Not standing up to cyber bullies in the fear of being attacked further will never help you or anyone else. Trolls win if they instill fear https://t.co/RzkOdfrRDw
I don't know what you mean by boldness. Empowering women means to give them the rights they deserve, which are equal to those enjoyed by men https://t.co/lXaFgLww3N
Rights & morality are two SEPARATE things.Everyone deserves to get their rights. What they do with them is their choice,right/wrong-man/woman https://t.co/a2XjZuL3FV
Yes females do need "more tolerance and respect on the road", because general norm: any bad driver is assumed to be female. Fair assumption? https://t.co/q2gmZ7qDzr
Does a woman walking on the road deserve to be cat-called? A man can go out alone for a jog. Tell me honestly:can a woman do the same in PK? https://t.co/q2gmZ7qDzr
1) Why do those women need your "permission"? Goes to show how much u respect them. They have their own will and identity. You dont own them https://t.co/Cwu7RJxfI6
Bhai thora sa Khuda ka khauf kero. Is this what u think of women?U think the women in ur life are morally upright bcuz u keep them in check? https://t.co/xgO9J2Huw7
Yehi tou masla hai. Is Islam only for women? What about it teaching men to respect women and lower their gaze? Maybe that would fix a lot? https://t.co/jO6oKQflUb

Sharemeen Obaid was totally appalled by the whole incident:
Momina Mustehsan shot to fame after her debut, ‘Afreen Afreen’ in coke studio alongside singing maestro, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. However, she has been scrutinized and trolled by her followers time and again.
Just recently, a girl on twitter passed a rude comment about Momina’s hair colour.
Is there a reasonable justification for @MominaMustehsan's red/burgundy/whatever the hell its called, colored hair?
The Afreen Afreen star chose not to stay quiet on the matter and replied the troll in a cool way.
Yes. It's called freedom of expression ☺️ it lets you be whatever/however you want to be. That's reasonable enough, I guess? Lol https://t.co/zvbKljdmeN
Mubashar Lucman is famous for his shows like ‘Kharra Such’ and has exposed many politicians till date. We wonder how the audiences will react to Mubashar’s controversial comments.
Momina Mustehsan never leaves any stone unturned when it come she to giving her best on Coke Studio. Her song “ghoom taana” one day ago is a trueness epitome of this. The voice of seven girls, with Momina herself leading the vocals transports the listeners somewhere else entirely. The music and composition is by Salman Ahmed.
Before the song aired, Momina posted about how this song is closest to her as it is frees your life and empowers you to live it fully.

Momina Mustehsan isn’t far behind when it comes to surprising people for the sake of greater good. The music sensation paired up with PIA to surprise people on a flight from Karachi to Islamabad. She sang her debut song “Afreen Afreen” to the exultation of many.
The passengers of the plane went over-excited when they saw the young musical sensation on-board the same flight with all the musical equipment. The atmosphere couldn’t have been more euphoric when she started singing and told people to sing with her too.
Momina Mustehsan, who is the brand ambassador of Islamabad United, sang for the team’s PSl season 2 song. ‘Cricket jore Pakistan’, was the tagline but the song somehow divided the nation since some liked it and others were extremely disappointed and even trolled her over the auto tuning.
The Afreen Afreen girl has finally opened up on the issue and (indirectly) gave an answer to all the haters out there. She posted Isl United’s song with a caption that says:
‘(sorry to disappoint, but a cricket anthem can’t be “Afreen”. I think versatility makes you grow as an artist anyway ☺️) Here’s to the defending champions, Islamabad United!! #UnitedWeWin’

Earlier when the news broke, I had requested everyone to not jump to conclusion and to not speak on my behalf on such a personal matter, and let me be the one to make the announcement when need be”.
Momina Mustehsan became an overnight celebrity with her Coke Studio debut when she sang Afreen Afreen opposite Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. Momina was appreciated for her beauty and talent. Since then she is a regular with Coke Studio and has done many tracks with different artists. Coke Studio was criticized immensely this year for its quality and the cherry on the top was Ahad Raza Mir’s debut as a singer. He sang a duet along with Momina on the latest season. They reprised the golden melody Ko Ko Korina and people were simply unhappy with the results. The song was criticized left and right and became huge controversy when Momina replied to Shireen Mazari who also happened to dislike the song. The Twitter feud grew and Ahad then also came out with his own reply.
It has been one month since the controversy and Momina celebrated it with Leo Twins whose version was appreciated a lot while the controversy happened. This is how Momina Mustehsan is hitting back at her trolls:
Momina Mustehsan is a star everyone is always informed about. She has a lot of friends in Pakistan, abroad and across the border. This makes her friends group extremely diverse and she is always seen hanging out with them and having a good time.

It is an age of social media and sponsorships. If you have excellent content but don’t have the sponsorship it would not reach the audience. Momina herself started her career as a musician from social media. She says if it weren’t for social media she would not have started her musical career.
On a recent interview with HSY Momina said that because there are no record label companies or music channels left these days so artists have no other choice but to work with different brands for sponsorships. According to Momina, if an artist won’t let brands sponsor his work than their content can’t have that much visibility and it doesn’t reach that bigger of an audience.
Momina was of an opinion that as working with brands is a two way street, so when a brand puts so much effort to sponsor your content than there is bound to be a creative interference with your work. That’s how your content loses its originality and it doesn’t remain organic.
Momina also added that people want to pay you extra so as to make you endorse their brands but she doesn’t believe in endorsing the products or brands that she hasn’t used or that she doesn’t believe in.
Goher Mumtaz who is most famously known for being a member of once the famous band Jal. Later on the band dissolved and its members Atif Aslam, Farhan Saeed and Goher Mumtaz started working solely.

Momina Mustehsan on the other hand garnered a lot of fame from her Coke studio debut song Afreen Afreen. She became an overnight singing sensation and crush of many. Momina Mustehsan sung a song Awari for Bollywood movie before making her singing debut in Pakistan. Her song Baari won the award for being the best song of the year.
Here we have an enthralling video of Momina Mustehsan jamming with Goher Mumtaz they are singing together “Wo Lamhay” which was a super hit song of Jal band when Atif Aslam was also a part of the band.
Rohail Hayat has decided to rest Momina Mustehsan and Asim Azhar in Coke studios so you would not be seeing them in season 12, with Afreen Afreen and Tera wo piyar being viewd most on Youtube. Both the songs by Momina Mustehsan has 283 million views.
But if we go through last year’s blunder of Koko Korina cover, maybe it didn’t take Rohail too long to decide to give some hyped up singers a rest as some times you need certain original compositions and songs that make you appreciated, like Aima Baig is singing and doing better for sure.
So, here we want Momina Mustehsan to actually start singing her own songs or to start to sing for movies and dramas instead of focusing on cover music.
She should also do concerts and live singing to be in the music scene because if we see track record of Rohail Hayat he believes in hardcore music master minds and souls. His speciality is raw talent with super powerful vocalists.
So it seems that he will come up with some great voices and hidden talent like he did previously with street singers and groups.
