Feroze Khan while opening about his recent project ‘Khuda Aur Mohabbat’, mentioned that “In my opinion, the reason behind the association of audience with Khuda Aur Mohabbat was love, that’s what it is. It could be love for good or love for your own love, it could be for anything.”

“Love is the thing which can affect a person physically and emotionally too. It can change everything. Sometimes love can be a company for a person at some moment of their life. So I think love could be the reason behind audiences’ association with Khuda Aur Mohabbat”, added Feroze Khan.

Popular Pakistani actor Feroze Khan’s divorce is one of the hottest topics which is being circulated on social media, public is quite vocal about the matter. Today, on 21 September, 2022, the Court heard both parties and allowed me to spend time with my children Sultan and Fatima for half an hour in his presence. The Court then adjourned the matter till 1st October, 2022, on which date it will resume further proceedings related to visitation rights whereby I can continue to meet my children. As concerns my ex-wife, I shall extend her my respect and support, as she is the mother of my children”

He further added, “I am afraid I am not in a position to further discuss this matter as the case is pending before the Court. !!

Public didn’t buy his statement and urged him to address the domestic violence allegations too, instead of extending respect. They said that clarification about abuse would be highly appreciated instead. However, public was disgusted over his act and said, ‘you never acted in the dramas, you were for real’. Her name is Syeda Aliza Fatima Raza. The card is out too and reception of this couple will take place on 3rd April.

A major development has occurred in Feroze Khan’s custody case against his ex-wife Syeda Aliza, in today’s legal proceedings of the court, Feroze Khan was allowed to take Sultan Khan with him. Well, according to Feroze Khan’s lawyer, the court ordered a five-day custody of Sultan to Feroze Khan. The court ordered that Sultan Khan will be with his father Feroz Khan from December 22 to 27. However, the court didn’t allow Feroze Khan’s daughter Fatima to be with father because she is just 7 months old and she cannot live without her mother. According to the details, during the hearing, Aliza Sultan also informed the court that her son Sultan had already stayed with his father at night. The court also took Feroze Khan’s passport and ID card till Sultan Khan is with him. Later, the court ordered Feroze Khan to give one lakh rupees as bail. Here’s the video link:

Well, according to Syeda Aliza’s Lawyer court ordered Feroze Khan to pay 50,000 monthly for son Sultan and 30,000 monthly for daughter Fatima. The Family Court gave judgment on Feroz Khan’s request for extradition of children and interim expenses. In the decision, the court ordered Feroze Khan to pay 50,000 to son Sultan and 30,000 to daughter Fatima per month, while the expenses of the children should be paid before the 14th of every month. Aliza’s lawyer said that they have their concerns but they will obey the honorable court’s orders. He said that 80 thousand monthly payment is less as per kids’needs but rest will be managed by mother till further orders. Actor Feroze Khan has divorced his wife Syeda Aliza Sultan. Feroze Khan maintained that he divorced his former wife Syeda Aliza Sultan because there was a lack of understanding between them and the divorce was inevitable.

Ishqiya actor Feroze Khan visited the family court in Karachi for the hearing of his case of seeking visitation and custody rights of his two children Fatima & Sultan after the divorce from ex wife Syeda Aliza Sultan.

Feroze Khan filed the petition in the court of Family Judge-VIII (East). He has requested the court to give him the permanent custody of his children_ Sultan Khan and Fatima Khan. He filed the plea under Section 25 to meet his kids on weekly basis until the custody cases is decided, which comes under Section 12 of the Act. On Wednesday, in the hearing, Feroze met his children as well.

Feroze Khan’s Lawyer Faique Ali Jagirani quoted on behalf of his client, he said, “Feroze divorced Syeda Aliza Sultan on 3rd September 2022, “due to unavoidable circumstances and lack of understanding” between them due to her “disobedience”.

The lawyer further argued on his client’s behalf, “being the natural guardian of the minors, could not leave them at the mercy of his former wife as he had serious concerns and worries about his kids’ future because “Syeda Aliza Sultan is a careless lady”. Feroze Khan’s lawyer stated that the he has the rights to see, meet, visit his children and is authorized to have permanent hold of his kids.

His lawyer further quoted that Syeda Aliza Sultan is not allowing Feroze to meet his kids, lawyer also requested for weekly visitation rights till the court decides about custody of kids. After the hearing, the court directed Syeda Aliza Sultan to file her written statement on the application until October 01.

Feroze Khan has been in the news for past few months now. It all started with his divorce from ex-wife Syeda Aliza Sultan. The two have been going through a very public custody battle for their two kids Fatima and Sultan. During the custody battle, news of alleged abuse against Aliza Sultan by her then husband Feroze Khan came out. There were also pictures which were submitted as evidence which came out from the court documents.

After the pictorial evidence came out, many celebrities came forward to lend support to Aliza Sultan and starting condemning Feroze Khan. After a while, Feroze released a statement that he is fighting his case in court and since then he has said that this was all a ploy to defame him.

The divorce of Feroze Khan and Syeda Aliza Sultan has become a public matter after Aliza Sultan posted about her divorce and also levelled the charges of abuse against her ex husband and actor Feroze Khan.

Today, after the hearing of Feroze Khan’s case against ex-wife Syeda Aliza Sultan, Aliza’s brother Ahsan Raza talked to media for the first time. Firstly, Ahsan regretted that the legal team of Feroze Khan is saying that the documents and the evidences are fake. He said that it’s wrong that Feroz and his lawyers are saying that the documents are fake, we have enough of pictures and documents which we don’t want to show, we didn’t want to show previous pictures too but they had to come out because it was a court document which is public, he said, “the lawyers are saying that the pictures are of an eye allergy, well, in eye allergy, eye doesn’t swell, also, they are not talking about the forensic of the pictures. He said that there are many pictures of Aliza which they have as the evidence. He also said that the court didn’t even discuss about the abuse, he said that they will be providing further evidences.

The lawyer of Aliza said, ‘Aliza has no objection about her children to meet their father but due to abuse on the mother, the children are terrified. However, the court has allowed to meet’
