Her father was busy getting her mother treated therefore she was neglected a great deal in her childhood. As a young child Zarnish’s only prayer was that her parents should stay alive and well. When her mother passed away it took her a long time to come into terms with the fact that her prayers had not been answered.

The Regret

Zarnish Khan only has one regret in her life that she was not there with her mother when she passed away. Zarnish was busy shooting for a serial and she did go to see her mother. She was not getting holidays so she had to return back to the sets but in her heart she knew her mother was not going to survive.

Ishq Zahe Naseeb Episode 25 Story Review – Engaging Episode

Opening Thoughts – A Lot of Developments:

Ohkay so, a lot happened in this episode of Ishq Zahe Naseeb. I am glad that there was a lot of development in almost all the tracks because I absolutely feel it’s high time they should wrap this drama up. Once again, this episode ended on a cliffhanger but then it is pretty obvious what it is going to be. At this point, I feel a lot of time has been invested in this drama, therefore I am just keen to find the answers. I really hope in the ending episodes, they actually take the time to clear everything up because they have been leaving a lot to the viewer’s imagination for the most part, which is definitely good but I hope they don’t leave any loose ends when this drama ends!

Kashif Should Be Honest:

For the first time, I felt Kashif should be honest & truthful to Donia. Although he was never into her but he got engaged to her after thinking things through, yes he made a sacrifice so now, the least he can do is just respect it & also respect the fact that she is putting in so much effort into this relationship. Gauhar is married so Kashif needs to move on too. The first thing Kashif needs to do is tell Donia everything honestly so that she knows what she is dealing with & how she can take care of Kashif’s emotional state. He was fine with the idea of being engaged to her but ever since he has come across Gauhar, he is stuck on her which is fine but it is totally unfair to his fiancée. Donia deserves Kashif’s attention, honesty & truthfulness because he himself signed up for it so to see him depriving her of it is not cool.

Gauhar’s Approach Towards Sameer:

There are definitely flaws in the direction of this drama & how certain things are carried out, which definitely makes you question why such details were not taken care of. We all got to see how Gauhar actually had to make an effort, seek permission, inform Noorah & let Sabeeha know that she was going to see her family. She had to ask Sameer twice, which was fine that she is now being cautious & doing everything according to Sameer’s liking & limitations set by him. This made me wonder how did she go to see Akbar in the last episode out of nowhere? What was the excuse that she used? Sameer is definitely being very particular about Gauhar, so it just didn’t really seem convincing that she went to see Akbar, that too to police station without informing Sameer, like how did she go out of the house?

So, Gauhar met her family & she got the chance to set the record straight. She is never turning back. I am glad her family is done with because their scenes were fillers anyways & didn’t have much to offer. Jahangir’s scene however was an important development which came as a shock to Kashif. Jahangir is problematic & that is why Donia immediately figured that something was absolutely wrong about the entire scenario that she got to witness. Kashif should at least take Donia on board because she obviously has a soft corner for Gauhar. Donia also has high regard for Sameer so she would definitely understand & would help Kashif get his message across to Gauhar. Kashif trying to deal with this on his own is basically going to create a lot more problems for Gauhar & it is unfortunate that he is underestimating the gravity of the situation!

One of the highlights of this episode was Sameera’s confession to Gauhar about Sameer & his complexes. Sameer has always relied on Sameera to channel out his inner feelings, his secrets, his fears & complexes, therefore he once again relied on her to let Gauhar know that he was afraid of heartbreak. He was raising his guards & he didn’t want to be fooled. Gauhar is getting to learn more & more about him, which I feel is actually turning out to be a teamwork which is so important for a healthy relationship. Sameer is letting Gauhar know everything about him gradually & Gauahar is picking up on all the details which are helping her understand Sameer better. In a complicated relationship like this which demands a lot of emotional heavy-lifting from Gauhar, it is nice that Sameer is being a total help to her instead of making things difficult & complex for her. Sameer knew he had to show his vulnerable side to Gauhar when he contemplated getting married to her, so it is nice that he is being easy on himself & relying on Gauhar for the help he needs. I like seeing how Sameer has this faith in Gauhar that she will not only understand him but help him deal with his issues too. Good to see a relationship of this kind on-screen.

So, Shakira has turned out to be his mother & she is definitely the woman on the wheelchair in old age home. This was something that was hinted clearly by the end of 20th episode & now they have made it clear. Sameer doesn’t know about it but in his subconscious, he has always seen her as a figure of comfort, solace & love, which the figure of mother is all about. Sameer is bitter about the word ‘mother’ but he has developed those feelings for Shakira without even knowing about the bond that they both share. In one of the Sameera’s scenes, it was suggested that in his imagination he sees her as his mother that is why he is so emotional about her, which was sweet!

I really hope they don’t play with the feelings of the viewers anymore because the picture that Gauhar showed to the lady while talking about her & her son Sameer was of someone else & not Shakira. Is it that Akbar has not told Gauhar the reality that his sister who happens to be Sameer’s mother is not actually Ehsan’s wife but the maid Shakira that was raped by him? So, Shakira spent years away from Sameer & when she came back, she took her revenge by killing Ehsan. To be honest, when I saw Ehsan, I thought he was a misfit, they should’ve picked up a man with some strong personality, someone who’d have been intimidating to the point of being scary because the Ehsan that we saw had no personality whatsoever. In fact his bodyguard Rajab Ali had more personality than him. I would have liked if they had picked someone having more or less a similar personality like that of Sameer’s/Zahid Ahmed’s because it would’ve left more impact. He may be a side character but he definitely was an important one considering he played such a huge part in ruining Shakira’s life & that they were saving such an important secret till the ending episodes.

Shakira & Sabeeha:

The scene where Shakira was playing with a toy & seeing it as her child was so heart-breaking & brilliantly acted by Yumna Zaidi. In that scene she explained everything that Shakira went through; a rape victim who had a child, whom she loved dearly but had to lose him. The last scene might confuse some of the viewers where Shakira was seen telling Sabeeha that she avenged herself by killing Ehsan, where after doing so she crossed paths with Sabeeha. It means Ehsan was very much alive when Shakira came back to take care of Sameer & she killed him when she got the chance. How come Ehsan was unaware of the fact that Shakira was back OR was it that Sabeeha appointed Shakira after Ehsan passed away to take care of Sameer? I feel this somehow clarifies Sabeeha’s position a bit too, that may be she picked up on the fact that Shakira who was taking care of her step-son had psychological issues, that is why she accused her of alleged child molestation to save Sameer & get rid of Shakira. Sabeeha’s decision & her planning must’ve been wrong but I feel her intent was to save Sameer. Yes, she had an ulterior motive because Sameer inherited everything that his father had but still, she wanted to save Sameer from Shakira because they have shown it quite a lot of times where Sabeeha was keeping tabs on Shakira & closely monitoring everything that she would say to Sameer.

Closing Thoughts – Good Episode:

I am glad this episode had a lot of developments. I really enjoyed Sameera & Gauhar’s scene the most. All the actors have done a great job & I really hope they continue to reveal the story in the upcoming episodes without any hiccups because it’s about time. PS: Totally unhappy with the change in Hum TV’s schedule – 4 commercial breaks while watching a drama makes it very very difficult to stay engaged. They are literally killing the charm & breaking the momentum which is needed to watch an episode. I really hope they go back to the old ways of 2 commercial breaks because it was enough. This is a bit too much!

Former actress and host Noor Bukhari is in the news again. The news of her marriage is getting viral. This is the fifth marriage of Noor Bukhari.

She is staying in England for quite a long time and she tied the knot in England as well.

Further information about her husband has not been revealed yet. According to sources, her husband is of Pakistani origin British national and both are living together.

Noor married her first husband, engineer sahib while in Dubai in early 2008. Then, she moved back to Lahore, Pakistan and filed for divorce. Noor Bukhari shared that her husband Vikram had lied to her that he had converted to Islam prior to their marriage but he lied.

She had then married film producer/director Farooq Mengal but separated from him four months later and eventually divorced him as well.

Then Noor Bukhari married Awn Chaudhry, the personal secretary of Imran Khan, and this was her third marriage. They got divorced in same year.

In June 2015, it was reported that she and a fellow actor Wali Hamid Ali Khan (son of renowned classical singer Hamid Ali Khan) are married now. This was her fourth marriage. Unfortunately, in March 2017 she reported in her official blog that this marriage has also failed and resulted in a divorce.

After her fourth divorce, she left showbiz and returned after a short break with a hijab on.

Mahira Khan speaks up against the lawyers’ attack on hospital in Lahore

Mahira Khan, UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador for Pakistan and an accomplished actress plus activist for various different causes, condemned the attack on PIC Hospital in Lahore by lawyers on Wednesday. The actress, who has also been vocal about a number of unpleasant incidents in the past, recently took to her Twitter to condemn what had transpired at the hospital and the number of causalities it had resulted in.

“Even in WAR you do NOT attack HOSPITALS!! These are the law makers, the providers of justice, the educated ones of our country.. scary scary to see. #Lahore #Lawyers,” wrote Mahira on her Twitter and rightfully so.

At least three patients were reported dead and more than 25 doctors injured when protesting lawyers broke into the emergency ward of Punjab Institute of Cardiology in Lahore. The chaos forced people out of the hospital and doctors alongside their paramedic staff was locked inside rooms and beaten, being made to leave patients, even critical, unattended.

Pakistanis went into a frenzy when actor cum host Hamza Ali Abbasi announced his wedding with actress Naimal Khawar Khan back in summers this year. The two tied the knot in August and now, according to Google’s recently released yearly list of most searched Pakistani celebrity of 2019, Naimal Khawar Khan, ex actress, an artist and Hamza Ali Abbasi’s wife has taken the top spot.

We first brought you speculations based on a Instagram story posted by Yasir Hussain but now it seems the big news has been confirmed. According to Pakistani Cinema, Iqra Aziz and Yasir Hussain are indeed tying the knot this month.

Yes, the daily states that sources revealed that Iqra and Yasir Hussain are getting married by the end of December. As per the news published, the wedding will be an intimate affair with only friends and family as guests. The festivities will begin from 25th of December lasting till 28th December 2019.

As Yasir had earlier hinted to a fan about a 2019 wedding, seems like the news was indeed true. Even Aashir Wajahat recently talked about dancing to a couple of songs for a ‘secret’ event in December and if sources are to be believed, the event will definitely be Iqra and Yasir’s wedding to come.

Mere Pass Tum Ho is an entertaining play which keeps the viewers guessing. Apart from its entertainment value, the realistic scenarios also give the viewers a lot to reflect upon. The fast pace of Mere Pass Tum Ho makes it a must watch. The interesting twists and turns keep the entertainment value alive. There are many characters similar to the one we have seen in Mere Pass Tum Ho in real life too. This drama also has some lessons so it is something bigger to offer. Most often when dramas with social messages go on air, they are promoted as such. But sometimes viewers do not watch such dramas because many of them watch dramas for entertainment alone. We are guessing that this is the reason why some producers have stopped promoting social dramas in such a way. Mere Pass Tum Ho is one such drama which has social messages but it is not being promoted as such. While on the one hand Mere Pass Tum Ho is being criticized for being bold. On the other hand people are also loving how it gives some really good lessons.

Here are 5 lessons we learned from Mere Pass Tum Ho.

Cheaters Never Win

We have all heard this phrase even as children. Whether you are playing a game or are in a relationship, cheating is always considered wrong. Mere Pass Tum Ho in a really impressive and entertaining way has shown that people who cheat never win. Shehwar and Mehwish both cheated on their spouses. They were so sure that they were justified in doing so. They went behind their spouses’ back and had an affair. Not only this they were constantly lying to them as well. Mehwish couldn’t care less what Danish was going through and Shehwar too was not bothered about how his wife would react if she found out what he was doing. Both of them thought they were headed towards a happy ending but the previous episode clearly indicated that they are going to be the losers in the end.

Mateen sahib’s story also proved just that. He also cheated on his wife thinking he was going to lead a happy life with the woman he married. He ended up losing that woman and spent the rest of his life in guilt. His remorse and sadness was evident from his last scenes. The writer gave two different examples of both the genders to show that cheaters never win!

Gratitude Is a Gift

Mere Pass Tum Ho showed how an ungrateful wife ruined everything. Mehwish always thought they never had enough and wanted more. She was never happy with the man who loved her dearly. She did not even value her child enough to stay in this marriage for him. Basically, Mehwish’s unthankful nature was the first reason why she could not see all the blessings in her life. On the other hand Danish valued Mehwish’s presence in his life and for him her companionship mattered more than anything else. Mere Pass Tum Ho showed two different perspectives from married partners and we are pretty sure many people learned how important gratitude is in a relationship from it. Same was the case with Mateen sahib too who only later on realized what he had lost.

Greed Is a Curse

Mere Pass Tum Ho also has this lesson. Mehwish’s materialistic approach right from the beginning was the main characteristic of her personality. She was always attracted to wealth and materialistic things. Same is the case with Shehwar as we will learn as the story progresses. He has been involved in fraud to get hold of his wife’s wealth. In the end he too will get into trouble because of that. Danish who never valued materialistic things will be happy in the end.

Betrayal Affects Children The Most

When a spouse betrays and there are children involved then the children suffer more than anyone else. In the beginning when Mere Pass Tum Ho started people used to wonder why Rumi’s character was part of the story. Now we know that it was there to teach all those men and women a lesson who leave not only their spouses but also their children for someone else. Rumi had a close relationship with his mother but after she left not only was his personality shattered for a while but he grew totally distant from her. His dialogues show that he still loves her but he feels a lot of anger and resentment.

Mehwish thought she could come get Rumi any time she wanted but the writer aptly showed that even if you are a mother, children are not going to love you unconditionally if you leave them.

Good People Get Rewarded

This is the best lesson! Watching Danish do well in his life lately has definitely proved that things will only get better for him. Although he is still hurt but he has his son with him. Rumi loves his father more than anyone else. Rumi valued his father even when he had no money. So even though Danish lost Mehwish, he is constantly being rewarded in some way or the other. The money he is earning is definitely a step in the right direction too even if he never ran after money but he enjoys showering his son with a good life and gifts.

Apart from that Danish has also been rewarded with the gift of having faith in himself, something which was completely missing before. He has the guts to do things now which he never had before, which is a big change and nothing short of a reward. Mateen sahib’s wife too lead a good life with a man who loved and valued her. While Mateen sahib died alone and sad, his wife had someone by her side who loved her.

Savera Nadeem’s father Shahid Mahmood Nadeem is an award-winning Pakistani journalist, playwright, screenwriter, theater and television director, and a human rights activist. He also served as the general manager, program director, and deputy managing director of the Pakistan Television Corporation. Savera Nadeem says that even though her parents were separated, she was always really close to her father. Savera Nadeem and her father share a close connection even now. She thinks that she and her father are alike which is why they get along so well.

Savera Nadeem did a small role in one of the theatre plays staged by Ajoka theatre when she was 15 years old. When she was 16 years old, an opportunity presented itself when the lead actress for a big theatre play was not available. That is when she begged her father to take her for the role. Her father was not too eager to take her for the role because in his opinion she was too young. She desperately wanted to do the role and eventually with the help and support of her step-mother, he agreed. This was her first big break. Hollywood star Nick Jonas gave a special greeting to his Pakistani fans in a promotion video for his upcoming film Jumanji: The Next Level. In the brief video, the singer says, “Salam Pakistan! See Jumanji: The Next Level in theatres this December.”

Nick Jonas, plays the character named Jefferson McDonough, the avatar of a kid from 1996 who became trapped in the game – much like Robin Williams’ character Alan Parrish in the original movie.
