A couple of days ago senior actor Firdous Jamal released a negative statement regarding Humayun Saeed, stating that “Humayun Saeed has no acting skills, no voice, no character, no body language. There are still people who are being fooled by the idea that he is doing good acting.”

Lately, Hassan Choudary in his show “Haute Bites” quoted his call with Humayun Saeed in which Humayun responded to Firdous Jamal’s latest statement regarding his acting skills. “Humayun Saeed while laughing said that Firdous Jamal once said me that Marlon Brando’s acting in Godfather wasn’t up to the mark and if he wasn’t satisfied with Marlon Brando’s acting than how could he praise my acting skills”, said Hassan.

Humayun further said that he didn’t took Firdous Jamal’s statement personally at all. The respect Nadeem Sir and Javed Sheikh has received, unfortunately Firdous Jamal couldn’t reach at that point, obviously because of the bitterness.

“If Firdous Jamal could have become Amitabh Bachchan and if he was asked about Salman Khan or Shahrukh Khan, he would have gave the same response to them as well that who are they. I’m not at all offended in any way and I wish him best of luck. I totally forgive him”, stated Humayun.

The father of renowned actor and producer Humayun Saeed, Mohammad Saeed, passed away on Sunday(today). Humayun’s father was in his eighties and had been hospitalised earlier. The funeral prayers of the deceased will be offered at Sultan Masjid at Isha.

Humayun had earlier lost his mother Zakia Rana Saeed in May 2012 due to prolonged illness, she was laid to rest at an ancestral graveyard.

In the wake of recent increase in the number of coronavirus cases, people in Pakistan including celebrities are exercising extreme caution. This is exactly why Humayun Saeed and Adnan Siddiqui had gone into self isolation after their return from their trip to the US.

Then following precautionary measures both Saeed and Siddiqui got tested for the novel coronavirus while still keeping themselves in quarantine.

However, the two have tested negative as thier results came in last night. Adnan Siddiqui and Humayun Saeed both shared the news on his social media.

“We received our COVID -19 test results tonight and it’s negative….Thank God! But we will stay in isolation for 10 more days till we go to our sweet homes. Thank you all for your prayers,” wrote Adnan.

Although we’re glad Adnan and Humayun’s tests came out negative, people have been criticizing the two for wasting a test kit when it could have been used for the more deserving ones.

Humayun Saeed and Adnan Siddiqui after returning to Pakistan have announced to self isolate themselves together as for the safety of others.

Adnan Siddiqui posted a video message to inform his fans about his quarantined time with Humayun Saeed.

He said, “So we landed early in the morning and Humayun and I decided that we will not go to our homes. So, we are in a hotel and isolating ourselves for 14 days. We will not meet our loved ones.”

He further said, “We have decided to eat home-cooked food and keep talking with our fans.”

The Mere Paas Tum Ho duo has taken social responsibility to save themselves and others from Coronavirus which is rapidly spreading.

Previously, Maya Ali on her return from US tour for Shaukat Khanum fundraising event underwent for Coronavirus tests and fortunately, she was tested negative.

Upon their return from the US, Humayun Saeed and Adnan Siddiqui had gone into isolation to prevent the spread of coronavirus had they been infected while they were abroad.

Following the isolation, Humayun and Adnan both have now decided to get tested for Coronavirus to eliminate all the symptoms.

Humayun shared the news on his Instagram about getting tested for the virus.

“Self-quarantined ourselves at a hotel after returning from the US. Today Adnan Siddiqui & I took the coronavirus test. Will be getting our reports back tomorrow insha Allah. We have no symptoms so far. Was worried a bit about the test but it went smoothly. Praying for everyone’s safety,” wrote Humayun Saeed on his Instagram.

Here’s hoping Humayun and Adnan’s tests come out negative. Until then, stay safe, stay indoors people.

Kanwar Arslan and Yasir Nawaz have entered into a new business of food. They have opened a new restaurant by the name of The Forest in Clifton, Karachi. The restaurant is opened by the mutual partnership of Kanwar Arslan and Yasir Nawaz. This is a completely new experience for both the actors. Yasir Nawaz while talking about the restaurant said: “I’ve had an idea and desire to open a restaurant for a long time but never had the courage to enter the business. I love food and eating, and I made a decision to open a restaurant.”  He also said that the restaurant will be serving desi food and there will be no compromise on quality.  While talking about the menu he also said: “We’ll be serving continental too but our main focus will be desi food like karahi, daal makhani and so on.” Humayun Saeed and his Wife also came at the launch of the restaurant. The DG ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor was replaced by Major General Babar Iftikhar as the new DG ISPR, according to the media wing of the Pakistan Army.  Major General Ghafoor’s services have been transferred to 40 Division Okara.

The Mere Paas Tum Ho actor, Humayun Saeed shares a good bond with Major General Asif Ghafoor. He praised DG ISPR for his life long services to Pakistan and wished him for future endeavors.

The two have met before and they were in all praises after meeting each other. Earlier Humayun Saeed took to Instagram and wrote, “Always a pleasure meeting @asifghafoor.ag. Such a humble and down to earth person full of warmth, love and respect for members of the media. May Allah give him health and happiness.”

Humayun Saeed is everyone’s favorite nowadays after playing a promising role in his latest work in Mere Paas Tum Ho. He has won the hearts of audiences after working in many Pakistani movies including; Punjab Nahi Jaungi and Jawani Phir Nahi Aani.

He is going to work as a producer and Vasay Chaudhary is writing his next feature film.

Humayun revealed in an interview, “Vasay has already written half of the film.  It’s so hilarious that we decided to announce the film. It’s called Naram Garam.”

The cast has not been revealed yet but Humayun announced, “It’s a film with two male leads and Vasay will be playing one of them. The second one has not been cast yet and we haven’t thought of anyone yet. I will produce it.”

The shooting has not been started yet but Humayun revealed, “It will be shot in Pakistan.”

Leading Pakistani actor Humayun Saeed told fans about being a guest at the house of Bollywood actor Aamir Khan on a visit to India many years ago.

While appearing in a program on a private TV channel, Humayun Saeed revealed that he had gone to India for a role in the popular Bollywood film Ghajini, where he also met Aamir Khan at his Mumbai home.

Humayun Saeed said that he stayed at Aamir Khan’s house for 3 days, and Aamir Khan saw him he said that you are quite good looking but this role demands something else.

Humayun Saeed said that we had a lot of fun, I met Aamir Khan twice and he offered us a lot of local food and dishes and then we came back to Pakistan.

During the conversation, Humayun Saeed further revealed that he also had a friendly relationship with Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor and wanted to cast him in Jawani Phar Nahin Ani 2. The actor further said that a few days before Rishi Kapoor’s death, he had spoken to him about the health of the Bollywood actor

Zarrar’s trailer which features Shaan Shahid was released few days ago and it was making rounds on social media. Written and directed by Shaan himself, the trailer of his upcoming film was dropped on 23rd March.

Shaan Shahid has not revealed the release date of Zarrar but it will release anytime in 2020.

The new film which is all set to happen in Love You Jatta and like both the Jawani Phir Nahi Ani movies, it is written by actor/host Vasay Chaudhary. The director is again the very talented Nadeem Baig who has become the most successful director of Pakistan with a hundred percent success rate. Love You Jatta will also see Vasay Chaudhary acting in the film alongside Humayun Saeed. The leading lady and the other supporting cast is yet to be announced.
