel, she wanted to go back to her old life & now again when she has achieved what she dreamt of, she is still unhappy. Obviously, Reena has understood that everything comes with a territory but she is the one who chose to pay the heavy price, so it would be better for her if she comes to term with the fact that this is how her life has shaped up, that too based on her own conditions. Reena turned down the offer of going back to the normal life, so now she has to accept both the good & the bad of this life. However, I find it absolutely convincing how they have shown that Reena is fighting the battle within herself, where she doesn’t approve of the certain aspects of this new life but finds herself helpless to undo anything about it!

I was wondering, now when everything about what a ‘tawaif’ does is openly & candidly being discussed in front of Reena Begum, why was it that before she became a ‘tawaif’ herself, she had no idea about what it is that a courtesan actually does? This is the only bit that I find a little unconvincing but then again, that’s how it was supposed to be. Oh well, Nigar Begum made an appearance once again, I swear this has to be my favorite part of the entire episode because I actually look forward to Nigar Begum’s scenes, she looked graceful but apart from that, the message that she came to convey was more important. Nigar is finally reminding Reena of what she did & how far she went in order to get here, so again, she has to face the consequences.

Oh well, Nazneen met Basit only to find out that he wasn’t a coward, but a man of his word & for him, Qadir Ali’s & Malik Hashmat’s pride was everything, even if it meant sacrificing the love of his life. Nazneen did realize that there was nothing she could do if Basit wasn’t on board that is why after creating a havoc, she returned defeated realizing that she has lost everything. Ummm, did I feel for Nazneen, I don’t think I did may be because the start of her love story wasn’t convincing, so that’s why I never really understood the depth of her love for Basit. Nazneen, till this date looks like a stubborn spoiled child who wants everything that she puts a finger on & Basit was like one of those things that she desired to have in her possession, so now when she didn’t get him, she lost her calm but then again, in the middle of all this, I couldn’t see the intensity of her love for him!

Overall, this episode was intense, it was brilliant & it was perfect. I am loving everything about this drama like I actually wait for Tuesdays because I get to watch Alif Allah Aur Insaan. I am so so so glad with the pace of the drama, like everything comes just at the right time & that is the strength of this drama. I feel when the directors or the writers make the viewers wait for too long, everything loses its charm but that is not the case with Alif Allah Aur Insaan as even before we expect, all the important events unfold making things a lot more engaging. I must say, everyone acted brilliantly in this episode. Shehzad sheikh was amazing, so was Ushna Shah. Kubra Khan performed well too but I felt she went a littttle overboard, like at one point I felt she didn’t need to pull of a Monjolika in Nazneen, because that’s exactly who she reminded me of, but other than that, her performance was brilliant too. I did feel a bit for Malik Hashmat, like he never would’ve imagined that the daughter that he loved & trusted the most could trick him so selfishly, Usman Peerzada really has portrayed the character of a loving father to perfection. I must commend the writer again for such brilliant dialogues, no matter who says what, there’s always a depth & a meaning behind everything that is uttered. Hats off! Pakistan and India are known as arch rivals; after all, Pakistan was created as a result of India breaking down in two. A lot of differences divide the two  nations however, music definitely isn’t one.

Both the countries share an unabashed love for entertainment and music. In fact,some even claim that this is what unites the two neighbours.

Both countries celebrated their 70th Independence day in the August of 2017 and in an effort to encourage peace in the region, warm wishes were sent from one nation to another by dedicating national anthem or singing the national anthems together.

The artist community has joined in the peace efforts too, it seems. Pakistan’s Atif Aslam and India’s Badshah, who both have a huge fan base, are to perform at a concert in Dubai named as “2 Nation Music.”

They will be spreading the message of peace through their music on September 7.

In an interview to Gulf News tabloid, Event Manager Salman Hanif said,

India and Pakistan are two of the biggest communities we have in the UAE and the idea was to bring them together with a message of peace and unity on one stage. We plan to make this an annual event.

He further said that the theme of the concert will be the Independence Day of both the countries and so the decorations of the venue will comprise of flags and banners of both the countries.

Amir Liaquat has become a very well known personality of Pakistan; he is a television host and former politician.

Till last night, he could be seen on Bol News hosting “Aisa Nahi Chale Ga” .However, he announced his resignation from Bol yesterday in the same show.

After a patriotic speech, Amir Liaquat said:

This is my last program and you (audience) will not see me again on Bol TV.

It was clearly a surprise announcement by the host as he was cut off as soon as he announced his resignation. He seemed to be apologizing for hurting anyone by his decision before the transmission of Bol News was terminated.

The former member of National Assembly was serving as the Executive President BOL News Network when he decided to part ways with them.The reasons behind quitting the channel have not been disclosed so far by the TV anchor, who joined the channel in 2016. Ghairat Episode 4 Review – Going Strong!

Ghairat continues to be an interesting play which is not only highlighting the mentality behind honor killings but it is also doing so without putting the viewers to sleep. I have watched a lot of shows highlighting social issues recently therefore I wasn’t sure whether another play which focuses on the ill-treatment of women in our society would hold my interest or not but so far Ghairat definitely fits the bill. The story has been logical and well-paced, I especially like the way it has been directed. The fact that all the actors have been performing well also helps since there are very few dramas which have an entire cast of capable actors who fit in well in their respective roles. The fact that Iqra’s mother has not been shown as someone who approves of her son’s action is also a positive aspect of the story and gives hope that she might play a bigger role in bringing her son to justice some day or at least making sure that Saba has a fate different from that of her sister.

Ghairat Episode 4 Review - Going Strong!

The story took an unpredictable but realistic turn with this episode. I was expecting Usman’s mother to bail him out but his brother in laws contacts ultimately got him out of jail. This development was convincing because unfortunately murderers and rapists are bailed out by influential people all the time. Shagufta apparently helped Malik Sahab rig elections, which was another relatable addition to this track! Although, people like Shagufta and Abid seem like regular citizens but they are involved in criminal activities which explains why Usman’s criminal behaviour was readily accepted by them as the right thing to do! There is one thing common between Usman and Shagufta, both of them are controlling and insensitive, they will do anything it takes to get things done the way they want them. Also, their sense of right and wrong is seriously twisted which explains their behaviour even more. Shagufta’s mother’s attitude explains why she is the way she is and several conversations in the previous episodes explained why Usman and Adnan are so narrow-minded and dictating. The upbringing of these individuals has been such that even though they have enough exposure, they have not learned how to be civil and humane.

Ghairat Episode 4 Review - Going Strong!

Saba’s desperation, insecurities and fears were translated flawlessly on screen by Iqra Aziz. The entire situation has been shown realistically. Even though Zohaib and his family want to help Saba and her mother, there isn’t much they can do practically especially after what happened to Iqra, they cannot take the risk. Just like expected, Shagufta wants that Iqra should get married to her brother therefore she will do whatever it takes to keep Zohaib and his family away from the house. It was shocking watching Shagufta narrate the entire incident to her mad husband the instant he got back home! Saman Ansari and Syed Jibran have been phenomenal in their respective roles. Although Syed Jibran has played characters similar to this one in the recent past but even then he adds something new to every character he plays. He was especially brilliant in the scene when Usman wants to hit his mother, this scene was directed superbly too. Samina Ahmed is also an exceptional actress who looks the part every time and breathes life into every character she plays. I recently watched her playing a very different role in Pinjra and she owned it. She is equally convincing as the helpless mother who just lost her daughter but cannot even mourn her loss the way a mother should be allowed to. The most painful aspect of this entire scenario is that the murderer is her own son and she has to continue living with him in the same house.

Junaid’s scenes showed how difficult it was for him to deal with everything that had happened. He has not only lost someone he loved but he also has reason to blame himself for what happened to Iqra. I am waiting to see what role his character play in the future since he is no match for Usman. The conversation between Shagufta and Usman’s mother before he came home was one of the best conversations of this episode. It reflected Usman’s mother’s feelings flawlessly and was emotional. It also showed how blind Shagufta was when it came to her husband’s deeds.

Overall, this episode was brilliant throughout. So far, Ghairat has a strong script which has been executed well. The preview of the next episode showed Usman threatening Zohaib and Saba’s mother telling her to be strong. I am waiting to see how the story unfolds from here on.

Pakistani and Indian National Anthem Sung Together is Winning Hearts!

Pakistanis are celebrating their Independence day today, on 14 of August and Indians will be celebrating their Independence day tomorrow, on 15 of August.

It is no surprise that even after 70 years there is still bad blood between the two countries and are even known as arch rivals; Kashmir issue is one of their biggest differences. And so the peace efforts that are made by people of either country are greatly appreciated and recognized.

Recently, ‘Voice of Ram’, a humanitarian Facebook page just released a video featuring the Pakistani National Anthem and the Indian National Anthem sung by singers from both countries and this mash up of both the anthems is going viral.

The video begins with the words, “When we open our borders to art, peace comes along.” And it closes with the words, “Let’s stand together for peace”.

Filmmaker and activist Ram Subramanian, who heads Voice of Ram, told Indian site Catch News that he made the videos “because a lot of people are afraid to speak about peace, and it’s an illogical fear”.

Pepsi Battle Of The Bands Episode 3- Exhausted Judges!

Episode three of Battle Of The Bands was a double elimination episode. Two bands were eliminated from the final 8 leaving behind only 6 bands. The final judges panel was finally showcased in the episode. The judges for the coming episodes will be Atif Aslam, Meesha Shafi, Fawad Khan and Shahi Hassan.

First of all I’ll talk about hosting today. Since this is the Battle Of The Bands it is meant to be exciting; meant being the operative word here. Thus the host also tries to portray herself overly excited which only comes forward as a portrayal. Ayesha is constantly making a squinted eye expression with strong stressing on every second word. Her hosting was a bit annoying as it seemed forced. Yes she had taken off her beautiful earrings in the middle of the episode in case you were wondering.?

Judges took their seats and the show began. Throughout the episode judges looked extremely exhausted. Remember the last classes of the day when you didn’t want to hear a single word but you had to sit there? Yes that was the case with judges. Only Fawad was a bit awake or maybe he was playing the first bencher in the lot. The bands had worked really hard and had tried to give their hundred percent. But I think the judges should have tried a bit hard hard on judging. They said the same thing to everyone nearly except Shajr; Shajr got some different type of comments. Fawad is a fan of Badtameez playing as he puts it as it is the only word he ever uses to complement the players but still he was the best in this episode because he looked awake and attentive.

The bands performed really well today. They were asked to perform their favourite songs today. Darwesh’s Allah Hi Dega and Badnaam’s Kala Jora were the best in the episode. Kashmir gave a tribute to Aamir Zaki by performing Mera Pyar and their performance was very soothing. All other bands got YOU WERE GOOD signs by the judges too as they were not into criticizing. It seems the makers or maybe the judges want to keep the show positive but atleast the judges should breakdown performances so the audience could know why are they liking someone and why are they eliminating a band. The incoordination between music and vocals of Shajr was felt by the judges today though they should have figured it out in the auditions and may have given chance to Khamaaj or Ehl e Rock instead. Aura’s journey also ended today though judges had said good things about their performance too.

Atif is finally here and he performed a new song in the episode named Yaad Tehari. It gave very Jalpari feels and was a treat for the audience. The show’s atmosphere as whole is very dull and they should have worked a bit more on the excitement factor too and not just only on advertising.

Today as Pakistanis across the globe are celebrating their national day, google and facebook have joined their hands in the celebrations in their own way.

As clock struck 12:00 am, Google’s doodle changed into green. A play sign in white surrounded by green replaced the second ‘o’ in Google, Once the sign is clicked, the animation of Pakistani flag comes into display::

Pakistan was created in the name of Islam but is also very tolerant and accepting of other religions. Our flag’s colors are green and white – the color green takes the major portion of the flag and represents the Muslims of Pakistan, while the colour white represents the minority religions and minority communities.

Our Christian brothers and sisters are as much Pakistanis as a Muslim Pakistani. Religion, caste or creed does not define nationality. They have the same patriotism with Pakistan as a Muslim Pakistani and you can see their patriotism in a national song they sang for the 70th Anniversary of their beloved country:
