Zara Noor Abbas has revealed how her friends and Bushra Ansari have conspired her sudden engagement and marriage with Asad Siddiqui, she said it wasn’t that everything was planned between the families and between us and we were ready for marriage but it was created.
She said there were our friends Yasir Hussain, Asim Azhar , Sajal Aly and my aunty Bushra Ansari who connected us and forced us to talk. We used to talk then I went to Malaysia along with my family on vacations by the time we were back, Asad and his family came along with Fruits and Sweets and proposal. She said we were all reluctant then My Aunty Bushra Ansari called my parents and said Asad is my Son and we want consensus from you on this proposal and that is how it all happened. There was no love at first sight , the wedding was arranged this way and me and Asad are lucky to have such friends who really worked hard and spent sleepless nights in bringing us together.

Mustafa Zahid from Roxen is a very famous singer who has given hits like Tera Mera Rishta purana also his band was among top Pakistani bands and he has given many hits. They have ruled the the pop-rock music of Pakistan in previous decade. He is now a days less seen in the music scenario but just spoke up on his Instagram page after Tribune has written a baseless and false story about him.
The story says that Mustafa Zahid has refused to to do a come back unless India lifts the ban which is claimed fake and untrue by Mustafa Zahid himself on his page today. He has also said that Tribune needs to undo this and look into it , also Tribune should apologize as spreading such fake news as it is bad reporting.
Well , in Pakistan working in India is judged and such statements are regarded as anti state statements public doesn’t want our singers to go there and spread such news. His wrath is justified.
So no one should actually spread fake news, tribune needs to look into this matter.

This was the best episode of Deewar-e-Shab so far. With this episode, the journeys of some of the central characters moved forward in a different direction. The pace of this drama is perfect and I have to say that it is only getting better with every passing episode. Salar’s entry and his relationship with Gaiti Ara was the best part of this episode. The variety of tracks and the well-etched-out characters keep this drama entertaining throughout. Sitara Jahan’s haveli continues to be the main attraction.
Enter Salar
Salar’s entry in Sitara Jahan’s haveli and Gaiti Ara’s life has changed a great deal for everyone. He gives Sitara Jahan and her family the respect which they have not enjoyed in a long time. Gaiti Ara and Salar’s interactions were a treat to watch. The way Gaiti Ara warmed up to him and the manner in which he reacted to the respect and love he received from Sitara Jahan made his character more likable than ever. Right from the first scene, Salar always seemed like a positive person who had been through a lot in life but unlike Khayyam he did not turn bitter. There is a mystery surrounding this character and I can’t wait to find out what his backstory is. Shehzad Sheikh has been absolutely remarkable as Salar. He nailed every single expression in this episode and he shares definite on-screen chemistry will all his co-stars. He has done exceptionally well in translating Salar’s genuine nature on screen.
Salar’s remarks about the mohalla Gaiti grew up in and never wants to leave, left her in awe of him. Gaiti spent the longest time with Khayyam who was a completely different person. Their scenes together were heart-warming and refreshing. Salar liked Gaiti Ara right from the time he first saw her and now Gaiti Ara too has developed a special liking for him. This was something her mother picked up too from her expressions. Sarah Khan is quite likable in this role as well, she plays these simple roles well and together Shehzad Sheikh and Sarah Khan make a good on-screen couple.
Family Wars
In this episode too the competition and the difference between Sitara/Dildar and Izhaar/Islam’s families was further highlighted. Nagina’s internal conflict and her future plans for Sandal showed that even though she has been through a lot but she was still a strong woman. Nagina’s vulnerabilities make her a more relatable character. Nausheen Shah makes every single scene count, her performance has been exceptional and it is because of her that Nagina’s struggle is so easy to connect to. Bushra Ansari too has played her part really well. Sitara Jahan is elegant and a kind human being who is also extremely forgiving.
Dildar begum continued to do what she does best and even though Nagina pretended as if she didn’t care but the fact is that most often Dildar begum is the one who pressurizes Nagina into making certain decisions. Nagina however always ends up deriving strength from all the negativity she gets from Dildar. Asma Abbas has once again proven what a versatile actress she is. Her entire get-up and acting has been great. Zainab Qayyum makes me laugh every time, her performance is so effortless. I especially liked how she cursed Shama when she refused to take the sadqa money from her. Tara Mahmood has also acted superbly and Shama’s character too is extremely likable. Sarah Elahi is brilliant as Almas too, she has a screen presence and her acting has been solid. Kinza Hashmi is the only actress whose potential has not been exploited to the maximum in this drama, at least so far that is the case. Islam and Maaz are a lot like Sitara and Gaiti Ara, they are sensible but good people who do not compromise on their principles.
Khayyam’s track took a turn which I was not expecting it to take but I like how the writer has covered his journey. Although he is selfish but his character is easy to connect to since you understand his insecurities and complexes. He is trying to find a new identity and a new life. He might also have found a mentor. I am also interested in finding out how his track unravels in the upcoming episode. Shehroze Sabzwari has done complete justice to his character and has not disappointed.
Final Remarks
Tonight’s episode of Deewar-e-Shab was thoroughly entertaining. When this drama started, the makeovers and the overall feel of this play did not impress me much but it is turning out to be a really interesting drama which keeps me hooked and looking forward to more.

Even though Anum Gohar is new in the drama industry but both Gohar and Anum have worked hard and stayed true to who they are to achieve where they are standing right now.

Tonight’s episode of Meray Pass Tum Ho had some pleasant surprises and the overall execution of this episode was right on point. The pace of this show continues to be slow since there are no sidetracks and it has a handful of characters therefore I do feel at times that I need a break from watching the same faces in the entire duration of the drama. The story is as simple as it gets, so simple that we still don’t know much about the families of these characters. The scenes covering Danish’s time in the office break the monotony and tonight’s episode had quite a few interesting conversations.
Danish’s Decision
The highlight of this episode was Danish’s decision to give the bribe money back, this would have made so much more sense if he had not taken and spent the money initially. It was nevertheless good to see him making this decision since someone like him would never take such a risk. The opening scenes covering Danish’s state of mind were written and executed well. These scenes clearly showed that for Danish this was a huge amount which meant even more discomfort for him.
Later on, realizing what he had to do in return and finally reaching the conclusion that he was better off not taking this bribe was the best decision he has made so far. It was really good to see Danish concluding something positive based on his own wisdom as opposed to listening to what Mehwish had been telling him. His boss’ reaction however made it quite obvious that he was going to pay a big price for his honesty – a scenario which was easy to connect to. We have all heard true stories about people being punished for their honesty in such work environments and this isn’t something we see being highlighted in dramas often. I am glad that the writer is going to show how easy it is for a person to please the bigwigs and earn good money and how difficult it is for him to take a decision which does not suit such people. It was also good to see that Danish did not drag Aba in this conversation. Humayun Saeed’s performance has been faultless throughout. Although, I don’t find Danish’s character appealing and his dialogues can at times be annoying but Humayun Saeed has translated this character flawlessly on screen. You understand why someone like Danish would constantly be taken for granted and why people think that he does not deserve a wife like Mehwish.
The Dinner
The grandeur of Shahwar’s house and his lifestyle was shown in a detailed manner in this episode. The background score and the overall atmosphere was that of impending doom, like this meeting was going to change the way things were right now for these two individuals living a simple life. While Danish was in awe of Shahwar’s confidence, there were also quite a few scenes which showed how socially awkward Danish was. There are times when Danish does not come across as simple but he is someone who cannot socialize with people like any other man his age would.
Mehwish on the other hand is clever, even though she had her reservations about how Shahwar had planned Danish’s exit from the dinner table, she played along with it. She even made sure that Rumi went with Danish so she could finally find out more about Shahwar’s wife and his relationship with her. Mehwish is being inquisitive, she is confused but at the same time she is ‘enjoying’ this entire situation and her expressions when she saw the necklace summed up why she finds Shahwar so appealing. Mehwish thinks it is alright for her to talk to Shahwar since it’s not hurting anyone.
Shahwar comes from a completely different world and perhaps he is Mehwish’s definition of an ‘ideal man’ but she is married to Danish – someone who loves her – therefore right now she is only toying with the idea of getting to know this man better. Mehwish tried to set certain ‘boundaries’ but she can also see that Shahwar knows how to get ‘what’ he wants, she also knows that she is the one he wants! That is something Danish knows too since Shahwar has never made an effort to hide his feelings. Ayeza Khan’s performance has been solid throughout, she is a good actor but her overall look in this play at times doesn’t go well with her character.
Final Remarks
I enjoyed watching tonight’s episode of Meray Pass Tum Ho since everything was covered quite convincingly. I was however hoping once again to hear something regarding Mehwish’s family when Shahwar asked about their wedding but the conversation revolved around Mehwish and Danish alone. In my opinion, the biggest drawback of this drama so far is that the characters do not have a proper backstory or relatives. It is also difficult to believe that someone like Mehwish could stay with Danish for so long. Also, Mehwish mentioned that she had saved 28000 for the necklace and they also have an extra necklace yet these two have not yet talked about how they can use this money to get Rumi into school. Mehwish finally wore the necklace tonight – hurrah!
The conversations and scenarios are limited to their relationships with each other and their personalities. Tonight’s episode however gave me hope that this drama might have something more to offer in the future. Although, the story is pretty basic but tonight’s episode suggested that the writer might offer something new in the upcoming episodes.

How bad is that now that our actors are banned , singers are banned but why don’t this industry bans intellectual property theft , which is their main curse. Why can’t they stop stealing?

Ohkay so, these two episodes of Ishq Zahe Naseeb took the story forward but the focus has mainly been on the struggles that both Kashif & Gauhar are faced with. Where Kashif is doing everything selflessly, Gauhar is being put in such situations time & again where she has to forcefully fend for her family. The contrast between both their lives, families & situation is what makes it interesting because while watching either Gauhar or Kashif’s scenes, you always have the other at the back of your mind where you’re drawing a comparison between their situations.
Contrast & Similarities In Gauhar & Kashif’s Lives:
Gauhar has unconsciously started taking interest in reading more pages of Sameer’s life. Even though she is very focused & determined about the job that she has been appointed for, but because Sameer is such a mysterious personality, she can not help but grow curious about him. Sameer has also showcased a very different side of his to Gauhar, which makes her want to learn more about him. So far, she has no feelings for him but she likes getting to know about him & that is nice to see. Gauhar also kinds of feel burdened because she knows how he has helped her & how he has gone out of the way for her.
Gauhar finally found out that her brother Saleem withdrew double the amount that was required. Although for Sameer is it not even an issue but Gauhar couldn’t stop thinking about it because for her, her pride & dignity means a lot. Gauhar felt that by doing something this cheap, Saleem put her in an awkward position in front of Sameer. Gauhar already couldn’t thank Sameer enough but now she was feeling indebted to him even more because she felt her brother cheated & deceived Sameer. Saleem & Zakia are selfish & mean, that is why they always have to come up with one excuse or the other to justify their selfishness. Even though Zakia is mostly held responsible for the things that Saleem does but I won’t blame her only. Saleem himself is quite an opportunist & he has proved it time & again. When he felt that Jahangir would excuse them the loan, he immediately agreed to get Gauhar married to him but when he saw another opportunity presenting itself, he not only called the wedding off but also grabbed some extra amount to help himself.
Kashif finally got his sister married. Dunia got to observe Kashif closely & she couldn’t help having a soft spot for him in her heart. Dunia couldn’t believe that people like Kashif existed who were so selfless & put family members ahead of them. All this while I couldn’t help but notice the difference between the kind of brothers the writer showed us in the form of Kashif & Saleem. Where Saleem was only thinking about himself, irrespective of what Gauhar was going through, Kashif was making sure that his sisters are well taken care of. Kashif & Dunia’s interactions were heartfelt & nicely done. Dunia has started opening up to him more because she has assessed Kashif on a different level, that is why after a long time she feels she can connect to him on an emotional level. Again, she has no feelings for him but yes, she likes the kind of person he is. Dunia feels Kashif will be able to listen to her & understand her feelings, that is why she is opening up a little more & doesn’t mind being vulnerable in front of him.
Sameer’s step mother painted a false picture in front of Gauhar. I am not sure what has made her change her attitude towards Sameer. May be over the years she has grown weaker & with her husband gone, she has realized that Sameer’s the only family she’s left with, that is why she has changed but she continues to be in denial. Sameer’s step mother does not hold herself responsible for anything, rather she conveniently lied to Gauhar & made Sameer’s biological mother look bad. Sameer’s mother is a very conniving woman & she really knows how to play a victim, plus because Sameer has come to terms with her over the years, that has also turned into an advantage for her. However, I would actually like to know what made her change her mind because going by the scenes from the past, we have seen how she mistreated Sameer, so I think a little justification is definitely needed to understand her perspective a bit more. I wish they had actually told what her name is because it is tedious referring to her as Sameer’s step mother all the time.
Gauhar got to see the basement that no one as an access to. The way Noora spoke about Sameer’s mother did hint that she wasn’t what Sameer’s stepmother made her look like though. Anyways, Gauhar got to see things in the basement & they did intrigue her a bit. Gauhar got to learn that in the basement, there was nothing like a usual kid’s stuff would look like, rather it was eerie & odd. Going by the things Gauhar saw, she could totally get a glimpse of the disturbed & traumatic childhood that Sameer has had. It is good that Gauhar is crossing these boundaries because she is getting to learn more & more about Sameer.
As much as I like Khalid Malik’s acting & also enjoy watching him as Jahangir, I actually find myself getting annoyed at the scenes of him & his friends. I don’t know, the vibe, the over-acting & everything about those scenes is just off. I know, these characters are meant to be annoying & negative but still, I have seen a lot of such situations & characters but this situations ticks me off big time. I feel this kind of larger-than-life performance or mannerism is suited for big-screens because on small screen, it is looking like too much to handle. Anyways, Jahangir decided to do that a morally, mentally & ethically corrupt person would do to someone else. He decided to harm Gauhar but luckily, she did try to save herself. Let’s see what happens.
Closing Thoughts – Differently Narrated:
Overall, these episodes of Ishq Zahe Naseeb were interesting & good. I like this drama for the fact that it is differently narrated but I still feel it has some shortcomings. I will say the timing, the chemistry between the characters in general doesn’t sit right. I am not talking about the main leads or the couples but the families & their scenes, like they all at times seem robotic or as if waiting for a cue all the time to say their dialogues. I also feel may be the director asked them to act more than required because a lot of times it looks like they could’ve underplayed to make it all look realistic. However, I will say that I like how a lot of things go unspoken in a lot of scenes, it is like they are understood so they don’t state the obvious, like women looking with sympathy or awkwardly at Dunia when she came to the wedding but Dunia just ignored it because she was used to those kind of stares by now. I liked that scene a lot. All the actors are doing a fab job for sure. Sonia Hussyn has acted brilliantly as well but I have a hard time appreciating her acting during the scenes when she cry-talks. Please share your thoughts about these episodes of Ishq Zahe Naseeb.

Trust is vital in a strong and successful relationship. It can be said for a fact that without honesty and trust, a relationship cannot continue. Almost anything can be acceptable in a relationship as long as you’re honest with your partner.
Help each other
Be there for your partner both physically and emotionally. If a woman needs her man to help her in house chores, it eases the workload to a considerable amount. On the other hand, if a man needs to stress out and talk about work, a woman should be all ears and lend support to him. Now meat lovers might scratch their heads thinking how can vegetarians live without good ol’ juicy meat. But recent studies have found that cutting meat from your diet and having a well-planned vegetarian diet may reduce the risk of chronic disease, support weight loss and improve the quality of your diet.

Lentils (Daal)
Asians and Lentil have an old love relationship and when paired with rice, this food combination is always remembered when nothing else suffices. Other than daal, lentil soup (Mulligatawny soup) is also a good option. It is not the same as daal as it includes lentils, apples, ginger, garlic, onions, red jalapenos, carrots and fragrant spices. It’s so thick it’s almost more like a stew and mostly served before dinner. Veggie Burgers
A veggie burger is made up of different types of vegetables, it does not contain any source of meat, even the patty used is made up of mashed vegetables which give an illusion of meat. Who would have ever thought they’d have to give up on burgers when turning into a vegetarian? And what better than to have french fries alongside. Sounds delicious, doesn’t it?

Stir-Fry is one of the most popular Chinese dishes. It is loaded with delicious ingredients like chicken, noodles, bell peppers, broccoli and mushrooms. Potatoes of any kind

Many people thought Iqra’s award for Suno Chanda was highly controversial since there were better actresses who deserved this award. The public display of affection and the proposal at the Lux Style Awards landed Iqra Aziz in a bigger controversy than ever. Iqra faced so much criticism and got so much hate from the people that she even closed down her twitter account. Iqra Aziz also has started strict monitoring of her Instagram account and only her fan pages can now comment there. In an interview Iqra said that she will let her projects speak for her and people will eventually forget about all this.
Aiman Khan
Aiman Khan is young and extremely popular but it seems like she is too young to handle all this popularity and hence has been involved in one controversy after the other. First Aiman Khan’s big wedding sparked a great deal of controversy since people thought that this was yet another publicity stunt by an actress who is known more for her followers on social media than anything else. Minal Khan’s ‘support’ for her sister and her statements about not liking the unwanted attention her fans give her when she is out having a good time with her family landed her in a controversy. Minal Khan’s Instagram stories and her reactions after Aiman Khan’s pictures were leaked got a lot of criticism from people and fans. Even fans who have been following and liked Minal Khan for years started questioning her arrogant attitude. Some people went as far as saying that it was Minal Khan who leaked Aiman Khan’s pictures which was partially true since she did post one picture from the baby shower on her Instagram story, which was later deleted. Mahira Khan is one of those celebrities who keep on getting into controversies. In 2017 it was because she was caught smoking with Ranbir Kapoor and then last year several videos showing how addicted she was to smoking surfaced. This year when Firdous Jamal gave the statement regarding Mahira Khan, there was a big debate about whether Mahira Khan really was a star or not. When Momina Duraid issued a statement banning Firdous Jamal, Mahira Khan didn’t have much to say about it. Although, Mahira herself did not do anything to land herself in a controversy but the statement by Firdous Jamal surely landed her in one and even some of the celebrities started saying that Mahira indeed was old and she was not a superstar. The way he was obsessed with proving that he was right and used his transmission to highlight the love between his second wife and him was seen as an attempt to make his first wife jealous. Naheed Shabbir
Naheed Shabbir’s wedding pictures went viral and initially most people wished her well not knowing the background. Later on, a well-known journalist revealed the true story behind this marriage. She revealed that Naheed Shabbir’s second husband had left his wife and kids without any support at all in order to get married to Naheed Shabbir. Mahira Khan and Fatima Bhutto recently came together to share the stage at the National Theater London. Mahira was invited to read from Bhutto’s latest novel The Runaways on Monday. Journalist Mohsin Saeed took to Instagram and posted free pictures from the event.
Mohsin shares the pictures with a beautiful caption ’Two of the favorite artists, women together’. Talking about the event, he said that Fatima Bhutto was joined for an evening of conversation and debate by Gary Younge, the editor-at-large of The Guardian and with a reading by Mahira Khan at National Theater London.

Emmad Irfani, Ghana Ali, and Mert Sismanlar are going to play the main characters. Ghana Ali revealed the storyline of the film that is, ” the film covers the era of 1920 when British rule was at its peak in the subcontinent but our forefathers fought against Britain and started a Khilafat Movement to help their Turkish brothers and sisters”.
Moreover, the film pays tribute to the unsung heroes of the independence movement as well as to the brave Turkish nation. The project aims to strengthen the bond between the two countries.

Saba Qamar has said in the Munshi show about her and Hamza Abbasi controversy that ” Hamza is a very good friend he called me before his wedding and told me about it but I could not go because I was busy ” by telling this I believe she has actually killed the rumors about her and Hamza Abbasi that have been circulating for so long and yes we know they were hardly seen together for only sometime.

She said because I am intelligent, she said our drama cater masses and it is a huge medium the way we are making dramas, the film requires a lot of time to reach there. She says I work in TV meanwhile, I have been now offered something I was waiting for so long and now I am up for a movie too because I wanted something better than previous.
She said Cheekh’s response was too good it became huge, I did my part best but Momin didn’t seem happy with the duration of drama on which Saba said I am an actor and I did my part that I had to and it went very well ,it was a hit then Momin praised her acting which was perfect.
