Tamasha is an Ary Digital reality show which had been successfully aired on Ary Digital, since last 43 days, the show started with 14 contestants and it was based on Big Brother/Big Boss format. In last week, 6 contestants managed to stay in the house but two were eliminated further during the mid of last week. Maira & Humaira were eliminated by Adnan Siddiqui on indulging in a fight.

Today, the grand finale of the show had been aired, all the eliminated contestants were also there in the house which included Faiza, Niggah, Seher, Nauman, Saeeda, Saim, Humaira and Maira. They were in the house to see the Tamasha Ghar for one last time.

The invitation was given by Adnan Siddiqui and the team Tamasha. Family members of finalists were also there. Umer, Aadi, Mareeha and Rauf Lala were all rooting for the win but Umer Aalam got the most votes and took the title and the prize money home. He was popular since the day one. Well, contestant was funny and made his fanbase from the day one.

Kensington Palace has announced the dates for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s official visit to Pakistan this autumn.

William and Kate’s royal tour, at the request of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, will take place between Monday 14 and Friday 18 October 2019.

The dates were released as the palace announced that the couple “will attend a special event at the Agha Khan Centre on 2 October, hosted by His Highness The Agha Khan.”

We’re looking forward to welcoming the honourable two guests. We hope that the royal couple enjoy their stay in Pakistan.

Saboor Aly and Ali Ansari’s marriage was a very happy moment from the fans of both these stars. They were friends initially and Saboor did not even consider him as a match. In fact Saboor Aly used to suggest girls to Ali’s sister for his marriage. It was both their sisters Sajal Aly and Mariyam Ansari as well as their close friends including Sadia Ghaffar who made them see that they are made for each other. Muslim-Hindu love stories are a very sensitive matter to deal with. Usually the audience is never comfortable with such ideas. The religious and cultural differences put such stories at risk. Sam goes for the writer Hamza Bangash who is trying to fund his short film Rang Raaz. Hamza is unable to get funding for his film, all that he is getting is a refusal.

Hamza shared, “We had approached some pretty prominent people in Pakistan who had vested interests in having a story about minorities told. “He added, “But they all refused, saying the subject of an interfaith marriage is too controversial. I was shocked. Here were people who had prospered, people who were well-connected, but still too scared to make a political statement. They said it’s a threat to their life and their family’s life.”

Hamza also told that on the other hand there are also supporters to the project, like Deepak Parwani. Up till now Hamza himself has funded the project Rang Raaz but now need funding for its post-production.

The short film Rang Raaz is about a young couple, where the man is a Hindu and woman is a Muslim decide to elope. But soon all the things turn upside down and against them.

According to Hamza they have received very negative feedback on their Facebook page But Hamza justifies his case by saying that ‘Who are you to dictate what our culture is?’ If Jinnah, who founded our nation, believed in cultural pluralism, then who is anyone else to say otherwise?”

The film itself is inspired by the much delayed passing of the Hindu Marriage Bill.

Hamza hopes and believes that by independently funding his movie he will be able to change mind-sets of few at least. H believes that no matter Bollywood make good movies but we need to talk about our social issue and recognize out own identity.

Mohsin Abbas Haider is a celebrity who started out in the industry from scratch. He is an actor as well as a singer and has given us song like Uddi Ja. He made a place for himself not only in the drama industry but also in films and was included among the most promising rising stars of Pakistan. Mohsin came for an interview at Mathira’s show where she asked him if he will ever marry again. He said that he is happy these days and not considering anything like it. Mohsin added that he does not plan things and is a spontaneous individual but if someday he felt like getting married again, things might happen but he has no plans for now.

Mikaal Zulfiqar is a famous Pakistani Tv and film actor. He got his initial fame as model. Meray Pass Tum Ho is currently one of the most trending dramas on television. In fact, this one drama has become one of the highest rating earners on any channel for a long time. The audience have started not only relating well to the characters of Meray Pass Tum Ho, they actually feel for Danish, hating Mehwish and Shahwar for whatever they have done to him.

The political tension post the URI attack has widened the cultural and artistic gap between Pakistan and India. Mahesh Bhatt who has been supporting Pakistan, despite of the rising tensions, approached few Pakistani singers for a song which is to be featured in a cross-border peace play!

It was earlier reported that Mahesh Bhatt has offered a song to Ali Zafar for his upcoming play. However, latest reports suggest that he’s not just taking Ali on board but Shafqat Amanat Ali too and is thinking to approach Atif Aslam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan as well.

According to a report from DNA, Mahesh Bhatt is all set to bring back Pakistani artistes to India. Last week Bhatt made a call to singer-actor Ali Zafar in Karachi offering him a song on the theme of cross-border peace. Ali responded favourably. So did Shafqat Amanat Ali who has agreed to contribute a song to Mahesh Bhatt’s endeavour free of cost.

Delhi-based actor Imran Zahid who will be working with Mahesh Bhatt on this project says, “Every Pakistani artiste Bhatt saab has approached has responded enthusiastically. Shafqat Amanat Ali’s manager said he doesn’t want any money for this song. We are also working on getting Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Atif Aslam on board.”

But what about the unofficial ban on Pakistani artistes in India? Says Imran, “We are going to use the voices of the Pakistani artistes, for a play called Milne Do which will be staged in Delhi on June 8 and Mumbai on June 23. Furthermore the Indian government has clarified that it has not banned Pakistani artistes. When the Government has taken a clear stand on the issue, what chance do the protesters stand?”

“Bhatt saab is not new to protests,” he continued. “Dialogue with Pakistan must re-start on a cultural level. The Delhi government is supporting our endeavour here in Delhi and in West Bengal Mamata Banerjee has extended support to our mission.”

However, BJP spokesperson Shaina NC is clear on the issue. “Relations with Pakistan have deteriorated to such an extent that there is a move now to declare Pakistan a terror state on an international level. Given the current crisis I don’t think we can have Pakistani artistes coming here.”

The drama Khuda Aur Mohabbat is the third season of Pakistani spiritual-romance series Khuda Aur Mohabbat which went immensely popular among audience. The drama is produced by Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi under 7th Sky Entertainment productions, it features Feroze Khan and Iqra Aziz in lead roles. The drama revolves around the emotional stories of Farhad and Mahi who hail from completely different backgrounds. Mahi, who comes from an influential family, while Farhad came from a very mediocre set up, both fallen in love but could not meet.

The emotional love saga is coming to the end but it is anticipated that the drama’s last episode will not air tomorrow on Geo television network.

Geo television network has removed the count-down promos from all the social media handles. They had been updating fans about last episode in an excited manner but soon removed all the promos. It is speculated that the drama will not be aired tomorrow because of the T20 World Cup match between Pakistan and Afghanistan on Friday.

The promo of last episode has also not been updated by the channel. The last promo was posted 6 days ago after airing of second last episode.

Previously, on Sunday Hum television also didn’t air Hum Kahan ke Sachay Thay. The timings of match will be 7:00 Pm and the drama also airs on 8:00 Pm. Geo will presumably be airing previous episode tomorrow.
